Walker and Diana were soon joined by Isaac, Heather, Tay, Chele, Zac and Jessy. The Hanson men were all saying goodnight, "Why can't I come?" Taylor asked. "Baby it's a girls only slumber party and baby I don't care what I've read, you are definitely not a girl." Chele teased. "Oh Sis I didn't tell you the latest tidbit I gather about the boys. Do you now that at one time older brother Isaac there and the love of your life, Taylor dear played wedding and your Taylor dressed up in Mom's wedding dress." Jessy shared. "Oh my, I had forgotten about that. It's true dear, do you remember that. You remember don't you Isaac? Remember Walker?" Diana asked. "Jessy what's this another psychic vision? How do you know all this stuff?" Isaac asked. "I want to know who squealed. You all swore you'd never say anything and now Jessy has it on her psychic channel. The whole world will know." Taylor complained. "I remember that now. Man we were little." Zac said, adding, "You were cute though. Your hair is longer now though." "Jessy where'd you get this one?" Chele asked. "No way, I'm no snitch. If Daddy knew what I have learned about all of them he'd be pressing charges. I mean a couple of them are okay people, but most of my sources are freaks, Superfreaks. You guys sure have some weirdo fans." Jessy shared. "Jessy you be careful some of them are very sick girls." Walker warned. "I'm careful Daddy, I gather most of my info on the internet and I use fake names linked to fake names linked to a remote server so noone can trace me. Honestly the only person I've ever connected with off the net is Sis and we're net related. Daddy why haven't you ever gone after the fraud, the copyrighters, the plagarizers. Do you have any idea how many people get rich off of your family?" Jessy asked. "Sweetie just like you they're unreachable, they don't want to be found." Walker said. "Daddy, they're not like me, they're crooks so how smart can they be, they choose to break the law. Now how smart is that? That makes them dumb bad guys and they can't beat a good guy." Jessy asked. "Jessy I was told they couldn't track them." Walker shared. "Daddy I think you hired the wrong good guy for the job." Jessy teased. "And how much is the right good gal for the job going to cost me?" Walker asked. "Depends on how much you're going to charge me for room and board for the summer. I have to have an assistant, Sis will do just fine. And I'll need two white stetsons and you've hired 'The Good Gals' and you're going to get the bad guys by the end of the summer. Daddy I'd like to meet with your accountant, if handled right you could really make out deducting all of the expenses of putting an end to the leaches." Jessy explained. "I'll take care of it first thing Monday morning sweetie." Walker said. "I'll also want to meet the wrong guys you hired in say two weeks, by then I'll have enough to shame them into refunding your fees." Jessy offered. "Baby you do that and I'll pay you a bonus." Walker exclaimed. "I'll take a family outing, say to.." Jessy paused as Zac whispered into her ear. "to Big Splash one day for the big kids and the zoo the other day for the little kids." Jessy asked. "Deal sweetie." Walker said. "Man all this business talk, my brain is going to explode, I'm going to go play." Jessy explained, adding, "See you in the morning." Jessy kissed him sweetly and turned for the house, "Babe don't go." Zac pleaded as the others snickered. "She's got him begging already. He's a goner." Taylor teased. "You find it funny that someone cares so much for his girlfriend he can't stand to be away from her huh?" Chele asked glaring at Taylor. "No baby, not funny, it's just that.. Oh I'm not going there. Zac I'm sorry, I know how you feel, I can't stand it when Chele has to leave me either. Baby don't be mad, please." Taylor begged. "You're begging there Tay." Isaac snickered. "And you what, find it impossible to believe that someone could be so sorry for what they said, something that hurt the other person's feelings and you care so deeply that you beg to make things better?" Heather asked glaring at Isaac. "No baby I know all about begging forgiveness and I'm going to going to practice right now on you. But first Taylor, there is nothing wrong beggin the woman you love to forgive you stupid comments and believe me, I beg a lot. See baby I'd do anything for you, please don't think I don't care so much for you that I wouldn't beg you to forgive me." Isaac begged. "Dear I'm going to save you the trouble, I'm terribly sorry for the stupid thing I was about to say. Diana forgive me?" Walker begged on bended knee. "Oh Daddy." Chele, Heather and Jessy said in unison before glaring at their Hanson. "Babe I'm sorry. I'll miss you but you go have your fun, I'll see you in the morning." Zac said kissing Jessy deeply. "Oh that's not fair. Now I don't want to leave you." Jessy said caressing his face and finally kissing him tenderly. "Then I'll remind you." Zac said turning her around to see all the sad faces on his sisters and their friends. "That was cruel." Jessy moaned. "But not as cruel as this." Jessy said turning back to him and kissing him passionately, with all the dreams, fantasies and desires she'd ever had for him and on the third moan of her name, she unwrapped her arms placing her hands on his shoulders and pushed free of him and headed to the door, "See you in the morning hun." Jessy said blowing him a kiss and heading inside. One by one, Chele, Heather and Diana repeated her goodbye and made their way inside to begin their party. They headed to the kitchen preparing the party feast, as Mom noticed the lineup at the window. The Hanson men, Walker, Isaac, Taylor and Zac all looking forelorn, leaning against the front window. "Pitiful. Give me that camera." Diana asked taking the video camer and panning the pitiful looking four and then shooing them off. "First order of business, Brownies." Jessy squealed and the got busy and soon they were baking as they checked the ice cream supply, sodas, chips, "How about smores." Chele suggested. "Smores. Oh they're the best." Jessy remembered. "Nothing better." Heather said as the little girls all voted for smores. Diana pulled out a box of graham crackers and Jessy read the instructions to microwave them and Chele put them together as she read. As the bell rang signifying the first batch done. "Yuck this sucks." Jessy squealed racing to the sink spitting into the garbage disposal. "I agree. This is disgusting." Chele said depositing her mouthfull in the disposal. "As bad as this is it probably won't go down." Chele teased. Jessy dumped the rest in the garbage as the younger ones moaned. "No nuking smores, we need fire." Jessy said. "They have fire." Heather said pointing out the window at the guys' bon fire. "There's no way after how I left Zac, he's going to welcome me at his fire." Jessy declared. "I agree Jessy. Not even Walker would welcome me right now." Diana shared. "I guess I could apologize to him, or play the maiden in distress." Jessy suggested. "You can't apologize. Then we'd have to. What's your maiden in distress plan?" Chele asked and they put together their plan. "Now do we all know our parts" Diana asked. "Yes Sir." They all replied. "Operation Smores is a go, go, go." Diana hollered and as Chele and Heather headed out she swatted their butts. The others headed to the kitchen to finish preparing the feast and for their parts in operation smores. Diana retrieved binoculars and surveyed the battle field. "Colonel Mom to Hot Mommas. Come back." Diana said into a walkie talkie. "Hot Mommas to Colonel Mom. In position." Chele said into the walkie talkie. "Begin Phase One. Go, go, go." Diana ordered as Chele banged the grill lid, banged some pans together to get the attention of the guys. "Shit. Now look what you made me do." Chele complained as Diana watched. "Colonel Mom to Hot Mommas. No go. More Noise this time through. Over and out." Diana ordered, adding, "Now, now, now." Once again but louder, "Shit. Now look what you made me do." Chele yelled. "Me. Look what you did. This will never work. I give up." Heather yelled. "Enemy approaching. Send in the secret weapon." Diana broadcasted. "Hey baby. What's the matter? Why so sad?" Taylor asked making his way to Chele. "Oh Tay." Chele said looking at him with such desperation as the girls came through the door and drew her attention back. "Chele here, you ready? Jessy said you're probably ready and need this stuff. I can't wait. You're really great to do this. Here Jessy said wear this, make sure you don't get burned or did she say don't burn them. I'm not sure now Chele, do you know what she meant?" Avie rattled off. "Chele this is so cool of you. Big sisters rock." Jessie said. "Oh yeah you're wonderful." Avie declared hugging her tight and then Jessie handed over a tray and the two raced back into the house. Chele stood there performing, head hung, shoulders quivering as if she were crying. "Oh baby what's so wrong? Tell me baby, maybe I can help. Please let me help you baby." Taylor pleaded. "But Taylor this is all my fault, I went and shot off my mouth." Chele said and explained everything. "Oh baby don't be sad. I'll make them for you." Taylor offered. "Oh Tay. You're so good to me." Chele exclaimed putting her head on his shoulder whispering something to him and he smiled. "Give me that tray. My fire awaits." Tay said making his way back and as he sat down and started toasting marshmallows and opened the pan, "What are you doing wuss?" Isaac asked. "I'm toasting some marshmallows for Chele." Tay replied. "You know what they did?" Isaac teased. "Isaac dear. Could I speak to you for a minute?" Heather called to him, explaining exactly what it was Taylor was doing for Chele, "I was so disappointed by your comments to Taylor. Don't you, never mind, I know what I did. Don't worry Isaac it won't happen again." Heather informed. "Heather please, baby that's not what I meant. It was something going on between Tay and I before you listened baby honest. It wasn't about what he's doing for Chele. I'm proud of him for loving her enough not to be childish. Baby please believe me, ask Tay, he'll tell you the wuss comment was over the fire but the childish comment was me. Baby you never kissed me like that before and I liked it. I liked it a lot but you just up and left me and I couldn't even tell you how much I liked it and how much I love you." Isaac explained. "Oh you are a silver tongued devil." Heather said turning away. "Baby it's not just talk. I'd do anything for you." Isaac pleaded. "Anything?" Heather asked. "Yes baby, anything." Isaac replied. "Maybe you could, no..." Heather stopped. "What baby? I'd do anything." Isaac repeated taking her in his arms, kissing her sweetly. "Isaac, would you," Heather paused. "Yes Heather I would." Isaac answered kissing her again. "Silly, I didn't ask. So you're saying you'll do nothing for me, huh?" Heather teased. "Oh you made a funny, you must still love me?" Isaac asked. "Of course I still love you. I may not like what you said hun, but I wouldn't stop loving you over your wrong opinion." Heather explained, adding, "Hun would you toast some plain marshmallows. I, we thought maybe some of the younger ones really shouldn't have chocolate before bed, the sugar in the marshmallow will be enough to bounce them off the walls all night." Heather asked. "Of course I will baby. You wait right here and I'll be right back with them. Hand them over and I'll be back in a flash." Isaac replied and was off and soon Tay and Isaac were headed back with their pans filled. "Mission accomplished. This is Colonel Mom, Mission accomplished. Bring the troups home." Diana reported and Chele turned to see Isaac and Tay approaching. "Here they come. Remember kiss and go or send up the distress signal." Chele whispered. "This won't be easy. He wants another Jessy Goodbye kiss." Heather moaned as, "Hey baby, got them done." Isaac reported. "Oh Isaac, you're so wonderful." Heather said reaching over the pan and kissing him sweetly but Isaac reached his arms around her pan and all and drew her close and Heather sent up both arms before wrapping them around his neck. "Baby remember you promised?" Taylor said as he made his way to her. "Of course I do baby, let me take these in and I'll be right back in your arms." Chele said kissing him sweetly as Taylor wrapped his arms around her. "Chele did you get them done? I don't care come play we don't have to have them we can do it some other time." Avie said coming out the door. "Oh you again. How come your here again? Can't I have her just once, just one time without you trying to steal her back. Probably not you're a male. You too. Forget it, some slumber party this turned out to be." Jessie complained with such sadness in her voice. "Sis don't feel that way. You're right I have Chele all the time,Baby you go have a great slumber party with the girls and I'll see you in the morning. Jessie, sis, smile, go have fun. Night baby." Taylor said kissing her sweetly. "But Tay we were, oh Taydee Bear I love you so much." Chele declared kissing him deeply before turning and winking at Jessie before taking her hand. "Come on Big Sister it's time to party down." Avie squealed. "Sweetheart?" Heather asked. "Yeah babe, you better go party down. I'll see you in the morning." Isaac said kissing her tenderly before taking Avie's hand in hers, "Go have fun with your new sister." Isaac told her before heading after Tay. The girls headed in for the victory dance. They whooped, hollered and danced wildly in a circle, letting go and finally howling. They turned on music next and danced finally clearing the living room of furniture to make a dance floor. Avie, Chele, Jessie, and Jessy huddled in the corner for a while talking and showing each other dance steps and walking it through. "Now for costumes, jeans and Hanson tanks, to Jessy's bags if she doesn't have it, your brothers haven't had it made." Chele said as the girls ran to their rooms to get on jeans and then to the guest room. "Four that go together is the tuffy. Here Avie this is the smallest one. Now how we lining up?" Jessy asked. They worked things out, returning to the living room where Jessy loaded her CDs into the player and blared Hanson to check the volume. Jessy whispered to Heather and plugged in a mic and handed it to her racing to the girls and lining up in front of the picture windows so Zac and Tay could learn something about their girlfriends. "Ladies straight from the Middle of Nowhere we have an act for you that will blow you away. Hang on to your seats, they are going to rock you. Dancing to their and your favorites strains, the, the, you don't have a name girls, we'll call you the Hansonettes dancing to Hanson. Take it away girls." Heather announced and the girls began dancing to 'Gimme Some Lovin'/Shake A Tailfeather'. "Wow they are good. Chele and Jessy dance together a lot?" Diana asked Heather. "I don't see how, in the years they've known each other, they've been together maybe a, no not even a month. This summer is going to be the most time they have ever been together." Heather explained. "They'll be unbeatable by the end of summer. I wonder if the boys are watching?" Diana asked. "Yeah Mom, here they come." Heather said pointing out the window at the lineup of men watching as Diana quickly made her way to her husband and escorted them inside. "Mother the girls are good." Walker commented as Diana relayed what she learned from Heather. When the girls finished dancing, they invited the guys to stay for leftovers before shooing them out again. The girls all raced to get into their jammies and meet back with makeup, nail polish, curling irons, hair spray and the works. The house was filled with laughter and giggles. During truth or dare, Diana admitted to the closet full of dirty socks, described true love, Heather described not true love, Chele admitted to still having feelings for Matt, which sent Jessy running. "Jessy let me in." Chele asked. "No I'll say something I'll regret. Just leave me alone." Jessy shouted back. "Jessy there's no need to yell." Chele shared. "Get bent." Jessy screamed grabbing her suitcase and packing up her tanks they'd left on the bed and without thinking she packed up everything else. "Jessy let me in so we can talk about this." Chele asked. "You need to talk to Taylor not me. Does he know the woman wearing his ring has feelings for another man?" Jessy asked regretting it the minute the words left her lips. Jessy searched and found a telephone book, grab her credit card and dialed, looking for a place to stay, ripping out the page with the ad of the hotel she'd booked then dialed for a cab, thrilled she was a snoop and new the Hanson's address explaining she'd meet them at the road. "If you won't let met in I'll just go get Daddy to open the door." Chele warned. "Do it because I have no intention of letting you in." Jessy answered grabbing her bags and listening at the door for Chele to leave. Jessy looked back at the note she'd left on her bed, "I need my head examined. I finally meet Zac and I'll give him up so Sis can keep lying to Taylor. Sick in the head." Jessy mumbled opening the door checking, locking the door and heading out the way Zac had earlier, finding a side door and heading down the driveway after scaling the wrought iron fence. At the road she stayed clear of the security camera and loaded into the cab at the road so it wasn't caught on camera and she was off and checking int the hotel before she'd had time to realize what she was doing. At the front desk she explained that she travels alone and had recently had some bad experiences and asked that they not give out any information on her except to her mother and the clerk noted the information on her check in data which flagged her name and the room as no information given. As soon as she was in her room, she dialed home explaining what had happened. After a long talk with Momma, Jessy felt less guilty but no better. A quick trip to the pop machine and Jessy did what she had promised Momma, dialed the Hanson's house to explain to Mom and Dad. "Hey Mom, it's me Jessy." Jessy said when Diana answered. "Baby please come out we miss you. Your Sister is sorry and swears she'll leave you alone if you'll just come out." Diana asked. "Mom I can't, I'm not there." Jessy shared. "Of course you are. What you're out with Zac?" Diana asked walking to the door not seeing her. "Baby where are you, you're not with Zac?" Diana asked walking out onto the deck. "Walker" Diana called motioning him to her. "Mom umm, promise not to get mad, I couldn't help it, if I see Sis right now, I know I'll hurt her, hurt her bad. She can't handle what I have to say and, and, she just can't. She's not going to like that I left but I figure that's easier then hearing how I feel." Jessy explained. "You left. No. Jessy we would know, we have security. I'd know if you left." Diana insisted. "Sweetie what is this?" Walker asked taking the phone and holding Diana. Jessy explained fighting the tears, praying he would understand but knowing he'd be angry about his lousy security to say the least. The silence after she finished was more than she could stand and she gave way to the tears, fearing the worse, he was disappointed in her, so much so he couldn't speak to her. "Jessy, hmmm, sweetie are you going to meet with my security expert and get me a refund from him too?" Walker asked. "What? You're not mad at me? Of course I'll go humilate the man, he deserves it, getting out was a piece of cake so getting in is way to easy too." Jessy answered. "Sweetie are you sure you're okay there?" Walker asked. "Daddy if I don't tell you where I am, I guarantee you will not find me. Want to test it?" Jessy teased. "No baby, I believe you." Walker laughed. "Daddy, can I talk to Zac. I'd like him to hear it from me." Jessy asked. "Yeah sweetie, I think that's a good idea. Let me get him for you." Walker offered. Jessy and Zac talked forever. "Babe why didn't you stay, at least I could have held you when you cried. Jessy didn't you trust me enough to take care of you. I promised you I would babe and i meant it." Zac asked. "Oh Zac this isn't about you and me, it's about me and Sis. I didn't leave because of you. Zac I was going to stay and just stay in a different room, bunk with your sisters if I had to but I realized if I say Sis in Tay's arms I'd lose it and it's not my place to tell him. Zac swear you won't say a word." Jessy pleaded. "No Babe, I'm not breaking his heart that's Chele job, she's the one who's messed up." Zac snarled. "See Zac, you can hardly bear to say it. Hun are you going to be okay? I know why don't you come stay with me? I heard your folks are real liberal?" Jessy teased. "Babe there is no way, Dad did say you were so good we couldn't find her. Hey did you tell Dad where you are, if you haven't they couldn't find us then." Zac asked excitedly. "Sorry babe, already told them where I was. You're real funny Zac, not." Jessy replied. "Babe you call me if you can't sleep. I know I won't. I miss you so bad Jessy." Zac shared. "Me too hun. Zac I'll call you when I wake up but I promised my boyfriend I'd take a nap so I won't be out until lunchtime or later. I'm not coming to see or talk to Sis though, I'm coming to see my boyfriend." Jessy insisted, adding. "Goodnight Zac, I love you and miss you." "Me too babe. I need you back where you belong, in my arms. Jessy promise you'll call my number if you get scared, or can't sleep. I love you babe. Sleep tight." Zac said and Jessy heard his lips smacking before the line went dead. Jessy kissed the phone, replaced it and turned of the light and went to sleep.
