The six joined the others in the dining hall and Reverend Smith said grace praying for the safety of all of those in the storm. Jessy was taken by the youngest Hanson, the two Z's, Zac the youngest member of Hanson and Zoe the youngest Hanson. She was seated across from his mother and Zoe and next to Zac. Zoe kept smiling at her then hiding her face in her mother's arm, so next time she looked Jessy's way. Jessy smiled at her then hid her face in Zac's arm, taking Zac by surprise as Zoe giggled. Jessy giggled back and Zoe was a Jessy fan. "So you're the only girl of five huh?" Diana asked. "Yep. Lucky me. I think that's why I hit it off so with Chele. I got the web for my birthday and as soon as I was connected I went in a Hanson Chat Room on TalkCity and there she was. She was so popular, everyone was talking to her and I just sat there watching. Then she goes and says hi I like your name. I said I wasn't really sold but I couldn't decide which color Jello so I just decided I'd go with HansonJello. We've spoken just about everyday since. Three, four months into the relationship, we were talking and we realized we had so much in common, that we must be sisters and have been trying to convince Momma ever since that she just doesn't remember having Chele, but she doesn't buy it." Jessy laughed. "That's so precious. So you and Chele are close huh?" Diana asked. "We are sooo much alike it's scary. We sound alike, look alike, like the same type of guys, music, you know all the important stuff." Jessy laughed noticing Zac looking at Taylor and Chele definitely holding hands under the table. "Oh those are the real important things." Diana said as Jessy felt Zac's hand searching for hers even though Zac was looking away. As his hand rested on her thigh, she swallowed hard, "But I didn't know stuff like that with just brothers. I had girlfriends at school but there's so little free time, learning girl things was limited. To top that off we lived in the country and all the girls within four, five miles were so much older or way younger." Jessy said as she moved her hand to Zac's and for a moment he looked at her, smiled, then looked away again. She felt his fingers intertwine with hers and he rested their hands back down on her thigh, as he finished his soup. "Do you want more Zac?" Jessy asked. "Yeah, but I can get it." Zac said. "Mrs. Hanson would you like more?" Jessy asked. "Yes please Jessy, that would be nice." Diana answered and Jessy reached for her bowl, brushing up against Zac who reached his arm around her and ran his hand up down her thigh lightly. Jessy wasn't prepared or very good at hiding her emotions and the smile that came to her face caused his mother to try and peak around her to look at Zac, who Jessy was sure was looking at her backside. "Uh hum." Diana said as Jessy picked up her bowl leaning even farther to keep her from seeing Zac. His mother finally looked at her and she began moving back causing Zac to finally notice his mother trying to see what was going on. "Hey I'd love your opinion of a song, Momma says it's to old for me." Jessy asked and began singing, "From this moment life has begun. From this moment, you are the one. As they finished, "You girls are so talented." Walker said who turned and talked to Barbara. Jessy walked and filled Diana's bowl as Chele followed, "What was that about?" she asked. "Oh lover boy here was copping a little feel and I guess my expression gave it away and his Mom was trying to catch him at it, I think, so I panicked, started singing." Jessy said as Zac finally joined them. "Thanks Jessy. Man she would have chewed me for a month of Sundays I'm sure. Not so much that I like you, but in Church, you know." Zac said as Jessy filled his bowl. "Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. I guess I shouldn't smile so when you touch me. It's like a dead give away." Jessy giggled and Chele joined her. "What's so funny?" Taylor asked and Chele turned to him and shared. "Jessy you just can't be smiling no more when Zac cops a feel." Taylor teased. "I'm not used to that kind of affection." Jessy said. "He's just lucky she didn't deck him. Last guy who tried to touch her almost got his arm broken." Chele laughed. "He was a jerk. I should have and then beaten him with it." Jessy laughed. Zac started laughing so hard he spilled his soup. "Here let me, you're dangerous with hot soup." Jessy said carrying both bowls back to the table. "So what do you think? Momma right, is it too old for me?" Jessy asked placing her bowl in front of her and she immediately started blowing on it reaching for Zoe's empty bowl. "I don't have a cold or anything, you're welcome to my soup it's cooled. I'll just take Zoe's bowl and get me a little more." Jessy offered. "Are you sure Jessy?" she asked. "Positive." Jessy answered switching bowls with Zoe. "Here you go, already cooled and ready to eat. You need another biscuit?" Jessy asked. "Me" Zoe said and Jessy split and buttered her another biscuit. "Jessy you sure are a big help thanks." Diana said. "No problem I love rugrats." Jessy said. "Rugrats on?" Mackie asked. "Oh no, Mackie you watch them huh?" Jessy asked. "Yeah. We got the movie too. Huh Mommy." Mackie said. "Yes you do son." Diana said. "So you all done eating or do you need more too?" Jessy asked. "Can I have more biscuits Mommy?" Mackie asked. "I'll fix it for him, you eat. Come on Mackie let's get you another biscuit." Jessy said getting him back in his seat and fixing a biscuit. "Mackie why didn't you ask me?" Isaac asked. "She stuck her tongue out at me." Mackie said pointing at Kristi. "Kristi you apologize now!!!" Jessy said putting her hands on her hips and glaring. "Sorry Mackie" Kristi said. "Hey Mackie I'm sorry, I'm sure she didn't mean anything by it, she just has this lazy tongue disease and sometimes it just falls out." Jessy said so serious. "Ewww" Isaac said. "I'm sure you noticed earlier." Jessy mentioned, quickly adding, "Here you go Mackie. Excuse me please." and Jessy raced off to the bathrooms. "What's wrong with Jessy?" Zac asked pointing her out to Chele. "I don't know. I better go see." Chele said. "I'm coming too." Zac said. "You're not leaving me behind." Taylor said and the three headed to the bathrooms. "What on earth? Jessy are you okay? What's so funny?" Chele asked looking at Jessy rolling on the floor laughing. "Kristi stuck out her...." Jessy started laughing so she pointed at her mouth. "Okay Kristi stuck out her tongue right?" Chele asked and Jessy shook her head yes. "At who?" Chele asked and Jessy crawled to Taylor and Zac and pointed to Tay, then Zac, then an imaginary Jessie, an imaginary Avie and hugged the imaginary Mackie and they all started laughing. "Okay Tay, Zac, Jessie, Avie, Mackie, She stuck her tongue out at Mackie? Why?" Chele asked. Jessy grabbed and pulled on her ear. "Sounds like." Taylor said and Jessy shook her head yes getting up from the floor and grabbing the broom from the corner and riding it around. "Cowboy?" Chele guessed and Jessy shook her head no. "Witch" Zac guessed and Jessy kissed him on the nose. "Sounds like Witch. umm Bitch? Bitch Jessy?" Taylor asked and Jessy hugged him, slapped him on the back then touched her nose. "She stuck her tongue out at Mackie because she's a Bitch?" Chele asked and Jessy took a deep breath and said "Yeah. So I explained to Mackie she had this lazy tongue disease..." Jessy started giggling. "I told him sometimes it just falls out." Jessy said laughing again harder she pointed at Zac, Taylor, and hugged the imaginary Isaac. "Isaac" Zac guessed and Jessy tried to say "Ew.." as she giggled, finishing, "Ewwww" Jessy said. "I said" Jessy stopped to catch her breath. "I'm sure you noticed it earlier." Jessy said bursting into laughter again. "Kristi stuck her tongue out at Mackie being bitchy and you got even by saying she has lazy tongue disease. Ike said like 'Ewww" and you said 'I'm sure you noticed it earli...." Chele repeated bursting into laughter, slapping Jessy on the back. "You're..." she laughed, "So" she laughed harder. "Baaaad" she finished rolling on the floor. "Real Baaaaaad" Taylor said collapsing to the floor. "Zac is your brother part sheep. Is there something about your family you need to tell me?" Jessy asked trying so hard not to laugh as he wrapped his arms around her to keep from falling to the floor in laughter. "Well honey is there something I need to know?" Jessy said composing herself as Zac slowly sunk to the floor. "Cool move Zac, really upclose and personal" Jessy said of his slide down her body as Zac pulled her to his lap. "I gotta pee" Chele said crawling towards the john. "Me first" Taylor said "Please" he begged. "Go ahead I can't get up" Chele said rolling to her back. "You let me go, I promise I'll get you up." Taylor said entering the stall. "And they say Chivalry is dead. You let him pee he'll pick you up." Jessy giggled. "Jessy don't I can't take no more." Zac said. "Yeah Zac shut her up." Taylor said, adding, "Kiss her. That'll shut her up." "Don't mind if I do" Zac said pressing his lips to Jessy's gently inching his way over her lips. "Ummm you're a good kisser." Jessy said. "Not bad yourself." Zac said. "I like this." Jessy said softly kissing him over and over. "You do huh?" Zac said. "Yeah it makes my heart skip a beat." Jessy whispered into his ear. "I do that huh?" Zac asked. "Yeah you do." Jessy said lost in his warm brown eyes as Zac caressed her face. "You sure are pretty Jessy." Zac said. "You think so?" Jessy asked. "Yeah I do, don't you?" Zac asked. "Me pretty nah!" Jessy said. "If you're not pretty than what is?" Zac asked. "My Sis. Chele's beautiful." Jessy said smiling at the thought of her face. "You are too pretty and you know I hate it when you put yourself down." Chele said wrapping her arms around her and hugging her after Taylor helped her to her feet. "Your turn. Zac man we better get out of here before Mom comes or worse their Mom." Taylor said. "See you back at the table." Chele said kissing him. "Me too, I gotta wash my face, I'm sure I'm a tear streaked mess." Jessy said kissing Zac. "You're pretty just like you are." Zac said as he followed Taylor out the door.
