"Zac that's Taylor coming out of that market." Jessy shouted as they drove past. "Where?" Zac asked. "About a block back, lead foot. You get us stopped, we are in a heap of trouble." Jessy teased, adding, "Are you in a hurry to get there Zac?" "Sort of." Zac said. "Care to elaborate hun?" Jessy asked leaning his way, kissing his shoulder then laying her head there. "Babe, it's just you seemed so happy about going. You know Jessy since you almost... drow.." Zac said pausing then stopping in mid word. "Oh my Zac, what this has done to you. I'm so sorry." Jessy gasped lightly shaking her head no on his shoulder as she wrapped her arms around him. "Oww. I hate seatbelts." Jessy said sitting back on her side, rubbing where the belt had been rubbing her. "We're here." Zac announced turning in the driveway to park on the other side of the street, leaving the spot in front of the house. "Here let me get you out of that." Zac offered reaching over to her, unbuckling her seatbelt. "I'm free, I'm free." Jessy squealed, climbing into his lap, wrapping her arms around him, "My white knight. I sure work you a lot lately. I better make sure you know how much I appreciate and love you for it. I wouldn't want you tiring of me." Jessy whispered as she wiggled her way into his lap before kissing him passionately as her emotions ran away with her better judgment. "I love you Zac." Jessy whispered into their kiss as her tongue searched out his, teasing it as he moaned, his hand caressing her thigh and butt. Jessy kissed her way to his ear, nibbling before kissing her way to his neck as Taylor rapped on the window. "Ohhh go away." Jessy moaned. "You're right that was Taylor." Zac exclaimed. "Good I was right, now make him go away." Jessy sighed laying her head on his shoulder. "But don't you want to go to the party?" Zac asked. "Nope. I'd rather sit here and neck with you." Jessy pouted. "Oh I love you too but..." Zac tried explaining, "Yeah you had worked your way up to my butt. Now get rid of your brother and we can take up where we left off." Jessy insisted. "You're the one who told Ash you wanted to come to his party so you'll be the one to tell him you'd rather sit across the street necking with me." Zac warned. "Oh he'd understand. He knows I got the hots for you." Jessy teased. "Yeah right." Zac laughed. "Come on you two, give me a hand." Taylor ordered. "Why'd you have to have brothers." Jessy whined. "So your sister would have someone to love." Zac teased. "And her cousin too." Jessy added as they got out and helped carrying in the cakes. "Someone said cake in front of Sis again huh?" Jessy asked opening the door for the guys. "Hey kiddo, you came." Ash hollered from the backyard. "Hey Ash. The c-a-k-e is here, you want me to cut them." Jessy teased. "Oh I learned to spell that when I was two." Chele said making a beeline to Taylor kissing him before cutting the other cake. The girls had served everyone, "Jessy you're not eating?" Ash asked. "Nah Sis took my sweet tooth too. That's why she craves it and I don't really care for them." Jessy explained as Zac put a finger loaded with frosting into her mouth. Jessy made such a face swallowing it down and immediately grabbed a bottled water and chugged half of it. "Yucky." Jessy said shivering. "Oh babe it can't be that bad." Zac suggested. "Now if I want something sweet, I prefer the natural type like.." Jessy said as kissed Zac, sweetly, adding, "Ummm now that's sweet." "You sure are. I love you too babe." Zac confessed, pulling her to him. "I know hun, but I still love to hear it. It makes me tingle all over everytime you say it." Jessy said wrapping her arms around him hugging him tight before kissing him again, adding, "I feel like a dip in the pool. Join me when you're done." she whispered in his ear. "Sure babe. Be right there." Zac answered kissing gently, adding, "I know you can do this Jessy." "You always believe in me don't you?" Jessy asked. "Yeah babe, I know you can do anything you put your mind to, and I'm right behind you when you need a little extra, love, hand, hug, confidence. Whatever you need babe, I'm here for you. Zac whispered. "Oh Zac." Jessy gasped hugging him tighter. "You really do love me don't you?" Jessy whispered. "Of course I do Jessy. I love you and I'm going to marry you, and we're going to have lots and lots of happy, healthy babies then we're going to grow old together." Zac announced his intentions to the world, adding, "I told you this before babe." "I just like to hear it again and again and again." Jessy replied, teasing at the end, adding seriously, "No joking Zac, I love you too hun. My world's come to life from the moment our eyes met for the first time and I saw the real you. He's way nicer than you. He surrounds me with his love and when I'm scared, or blue, or just not sure, I take a deep breath and his love fills me and I know I can do or face anything. Even going to the doctor tomorrow to make you're folks feel better. Gawd I hate doctors Zac, do I gotta go?" Jessy pouted playing on his emotions. "No I'm not falling for that beautiful bottom lip. Babe please go, I need to know you're okay too. I almost lost you. Jessy please?" Zac begged. "Yeah Zac for you I'll go but you gotta come and hold my hand." Jessy insisted. "I won't leave your side." Zac promised "Better not." Jessy warned, adding, "I won't kiss you all day if you leave me alone with that, that doctor. Ewwww." Jessy said dramatically before turning and making her way to the pool. "Oh my God, she's going in the pool." Chele gasped. "Zac, look man, Jessy's going in the pool." Taylor shared excitedly. "Zac she going to be okay?" Ash asked. "It's her idea Ash. After you finished talking to you and she asked me if we could come, she asked if I'd help her try. So all of you please, stop gawking or she'll never make it." Zac said as the whispers of her near drowning filled the room, even accusing the driver of the wave runner. "Man I'd forgotten about him. Anybody seen him since?" Zac mumbled. "Nah Zac, not since he split that night. I mean it was strange when I saw him booking, I really expected you know something like he old man had a heartattack or house on fire. Him leaving your party was unheard of man, you two been best buds as long as I can remember." Ash said. "Zac don't go there man. If Jessy saw you right now she, she couldn't handle it." Taylor said turning to face him and hide him from Jessy, adding, "Baby please watch her while Zac pulls himself together. She can't see him like this." Taylor insisted. "What? His best friend." Chele repeated in disbelief. "Come on best friend's woman. Chele, come on Jessy needs you. You saved her from drowning, now save her from seeing Zac this way. I'll give you a hand. Let's go to her. The rest of you listen up. Pool is off limits until I say so." Ash announced to boos. "Hey you don't like it, leave." he answered coldly. "You're a good friend Ash." Chele declared hugging him as they headed to the pool. "What you hugging on my friend for?" Jessy asked. "You friend, he's my friend?" Chele teased back. "Oh one of those friendly types huh Ash, you didn't tell me." Jessy teased giggling. "Aww girls, come on now give me a break, you're both gorgeous. Now how was I going to turn one of you away. There's enough of me for the both of you, I'm just oozing Ash." Ash teased. "Sis watch the head is inflating. Too much ego, it's out of controlllllll." Jessy squealed. "Too bad she got better. She's a pain." Ash shared. "You're telling me, I live with her." Chele sighed. "Man you're one hell of a woman to put up with that." Ash declared. "Hey you better stop picking on me or I'll tell Zac. He'd do anything for me, even stomp both of you. So there." Jessy warned. "Yeah right, I'm scared." Ash said. "Got me trembling." Chele said and Jessy turned as far back as she could putting both arms together, she turned back scoop as much water as possible directing at the two of them, drenching them. "Ha ha ha. I don't need Zac to get you two. Ha." Jessy declared laughing. "This is war woman." Ash said whipping off his shirt and stepping out of his shoes before cannon balling her. "Tidal wave. Through me a life perserver." Jessy squealed laughing as Ash climbed out of the pool and did it again, followed by Chele, Isaac and Heather. "Hey I'm out numbered. Ash you said to trust you, help. They do live with me and I'm not as sweet as I seem." Jessy shared. "Oh really." Ash said dramatically, adding, "I hadn't noticed." he finished as everyone laughed. "Kiddo, seriously, you sure are brave trying this. I mean you did almost drowned and to face the water. You're something special Jessy." Ash said wrapping an arm around her and squeezing tight. Jessy gazed again at the kitchen looking for Zac. "He and Tay were discussing something, I don't even think Tay noticed I left his side." Chele shared hoping Jessy would buy it. "Oh." she replied looking at the deep end. "Want me go with you sis?" Chele asked as Jessy shook her head no and started trembling. "Hey kiddo I'll race you. You're a strong swimmer but I think I'm faster." Ash challenged. "No way you swim like a rock." Jessy teased. "There goes that not as sweet as I seem. I swim good." Ash complained. "Oh Ash I don't want to hurt your feelings but nah." Jessy teased. "I'm wounded. How could you say such a thing. Race me. I'll leave you in my wake." Ash insisted and Jessy laughed, rolling her eyes before looking again for Zac. "I'll go see what they're talking about." Chele said making her way to the guys. "Zac you have got to pull yourelf together now, she keeps looking for you and I would be surprised if she doesn't follow me looking for you." Chele explained. "I'll be okay. Have to be, she needs me." Zac said, adding, "Thanks Tay." "Anytime bro. That's what big brothers are for." Taylor said, adding, "Go to her." and Zac made his way to the pool. "Hey babe. You're all wet Jessy?" Zac said slipping out of his sandals and sitting on the edge as ways away from her, almost at the deep end. "He did it." Jessy accused pointing at Ash. "I'm wounded again. Lover boy shows up and now I'm a meany." Ash said splashing her. "See. He's a meany." Jessy said swimming to Zac, hanging on to his legs as Zac straightened his legs and lifted her from the water. "Man you must be strong." Jessy squealed. "Sorry babe, you don't weigh nothing." Zac teased. "I do too! Zac how can you say that?" Jessy pouted as he leaned towards her, pressing his lips to hers, before lowering back into the water. "Umm I like you being strong enough to lift nothing me." Jessy teased, adding, "I haven't gone underwater yet, I'm really nervous about it." "Babe don't push it okay, promise me again." Zac pleaded. "I promise again Zac. I think I'm going to hand on to my security blanket here and try." Jessy announced rubbing his leg. "Wait a minute." Zac said unbuttoning his shirt and tossing it on top of Jessy's skirt. "Okay babe. Now I can come in with you if you need me to okay?" Zac asked. "Yeah Zac. You're so good to me." Jessy declared holding his foot and dunking under the water. Everyone's attention was on the spot, Jessy had been in watching. "God please help her do this." Taylor prayed aloud. "Oh TayBear. No wonder I love you so, you're such a good person." Chele said hugging him then turning back to the pool as Taylor wrapped his arms around her. "This is good right, her not coming up right away?" Chele asked. "I'd think so. She didn't panic right away but what when she's down long enough to get the feeling your lungs are going to burst?" Tay worried. "I don't Tay. Come up Jessy please." Chele said as Zac straightened his leg lifting her from the water. "Hey." Jessy whined. "You having fun without me?" Zac asked. "What? You silly." Jessy teased as he leaned for her. "Nope. Can't kiss me until you come in with me." Jessy teased and Zac slipped off the edge of the pool into the water next to her. "Now you can kiss me." Jessy said swimming closer, wrapping her arms and legs around him pressing her lips to his as they headed to the bottom and Zac pushed off. They surfaced still kissing both taking a deep breath before sinking again and Zac pushing off the bottom. As they surfaced, still kissing, Zac paddled them to shallower water where he could touch but Jessy couldn't, "Hey I can't reach bottom here." Jessy said as their kiss ended and she unwrapped her arms and legs to stand, only to find it too deep. "I know. I figure you'd have to hang on to me here." Zac said proudly. "So you want me clinging to you huh?" Jessy asked. "Forever and a day would be fine with me." Zac replied. "You sure you want me depending on you 24/7 hun. Zac I'm afraid you'd get tired of always giving and I'm not great at just taking. It's not really my nature Zac. My relationship with you is so out of the norm for me." Jessy explained. "What do you mean out of the norm baby? I don't understand." Zac asked. "Zac just think of when you first met me, when you first brought me home, hun." Jessy suggested. "Oh, you're right, you are a giver not a taker." Zac replied deep in thought. "Zac you're smiling. Why hun?" Jessy asked. "I was remember the first time I laid eyes on you. What a knockout? And the look on your face when you turned expecting to see me and there was George. It was priceless babe, I still hear the sound of your laughter." Zac shared. "Duh?" Jessy said laughing. "Oh, that's why I still hear it." Zac said joining her, moving them to shallow water. "Hey Ash. Didn't anyone else wear suits?" Jessy asked. "Oh man I forgot, they're probably pissed by now." Ash said heading into the house returning with his other guests and soon the party was in full swing and they partied into the wee hours of the morning before heading home.
