Naked In the Mall

bassline

Another oldie but goodie! Ok, this is how it's played on "EdLobster". "Facedown In Turpentine"'s version is played higher but in E-flat, so all you need to do is play this version up one fret to play along the cd. And in "Turpentine"s version in riff a, play the note 3 times, and for the fourth time, play the octave note higher (which'll be G-string,6th fret).

Riff A
G:---------------------------------------------
D:---------------------------------------------
A:-3-3-3-3-----3-3-3-3-----3-3-3-3-----3-3-3-3-
E:---------------------------------------------

G:---------------------------------------------------
D:---------------------------------------------------
A:-3-3-3-3---5^--3-3-3-3---5^--3-3-3-3---5^--3-3-3-3-
E:---------------------------------------------------

Riff B (not sure of this AT ALL)
G:--------------------
D:----5-4-------------
A:--3-------5-4-0-4---
E:--------3-----------

And in the Turpentine version between this song and "California Dreaming", it sounds like Barts just playing w/ a pick and sliding notes up dramatically to get that warped sound. Either that, or they're just speeding up the tape or something...
