"There he is babe." Zac said leading Jessy by the hand. "Hey Kate! So what you doing with my older brother." Jessy giggled. "Umm just hanging? What you doing with my younger brother." Kate answered and asked as the two crawled in the back. "Mom and Dad talked your mother into letting you and Zac go to the movies, or whatever you want to do as long as we go too." Isaac explained. "Cool what do you want to do babe on this non-date double date?" Zac said. "What? Run that by me again but slower." Jessy teased laying her head on his shoulder. "Zac I don't care but I'm not too keen on being in the same thing I ran in and have been in all day long." Jessy whispered. "Got it covered, we're headed to my place. Chele sent a change of clothes along and Isaac brought clean clothes for Zac. So what do you want to do?" Kate asked. They made it to Kate's house, "Zac there's a bathroom right down there, Jessy's using my room." Kate explained as Jessy made her way to her room, turning on the CD player as she stepped in the door and headed directly to the shower. "Jessy, Isaac and I are running down to the corner for the paper so we can see what movies are playing, be right back. Isaac's telling Zac." Kate called in to her. "Bring me back a sucker or something sweet, I need a sugar fix and I already checked out your stash. I'm not after chocolate." Jessy admitted. "Can do. Be right back." Kate said leaving as Jessy finished, turing off the water and wrapping herself in a towel. "Jessy?" Zac called out. "Come in Zac, I'm covered." Jessy yelled back grabbing the hair dryer. "Babe you're not dressed yet. What's the matter, don't you want to go out with me?" Zac asked. "Zac that's not it, how can you think that?" Jessy answered hurt by his comment. "Oh baby I didn't mean it. I don't know why I said it. Jessy don't, I'm sorry honest I am." Zac apologized. "I know you didn't Zac, I really do. I don't know why I acted like you did." Jessy said hugging him tight. "Come on, I'll dry your hair." Jessy said taking his hand and leading him in to the hair dryer. "There you're done." Jessy said putting the dryer away. "Now to get you dressed." Zac declared, adding, "I'm going to go see if they're back yet and check out the movies. You get dressed. Love you." Zac said heading out. Jessy opened her bag and pulled out clean underclothes, socks and work boots, a denim mini skirt and midi top. "Poor Zac." Kate laughed, adding, "I better make sure he's sitting down when you make your appearance." "Really funny. Chele picked this out, not me." Jessy argued as Kate went and made sure the guys were sitting done. "Jessy you look great." Zac declared as a big smile found its way to his face. "So what you want to do?" Zac asked. "I'd like pizza for supper and to play minature golf." Jessy shared. "Cool. I haven't played minature golf in a long time. Sounds like a fun time, you two okay with it?" Zac asked. "Man I love minature golf, there's Putt Putt, or what's that place in you guys' old neighborhood, he serves pizza doesn't he?" Kate asked. "Okay by me. Let's head out." Isaac announced and they loaded up and headed out. They played a round of golf, ordered pizza and we're playing video games in the arcade when their number was called. They picked up their order and headed to the picnic tables. Jessy declared war, shooting spit balls through her straw and Zac retaliated by spitting ice trying to put it down her top, sinking three in a row. "Now you asked for it. Paybacks are hell Zac Hanson." Jessy said standing, leaning across the table and whispering to Kate, "Is my butt aimed at him and how's he doing?" Jessy asked as Kate looked and motioned her closer. "Perfect." Kate said as Zac's eyes got big. "That's enough, let's go to the bathroom." Kate whispered and Jessy excused herself. "Isaac sweetie, I think I better go with her, she didn't look to good." Kate said standing first then bending over to whisper to Isaac giving him an eyefull before chasing after Jessie. "She said Jessy didn't look too good. Is Jessy all right?" Isaac asked. "She looked good to me." Zac declared. "Wonder what Kate meant?" Isaac said. The girls returned and suggested picking up a movie and heading home to Chele and Tay. Kate called home to ask about spending the night at Jessy's and going to church with her in the morning. "Cheat. You know your Mom and Dad would let you do anything if you included going to church. Mom and Dad I want to spend the night with Jessy, go to church with her in the morning and in the afternoon were going to rob a bank. Okay? Kate your going to church. Such a good girl. Have fun baby." Jessy teased. "Oh Jessy how silly, you know banks are closed on Sundays." Kate teased. They stopped at the corner video store and rented 'Austin Powers', 'Big Daddy', and 'Wild Wild West' and loaded up on candy and cheese popcorn before making it home to find Zac's folks. "Daddy is doing so much better, we decided to go home but the kids were already in bed. We told your mother we'd stay here, so she's gone to pick up your brothers and spend some time with her mother." Diana shared. "That was so nice of you guys. Thanks." Jessy said hugging her. "Thanks Daddy." Jessy said hugging him next. "We brought home movies, and goodies." Zac said. "I'll make regular popcorn." Jessy said and headed to the kitchen. "Zac? Can you come finish this? I want to get my jammies on." Jessy hollered out. "Yeah babe, what needs doing?" Zac asked finishing the last pan of popcorn as Jessy rushed to the stairs, "Mom you got something to sleep in? I sleep in tank tops and jammie bottoms, I got plenty and they'll fit you, there those one size fits all kind. You too Kate." Jessy said and they headed up to her room. She put Mom in black with daisies, Kate in white with pink flowers, and Jessy wore plaid bottoms with a blue tank. Before heading down she ran into Chele's room grabbing her plaids with a red tank. "Here's yours sis. I'm going to check on Zac." Jessy said and found Zac headed in to the family room with Isaac behind with a tray of drinks. Somewhere between the second and third movie, Jessy and Zac fell asleep and before heading to bed Diana covered them with a blanket and left them to sleep on the couch. "I'll take Jessy's bed then." Kate announced. "I'll check the back door, Tay you check the front door and turn out the lights." Isaac ordered as they made their way to bed.
