Jessy began filling water glasses, stopping to whisper to Gramma and waiting for the answer and returning next to Zac whispering in his ear before drinking her water and refilling her glass. "You thirsty or what?" Zac asked as she finished her second glass. "Someone's appetite has grown and I'm busting butt to keep up with him is all." Jessy explained. "Mom, Dad, I'd like to stay with Jessy and Jacob until Jessy clears things up and Jacob has his doctor appointment on Thursday. Don't ask me to leave them I can't and I don't want to try, please." Zac asked. "I can understand son but where will you stay, what will you wear?" Diana asked. "Mom, he can stay at Gramma's with us and he can wear my maternity clothes. I didn't buy any. While I was still hiding my pregnancy, I wore big jeans and tees, Zac's size. I didn't get real big until like the last month and even then I didn't fill them out. Wait I've got pictures. My purse is in the diaper bag Dad." Jessy said as Walker handed her the diaper bag and she dug out her purse. "Here Zac your copy of his birth certificate." Jessy said digging deeper as Zac stared at his name under father. "Son you okay?" Walker asked as Zac handed him the copy and he kissed Jacob's head. "Here I am each of the nine months, turned into a little cow that last month. Had the cutest waddle on the block and Jacob's birthday party." Jessy said handing Zac the pictures and Diana the envelope to put them in. "Those are you guys copies. One of my weaker moments, I was going to write and tell you. Oh and here is his first professional photo. Isn't he the cutest. Actually he was so cute they gave them to me free to put his picture up in the shop. There's three different shots one for each of you and here this set is for my other family and a 8x10 for each house." Jessy said handing out the pictures and handing each the folder they came from as she downed another glass of water as Jacob started to stir and finally woke. As Jessy nursed him, the families decided that Zac would stay and help Jessy with Jacob and when everything was settled he would pack them up and move them home to Tulsa. The Martins rode home with the Hansons leaving Zac their Expedition to bring Jessy and Jacob home. Once home they would live with the Hansons where they would be safe from the press. The guest bedroom on the main floor would be redecorated so they could fit Jacob's crib in also. And as soon as could be arranged Jessy and Zac would marry in the clearing in the woods. They stood in the parking lot saying their goodbyes as the two Grampas tried securing Jacobs car seat proper in the back. "Come on Walker is hasn't been that long. Think man where does this go." John asked. "Daddy they go through here but hang on until you have it buckled and put your weight on it so the strap tightens properly." Jessy said watching then handing them Jacob. "There you go boy. Up in the world seeing everything." John said. "You be good for mommy and daddy and we'll see you soon Jacob." Walker said kissing him. "Same from this Grampa too." John said kissing him. "Cool huh?" Zac said wrapping his arms around her. "Uh huh." Jessy said tears streaming down. "Sis you need anything, you call." Taylor said kissing the top of her head. "Chele made you say that didn't she." Jessy accused. "Yeah but I mean it anyway." Tay said. "And what did she promise if you said it huh?" Jessy teased as Tay turned red faced. "Oooh that good huh? By the way you got a condom on you?" Jessy asked. "Jesus Jessy." Taylor said. "Oh get embarassed. Shit I already had his kid I deserve to know what it's really supposed to be like. You have told him right?" Jessy asked. "Chele?" Jessy hollered. "What sis?" Chele asked. "Make Taylor give me a condom." Jessy asked. "Babe give her a condom if she wants one. What you only have one. I don't think so." Chele laughed. "Jesus you girls are terrible." Taylor said pulling out his wallet and handing it to Chele. "Zac babe give me your wallet, we're comparing." Jessy said and Zac handed his over. "Oh he's so cute. God Taylor look." Chele said rushing to Taylor to show the picture of Jacob that Zac put in his wallet. "Hey" Jessy said shaking her head as Jacob let it be known he didn't care to be alone. "Zac you spoiled him. He's all yours babe." Jessy called out. Zac appeared, unbuckled Jacob taking him along to finish talking to their folks. Jessy fished around in the diaper bag coming up with more pictures of Jacob. "Mom I didn't think about sis and the others and Grampa Lawyer, just everybody. Here this is what's left. I'll go in and order more so I'll call you tomorrow after you have a chance to go through and figure what else you need." Jessy said. "Baby you sure you don't have any now." Diana said. "I already have them up at home Mom, these were extras." Jessy said as Zac backed into her. "Hey how's my favorite fellas?" Jessy asked stepping on tiptoe to see over Zac's shoulders. "Hey baby." Jessy said and Jacob's eyes got big. "Man Zac you've gotten taller." Jessy said measuring herself against him as Jacob started to cry. "Jessy get back up here" Zac said. "Zac I don't reach, you're too tall." Jessy complained as Zac crouched down. "Hey baby." Jessy said again and Jacob's eyes got big again. "You hanging with daddy and your grampas huh?" Jessy asked and Jacob squealed then started sucking his fist. "Not again, you are this major bottomless pit. You'll weigh a ton when you go to the doctor's next. Oh man I forgot about that too. Mommy will be right back." Jessy said running to the other side of the car and finding his growth chart in the diaper bag. "Here Mom this is your copy of his growth chart. He goes in Thursday so one of us will call you with the latest stats on him." Jessy said as everyone started loading up. "Ummm here's your wallet back. Love Jacob's picture man." Chele said. "Remember you need anything sis. Call me." Taylor said hugging her, whispering in her ear, "He's well protected. Just trust your heart." "Same here sis. Just call us and we'll be here." Isaac said. "Hey wait a minute. You ain't a Hanson." Jessy said grabbing onto Venita. "Oh darn I didn't think anyone would really notice." Venita said and the whole van cracked up. "You riding home with Zac, Jacob and I or with Mom. I'm gonna have to nurse him again or we won't make it home." Jessy said. "I'm going with Mom then I can't wait to get home. I'll tell her, you're feeding bottomless pit boy before you leave. See ya at Gramma's." Venita said as she headed to their van and they headed for home. "Call us." John said. "Sure daddy." Jessy said. "Us too." Diana said. "Yeah Mom." Jessy said as Zac pulled her back so his father could pull out to head West. "Wow just us." Jessy said. "You okay with that?" Zac asked. "Yeah Zac it's all I've thought of since I decided to run. It's what's gotten me through everything. When I was scared I'd just tell myself that we'd be back together someday. Jacob and I need you Zac. Real bad." Jessy said reaching on tiptoe to kiss him deeply. "I think Jacob needs you more than me." Zac laughed watching Jacob sniff out Jessy's boob. "I think I'll put him in his pajamas first." Jessy said heading to the diaper pulling out what they needed. "Go ahead Zac. He's real easy going hun, just talk to him." Jessy said stepping aside and watching Zac be a father to his son. Jessy ran and dumped the dirty diaper in the garbage can returning to find Zac almost done. She grabbed a baby blanket and sat in the front passenger seat, unsnapping her nursing bra, waiting for Jacob. They sat talking as she nursed the baby and Zac burped him, placing him in his carseat when he was finished and almost asleep. The buckled up and headed East. "Zac pull in the Market and I'll see if Mike is there yet for closing and tell him what's up." Jessy asked as the pulled into town. Jessy ran in finding Mike in his office and she explained everything, swearing him to secrecy about the baby's father. Zac watched as Jessy and a middle age man approached the car. Zac got out quietly trying hard not to wake Jacob. "Zac Hanson I'd like to introduce my boss, Mike Smith." Jessy said. "Mike thanks for being so good to Jessy throughout this all. I'm forever in your debt man." Zac said taking his hand. "Such a nice young man Jessy. I see why love him so. Man Jacob looks so much like him doesn't he." Mike noticed. "Jessy I'll miss you sweetie, everyone will, but we couldn't be happier for you and Jacob. You found the missing part of your family. You help me training the new kid the next couple of days and then you go home as a family." Mike said. "Jacob has a doctor appointment Thursday and we'll be around until Saturday afternoon to make sure he doesn't react to his vaccination. So anything I can help with until then, just call the house okay?" Jessy asked. "Better get back in so I can close. See you in the morning. Nice meeting you Zac. I'm so glad you found her." Mike said heading back to the store. Jessy and Zac loaded back up to drive to the end of the block, pulling in behind the van and heading into the house. "Hey Mom. Everybody else gone to bed?" Jessy asked. "Yeah baby and I'm headed there now that I know you three are home safe. See you in the morning." Mary said. "Mom not me, I'm working in the morning but Zac and Jacob will be here." Jessy said hugging her goodnight.
