"Love the gown Jessy. You look exquisite." Zac said zipping it up and closing the clasp before stepping back enjoying the vision. "And you look so handsome." Jessy said with a big smile. "What's that for?" Zac asked tracing her smile with a fingertip. "I am a very lucky woman." Jessy whispered, kissing the fingertip tracing her lips. "Okay what do you want?" Zac teased wrapping her in his arms. "I'll settle for you making love to me." Jessy answered kissing him passionately. "Man you are good at that." Zac moaned pulling from their embrace. "Not good enough."Jessy grumbled turning and making her way to the mirror, checking her makeup and hair. "What's that worried look for?" Zac asked watching her in the mirror. "What?" Jessy asked, guilt written all over her face for the thoughts she'd been having. "Tell me?" Zac whispered into her ear as he wrapped his arms around her and held her tight. "Not now Zac." Jessy whispered hiding her face. "Why babe?" Zac asked. "It would ruin the entire night for everyone." Jessy answered, turning in his arms, smiling from ear to ear, before rolling her eyes, adding, "And for some reason this is important to your parents." "I hate these things." Zac complained trying to tye his bowtie. "Let me." Jessy insisted, standing in front of him, tying it perfectly, adding, "Hot. Very, very hot." "Son are you two ready? The limo is here." Walker asked on his cell phone. "Just finished. Jessy had to do my tie." Zac replied. "Well she's needed here. Let me count. one, two,three... Just get over here she has so much work to do." Walker insisted. "Let's go babe, your talent is needed." Zac shared leading her out to find the limo at their door. "I'm to deliver you to the main house." the chauffer explained. "Line up men. Jessy will be here soon to fix our ties and then we have to leave." Walker instructed lining them up. "Here she is sir." the chauffer shared opening the door for Zac and Jessy. "We're short on time sweetie so I set them up production line style. Me first." Walker insisted and as Jessy fixed one, Walker rushed them to the limo as she started on the next one. "Done. To the limo and thank you sweetie." Walker said ushering Jessy to the waiting limo. "We're doing just fine sir. We should be there as planned." the chauffer shared. "Wonderful." Walker replied, turning to the family adding, "I just want to thank you all for joining us tonight." "Like we had a choice." Taylor mumbled. "You did son. I'm glad you made the right decision though." Walker replied glaring at him. "Ouch." Isaac whispered leaning toward Jessy and Zac. "He better be careful." Zac whispered back. "Me pretty." Zoe declared. "You most certainly are. You just remember Zac is my boyfriend." Jessy teased fussing with her dress and hair. "Me Zac." Zoe squealed scooting off the seat next to her parents and making her way to Zac. "I knew it was too good to be true. Traded in for a younger model." Jessy teased. "You can do that?" Zac asked teasingly. "Why of course it's done all the time. I don't suggest you try it though." Jessy answered sweetly before flexing her bicep. "Dang woman. Drop dead gorgeous but deadly. I suggest you keep you nose clean Zac or she'll clean it for you." Isaac teased. "Not even married yet and she's cracking the whip. Thank you for waiting until after the wedding dear." Taylor shared before kissing his wife's hand. "I don't think so. Don't touch me." Natalie squealed pulling her hand away before scooting away. "Want to trade places Nat?" Jessy offered. "You don't mind. There is no way I'm sitting next to him." Natalie pouted turning her back to Taylor. "Of course I don't mind. I don't see how you put up with him." Jessy insisted rising and moving over waiting for Natalie to move. "Baby don't put her next to me." Taylor pleaded. "Too little and too late." Natalie grumbled making her way to the end of the seat. "Don't even start with me Jordan Taylor Hanson." Jessy warned sitting, turning her back to him, facing Zac and Zoe. "No no Taylor." Zoe scolded. "Don't let him spoil your fun. You have been so looking forward to this." Zac whispered patting Natalie's hand. "Why can't you be more like your brother? Any of your brothers." Natalie demanded to know. "Doesn't it make you wonder?" Jessy asked. "Wonder what?" Natalie questioned. "Doesn't it make you wonder if he is really theirs? I mean so rude and crude for a Hanson." Jessy explained. "Mom?" Natalie asked turning her way looking for an explanation. "I can't explain it girls. Yes he is ours but... I just can't explain it." Diana answered shaking her head in disbelief. "As long as we're on the topic of Taylor..." Walker said, comforting his wife before continuing, "Son could you just behave tonight? Please as a favor to me?" "What's with all the Taylor bashing? I'm tired of it. This is all your fault." Taylor complained glaring at Jessy. "Me? You leave me out of your behavioral problems." Jessy snapped back. "Taylor please?" Walker demanded. "No sad Essy." Zoe said moving to her lap and hugging her. "Babe don't let him get to you." Zac whispered placing an arm around her pulling her closer as she heaved a deep sigh before laying her head on his shoulder. "Me Essy sad." Zoe repeated making her way to her parents, pulling on her father's arm, adding, "Daddy. Daddy." "I know baby girl, your Jessy is sad. I'm sure Jessy knows how much we all love her and maybe she won't be sad for long." Walker shared picking her up and cuddling her. "Jessy I'm so sorry. Don't let him ruin your night." Natalie pleaded leaning across Zac taking her hand, adding, "Taylor apologize now." "Why she started it." Taylor argued. "I'm about to finish it if you don't apologize right now." Natalie snapped placing her hands on her hips. "Please don't Natalie. It's not worth getting upset over." Jessy pleaded. "Taylor what is your problem?" Zac grumbled. "I suggest you apologize now young man." Walker grumbled. "Just stop." Jessy gasped placing her hands over her ears and humming loudly. "Babe don't." Zac pleaded trying to pull her hands from her ears. "No Zac. Just leave me alone. Everyone." Jessy grumbled leaning forward, laying in her lap. "Way to go Taylor." Natalie grumbled turning and staring out the window. "Thanks Tay. Leave it to you to ruin this." Zac grumbled placing a hand on Jessy's back, lightly stroking. "Oh my. Walker do something. This is turning out all wrong." Diana sighed leaning foreward kissing the top of Jessy's head gasping at the sadness on her face when she looked up, "I'm so sorry sweetie. What can I do?" "I don't know Mom. I'm turning in to an 'old wet blanket'." Jessy sighed her eyes full of tears. "But you're my wet blanket." Diana insisted taking her hand and cradling Jessy's face. "Oh you are so lucky." Jessy teased finally smiling. "I certainly am." Diana chuckled. "Me Essy happy?" Zoe squealed noticing the smile. "Didn't mean to worry you lil sis. Jessy is okay." Jessy replied light caressing her face. "Me happy then." Zoe squealed. "We're here." Natalie squealed right before the limo pulled to a stop. "Don't take much to make you happy. Just a Country Club." Jessy teased finally turning their way. "Oh you. You will love it too. I promise." Natalie insisted. "I will tolerate it not love it." Jessy moaned cuddling into Zac's arms. "You okay babe?" Zac whispered. "I am here." Jessy whispered back before the exited the limo and made their way inside. "Jessica. He called me Jessica. I was so about to rip his head off for calling me Jessica." Jessy grumbled once they had been introduced. "You. How dare he call me Jessica." Jessie squealed rolling her eyes. "Well he called me Avery." Avery grumbled. "So does everyone else." Jessie squealed. "Oh yeah." Avery giggled. "Everyone looks so elegant." Jessy sighed gazing around the room. "Elegant? You didn't see him then." Jessie teased pointing off to the side. "Oh my. A rebel I'd say." Jessy gasped looking at the young teen in a tux with tee shirt and tennis shoes, adding, "A rebel without a cause." "Get a load of the nose on that one." Jessie whispered turning Jessy. "Whoa. A little more warning next time." Jessy squealed grabbing her and laughing. "Girls are we being catty?" Diana asked joining them. "Oh no Mom. Just a learning experience is all." Jessie answered. "Come on family drinks are available in the Normandy Room." Walker said escorting them in, seeing that everyone was served. "Well sweetie what do you think?" Walker asked joining Jessy and Zac. "Honestly, I think we should buy stock in stuffed shirts. I didn't realize there was such a demand." Jessy teased. "Good one Jessy." Zac chuckled. "I told you didn't I." Diana insisted. "You sure did and you were right." Jessy replied rolling her eyes as the two walked off together. "Rough start." Walker sighed. "I was afraid she was going to ask me to take her home for a minute there." Zac replied shaking his head no. "Let you mother handle her." Walker said turning Zac to watch as Diana moved from group to group introducing Jessy. "I am impressed. I didn't realize you were such the social butterfly." Jessy said when they were finally joined by family. "My Diana can work a room like noone else." Walker praised wrapping an arm around his wife. "Daddy me." Zoe squealed arms extended to be picked up. "What's up baby girl?" Walker asked sweeping her into his arms. "Daddy look there is your brother and his family." Jessy squealed pointing off to the side. "Where dear?" Walker asked following her finger. "Well I'll be." Walker said waving him over. "And your other brother." Jessy gasped pointing again, adding, "Mom isn't that your best friend Linda?" "Where sweetie?" Diana asked turning in the direction of her finger. "Oh my yes. Linda. Linda. Over here." Diana squealed waving wildly. "Diana dear. So good to see you and the family." Linda said making her way over. "Where is Charles?" Diana asked looking where she had come from. "Oh my it has been awhile." Linda chuckled, explaining, "Charles is history. Some young thing at work paid him attention and the old fool blew it. I gave him 25 years but I'll take his money now." "Oh such a shame." Diana gasped. "It'll be okay Diana." Linda insisted. "I'm sure you will be. Charles now, that's another subject." Diana teased. "Gramma Bea. Zac there's your Grandmother." Jessy gasped catching sight of her. "Dad Gramma is here." Zac said leading Jessy by the hand towards her. "I don't know how much longer she will stay in the dark." Diana shared when they were out of hearing range. "I don't know either." Walker agreed shrugging his shoulders. "There's your answer. Smart move Zac." Isaac shared pointing at Zac leading Jessy out on the terrace. "Dinner will be served in the dining hall." the announcement sounded. "Come on babe, dinner." Zac said taking her hand again. "Oh and I was finally enjoying this night." Jessy sighed kissing him again. "Me too but dinner Jessy." Zac pouted. "And you can't miss dinner, can you?" Jessy teased. "It's been awhile since lunch." Zac pouted again. "Will you bring me back here?" Jessy asked taking booth of his hands in hers. "I think I could do that." Zac answered leaning in and kissing her. "Then let's go to dinner." Jessy sighed kissing him back. "Maybe I'm no so hungry after all." Zac moaned pinning her hands behind her kissing her passionately. "Dinner time son." Walker called out. "We're coming Daddy." Jessy replied as Zac moaned. "Coming Dad." Zac finally replied. "We're at table eight." Walker informed. "Eight. Isn't that right in the middle?" Zac asked. "Right you are. The center of attention table." Walker replied laughing heartily. "This ought to be enjoyable. Can't we just climb over the edge here and hoof it to a McDonald's?" Jessy asked. "You are so funny." Zac teased tickling her before pulling her close again, whispering, "Let's go before he comes back." "Zac?" Jessy asked. "What babe?" Zac replied. "Do you know what's going on? I mean all of Dad's family is here, Mom's friends and family. I don't get it?"Jessy asked. "And you don't get it until you marry me." Zac teased thrusting his body against hers. "You die Tease Boy." Jessy warned pulling away. "Truce?" Zac pleaded pulling her back to him. "No I want to be angry." Jessy pouted. "Please babe?" Zac pleaded, adding, "It was mean and I shouldn't have teased about it. Please I'm sorry." "You are such a sucky fighter." Jessy gasped wrapping her arms around him. "We better go before I put my foot in it again." Zac shared leading her to the dining hall. "Where did everyone come from? So many people." Jessy gasped dragging her feet as they made it to the dining hall. "Come on babe there's the family." Zac said pointing to the center of the room. "And there. And there. And there." Jessy exclaimed pointing at table after table of relatives, adding, "Zac what is going on?" "Okay I'll tell you." Zac said stopping short of the table, turning and kneeling in front of her, pulling a black jewelers box from his pocket, taking her hand in his before continuing, "Jessy you know I adore you. You are my best friend." "Zac." Jessy gasped placing her free hand to her mouth as her eyes filled with tears. "Yeah Jessy. Marry me?" Zac asked watching as the tears trickled down her cheek and she shook her head yes. "I think that is a yes." Walker declared as Zac pulled the ring from the box and slipped it on her finger. "Zac it's exquisite." Jessy gasped overcome by emotions. "You okay babe?" Zac asked rising and wrapping her in his arms. "I am here." Jessy whispered. "Here son." Walker said handing him a napkin to wipe her tears, adding, "Congratulations you two." "Thanks Dad." Zac replied wiping Jessy's face. "Yeah what he said." Jessy whimpered. "You okay sweetie?" Walker asked leaning in to kiss her cheek. "I sure didn't see this coming." Jessy gasped. "You mean I surprised you. Miss always knows what's going on was surprised." Zac teased. "Don't push your lucky Mr about to piss me off again." Jessy teased back. 'Good idea babe." Zac replied then laughed. "Congratulations you two." was heard time and time again as family and friends joined them.
