"The moment we've all waited for. The new Miss Oklahoma is." the Master of Ceremony announced, pausing for effect. "Please say Jessy. Please say Jessy." Zac chanted soon joined by those around him. "Did he say Jessy?" Zac asked not believing his ears. "You're not the only one who doesn't believe what he said boy. Look at her. " Grampa Lawyer declared patting him on the back. "Way to go Jessy." the group screamed standing and applauding as the crown was placed on her head and she headed down the runway all smiles until she reached the family. "I love you all. Thanks for believing in me." Jessy whispered blowing a kiss their way. "We're just so proud sweetie." Walker choked out blowing a kiss her way. "Does this make me Mr Oklahoma?" Zac teased. "I'll ask when I get back up there." Jessy replied with a chuckle and an even bigger smile before making her way the rest of the way down the runway. "Jessy. Jessy over here." a photographer called out, adding when she finally turned his way, "Did you get an answer to Zac's question?" "Zac's question? Oh you heard that huh? No I haven't asked anyone yet." Jessy answered remember Zac's remarks. "Well let's ask the pagent Director now." he said before turning and repeating what Zac had asked. "Zac Hanson as Mr Oklahoma huh? Sure would be good for publicity wouldn't it?" the Director answered. "Well ask him. Here comes the family now." the photographer said turning and shooting their arrival. "Taylor where is your wife?" someone asked. "Not feeling too well so she is at home watching it on cable." Taylor answered making his way to Jessy to congratulate her. "Oh what a web.." Jessy whispered as he hugged her. "Just taking a lesson from my web mistress here." Taylor teased back. "That's my woman bro." Zac teased elbowing him out of the way to get to Jessy. "Hi." Jessy sighed as he wrapped her in his arms. "Hey babe. Knew you would." Zac whispered into her ear as he nibbled it. "Yeah you did. Even when I didn't." Jessy replied leaning back, gazing at him before adding, "Thanks for believing in me Zac." "That's easy." Zac declared kissing her sweetly. "Zac. Zac. The director heard your comment about Mr Oklahoma and was quite interested from the publicity angle, we're you serious?" a reporter asked turning everyone's attention towards Zac and Jessy. "You know I love you. Would you be my Mr Oklahoma?" Jessy teased tenderly holding one of Zac's hand as she knelt before him. "You know I can't wait to be your Mister so yes I'll be your Mr Oklahoma." Zac answered bending to kiss her. "Mommy. Mommy. Zac is Mr Oklahoma now." Avery squealed. "I heard sweetie. Isn't that nice. He loves her so much." Diana replied. "So you're looking forward to Zac marrying ma'am?" a reporter near her asked putting a microphone in her face. "We adore Jessy as if she was our own." Walker shared wrapping an arm around his wife's shoulder. "I, we all are anxiously awaiting the day that Zachary will marry her. She's a loved member of the family already." Grampa Lawyer shared also wrapping an arm around his daughter. "They've said it all very well." Diana finally answered. "Daddy I had this idea. I already talked to a couple of the girls and they're all for it." Jessy shared. "What idea sweetie?" Walker replied making his was to her. "Well I was really amazed by the talent here and I talked to a couple of girls about making a CD as a fund raiser for the pagent. We could do it at home couldn't we? That would save a lot of money and I figured with your contacts What do you think?" Jessy explained. "Interesting idea sweetie. Yes I think we could handle that here. What do you think guys?" Walker replied. "Sure Dad. We could easily record it here. And she's right, we definitely have the contacts to get it produced and on the local market while the pagent is still on everyone/'s minds." Isaac added. "A little PR tour to local stations and this could be a real money maker for the pagent." Taylor injected. "You're serious." the Director gasped. "More than serious. We already have Jessy's number ready for publication. Depending on how many numbers we include on the CD, we could easily have them out on the stands within a couple of months." Isaac answered. "You're serious about this Jessy?" the director asked. "Yes sir, I am. So are the other contestants I spoke with earlier. We'd love to see scholarship money made available to more than just the five finalists." Jessy answered. "Really. It sounds like you put a lot of thought into this. Maybe we could set up a meeting with your father and a couple of the other contestants you had spoken with Jessy?" the director asked. "Catherine. Allison. Melissa. Girls can you come here? Katie you too." Jessy called out waving them over. "What's up Jessy?" Catherine asked as she neared. "So Miss Oklahoma remembers me huh?" Katie teased as the other girls joined the group. "Of course I remember you." Jessy insisted, teasing, "I want somethng from you." "You can forget me. You can forget me." Katie teased back. "Remember when I asked you if you'd be willing to record if I could persuade the powers that be that we could raisee some serious bucks for the Pagent. You know we were hoping that they'd award more scholarship money. Well I couldn't keep it to myself. So I shared our great idea with my Daddy and the Director. They wanted to know if we could get together for a meeting to discuss the possiblity. You guys still game?" Jessy explained. "Sure I am." came from them all. "Anything that will help make more scholarship money available." Katies insisted, adding, "I mean Jessy made out like a bandit winning the pagent but she also won scholarship money by winning the talent contest, the evening gown competition. I mean she's got her Bachelors and Masters paid for by winning but the rest of us received very little. I mean I took second place to Jessy in the talent and evening gown and my winnings will probably cover a semester." "Consider yourself fortunate. Most of us didn't place high enough to get anything except the nominal scholarship we got just for being in the pagent." Melissa shared. "See what I mean. Melissa placed fourth in the talent competition and didn't receive anything but I think she has the talent to be a recording artist. Don't you agree Daddy?" Jessy asked. "I agree with all your choices here sweetie and would even add another one or two of the contestants to the group." Walker agreed. "I agree Dad. The girl from Okllahoma State University has a great voice." Taylor added. "Who else guys?" Jessy asked as the girls went to find all those they named. "Great idea. I'm all for it." came from those that had just joined the group. "Channel 28 KOKH news here. We'd love to host the group on our morning show." a news reporter declared. "KAUT Channel 4. We have Jessy scheduled for our morning show and would love to announce the new Fund Raiser." another reporter shared. "You move fast." Jessy squealed. "You're news Jessy. This is a wonderful concept. We need to get it out as an Oklahoma idea first because as soon as word is out you'll see this happening everywhere. By the way I'm Dave Matthews and I personally believe we are looking at the new Miss USA here." the reported insisted. "Told you babe." Zac agreed kissing her cheek. "We'd also appreciate you joining your fiance in the morning Zac. If that's okay with your Manager." Dave asked. "Daddy can he?" Jessy squealed. "I don't see why not. You two are definitely not a secret." Walker teased. "Would you Zac?" Jessy asked. "You don't have to ask. I'd do anything to be with you." Zac replied kissing the end of her nose. "Awww." everyone sighed. "I agree with the ladies, that was nice." Dave added. "That's my world, just full of awwwww's." Jessy sighed. "Mr. Hanson. Mr. Hanson." a reporter called out. "Yes." Zac and Walker answered in unison. "I'm sorry. I meant your father Zac." the reporter apologized. "You know if he wanted you he would have said Mr. Oklahoma." Jessy teased. "Mr Oklahoma? Oh I see. So how does it feel to be the reigning Mr Oklahoma Zac?" the reporter askekd. "I can handle it as long as she's wears the crown." Zac answered. "Mr Hanson the manager, this concept of a recording of the contestants, do you think it is a possibility?" the reporter asked. "Most definitely. I was just speaking with a couple of the other girls and this is definitely going to happen. Starting Monday we have those with professional backgrounds recorded already lined up to record the final product at our studion. We already have Jessy's completed." Walker answered. "My, my, my. You girls better be committed to this. I have you booked up for the next three weeks already." the Director shared. "You wait until this hits the airwaves. Every national daytime will be beating on your doors." a reporter warned. "Why didn't you call me? I was the second runner up and these girls weren't even finalists." a contestant complained. "Hmmm I think we all know you weren't a finalist in the Miss Congeniality contest." Jessy teased. "What is that supposed to mean?" she grumbled getting in Jessy's face. "Listen Julie if this pertained to you, I'm sure we would have found you but it doesn't." Melissa shared stepping between the girls. "Well what's it about?" Julie demanded to know. "Well we're..." Jessy started to explain. "Listen Julie it's still not a sure thing so we're keeping it under wraps for now." Julie interrupted to explain. "Oh I see." she mumbled leaving the group. "Did you just say we were keeping it under wraps with a dozen or more reporters surrounding us?" Jessy asked sarcastically while she rolled her eyes. "We can see she wasn't a finalist in the intelligent contest either." a reporter teased causing the group to laugh. "Well if you have the time, why don't we move to my office and see if we can finalize some of these dates." the Director asked leading the group towards his office.
