Before breakfast was half over the smile was gone from Kat's face and eyes. She felt him staring at her from the other end of the table but could no longer bare to look at the anger in his face, anger she had put there. "Kat are you okay?" Chele whispered. "No, I think I'm going back to my room if you'll excuse me." Kat announced struggling her way to her feet. "She hardly ate a thing." Walker shared staring at his wife who glared at Isaac. "Isaac, oh never mind." Diana said. "Mom I didn't mean to upset her." Isaac shared. "But you did, she did what she did for your benefit but instead of trying to understand, you just get angry. I saw some of those glares without even looking at you. All I had to do is look at her go from a happy, smiling person to an embarassed shell of a human being. For some reason you matter to her and what do you do, reduce her to tears, unable to eat. I can see she matters to you." Diana said sarcastically turning away from him. "Isaac I have to get some papers, walk with me?" Chris asked. "May I be excused?" Isaac asked. "Son just try and think about someone other than yourself. If you can't do that, than don't go after her, she's been through enough." Diana said as Isaac rose and followed Chris out. Chris stopped the elevator on the second floor, "Go see if she'll forgive you." Chris said. "Thanks man. I mean it Chris." Isaac replied. "Just don't make me sorry I did this. I like her, there's something about her you know." Chris said as the elevator doors closed and Isaac moved in the direction of 224, lightly rapping on the door. "Isaac." Kat said coldly, staring through him. "Kat can I talk to you?" Isaac asked. "Is this necessary, I think I felt what you had to say. I know you're angry with me, can't understand why I turned you away. How I could ask you to kiss me last night yet this morning not want to be seen with you?" Kat said emotionless. "No Kat, I know what a fool I am for being angry over something you did for me and my family. I'm probably wrong Kat, but I don't care what the rest of the world thinks. I like you and I'm not ashamed of it." Isaac proclaimed as Kat's knees buckled sending her towards the floor. "I've got you. God forgive me, I'm sorry baby, pleae don't pass out on me Kat. Come on baby, talk to me." Isaac asked as Kat gasped for air. "Isaac I don't feel good." Kat said leaning her head on his shoulder. "Baby I'm so sorry, forgive me?" Isaac pleaded. "Isaac I'm not ashamed of you liking me and I'd like nothing more than it be true, that you don't care what the rest of the world thinks, but I can't. I know you care for your family and your folks, Tay and possibly Zac could handle it but not Jessie, Avie, Mackie or Zoe. They could never understand if they picked up a newspaper with a picture of their big brother standing next to me with the caption 'Hanson Love Child?', or 'She gave it up to Isaac Hanson'." Kat said turning away, looking at the floor. "Oh Kat why do you have to be right. Think of someone other than yourself, that's what she meant." Isaac mumbled. "Room service." the busboy called from the open doorway. "Thanks, just what she needs, I'll take care of that, and keep the change." Isaac said. "Thank you sir." he replied as Isaac took the tray and shut the door, moving to the table and setting things up. He returned to Kat, picking her up and carrying her to the table, "Isaac?" Kat whispered. "Yeah Kat?" he replied. "Is it okay if I kiss you?" Kat barely got out before he turned to her, their lips meeting softly causing them both to gasp. Kat kissed him again gently, little soft kisses as she traced his lips, slowly inching her way around as Isaac moaned, "Kat you should eat something besides my lips." Isaac teased causing her to laugh while seating her at the table. He sat with her talking about her upcoming photo shoots, the house on 78th Street, the next and last show of the tour in Tulsa as she fed him bites of her breakfast. They were laughing when Jessy, Zac , Chele and Tay entered, relieved at the sight. The four piled on the bed, joining in the conversation until the guys headed upstairs to ask if the girls could finish out the tour, riding home to Tulsa with them. When they returned with a yes, everyone was excited except Kat who was unusually quite. Isaac motioned the other four out of the room, "Babe don't you want to come home with me? Kat I didn't ask, I just assumed you'd be happy not to ride the train. I'm sorry I should have asked you." Isaac whispered kneeling next to her chair. "No that's not it, it's, it's. Isaac I'm such a cow and the bus is so, so confined. I mean I can hardly get out of a chair and I..." Kat was explaining as Isaac gently pressed his lips to hers, stilling them. "Kat, can you trust me? You are the most beautiful cow I've ever seen and I promise I'll be right there for you, right by your side to help you up, to hold your hand." Isaac whispered kissing her again. "Isaac, I'm scared." Kat said trembling in his arms. "I promise you Kat, everything will be okay." Isaac promised. "Do you understand that I can't and won't be seen with you in public. I couldn't handle it Isaac. I might have been that strong once, but not anymore." Kat shared turning away from him. "Kat look at me." Isaac asked watching her until their eyes met, "Kat I think you are one of the strongest people I've ever known. I can't imagine enduring what you have yet you're still such a warm, loving person. Kat I think you are one special lady." Isaac shared. "Oh Isaac." Kat gasped. "Trust me?" Isaac asked. "With our lives." Kat said kissing him deeply. They joined the other four and and headed to the Country Club to swim and relax, before packing the girls wardrobe and arranging for delivery to the semi hauling the guys' wardrobe. Chris and the rest of the family arrived for lunch to celebrate the girls signing and the formation of '3 Car Garage Recording Studio'. Afterwards they headed to Molson Amphitheatre for sound check and then the girls headed out to the amuzement park with Jessie, Avie and Mackie. Kat and Mackie returned a couple of hours later both exhausted and headed to the dressing room to rest taking Zoe along. "Mom look." Isaac said opening the door quietly finding Kat and Zoe in the recliner, Zoe asleep with her head and one hand on Kat's belly with Kat's hand lightly on top of Zoe's. Isaac pulled up his 'Ike Cam' capturing it on film as Kat started to stir. "Isaac?" Kat said looking down at Zoe. "She looks so peaceful." Diana said. "She was singing to the baby. It was so precious." Kat shared. "Babe I took your picture, hope it's okay?" Isaac asked. "As long as it's you, I guess, otherwise I get paid real well for my picture." Kat teased, adding, "Hun do you think you can move her to the couch with Mackie, I need to get up." Kat asked and Isaac gently lifted his baby sister and moved her to the couch and returned to Kat helping her from the chair and walking her to the bathroom. "Are the girls back yet, they were having a blast last I saw them. Your Avie is such a dare devil. She and Jessy were going for the record on the Gravitron for the highest number of continuous rides. They already beat the Polar Express record. Boy your Jessie is definitely boy crazy. I guess it's a good thing Chele has met Taylor and isn't boy crazy anymore, we could be in deep trouble." Kat shared. "Dad that's not fair. I should be breaking the records with Jessy not Avie." Zac complained. "Now Mackie and me, we were headed for the continuous carosel rides. I was sitting on the bench and Mackie was behind me on a horse trying so hard to catch me. He's so much fun." Kat explained. The whole room was taken in by the pure joy on Kat's face as she giggled, "I'm jealous, Mackie definitely made you happy." Isaac whispered. "Not as happy as your promise made me and the fact that you kept your word." Kat said gazing into his warm brown eyes as a warm smile came across her face. "I mean to keep that promise to you." Isaac whispered as Kat raised up on tiptoe, kissing him tenderly. "Me baby seep?" Zoe asked as she woke seeing Kat. "I don't know Zoe, wanna check?" Isaac asked as Zoe stretched her arms towards him, "Me, me." Zoe squealed until Isaac lifted her and moved her close to Kat's belly. First she laid her hand on Kat's belly, moving it from place to place, "Me baby seep." Zoe announced apparently disappointed. Zoe laid her head on the top of Kat's belly and started singing "la la la" while rubbing, "Are you trying to wake your baby up?" Kat whispered. "Baby seep." Zoe whispered. "No baby wake up." Kat said moving Zoe's hand. "Mumee baby." Zoe squealed looking at her mother as Diana neared. Zoe took her hand and placed on Kat's belly, "Well hello baby." Diana said leaning towards the baby. "Me baby." Zoe insisted pushing her mother away, first rubbing Kat's belly then hugging and kissing it. "Didn't I tell you she was precious." Kat whispered. "My baby has a baby." Diana whispered tears in her eyes. "Mother you're in the way." Walker said motioning her to move out of the way of filming Zoe and Kat's baby who suddenly decided to change positions to Zoe's amazement, "Baby go." she squealed as the girls returned with arms loaded with stuffed animals, Jessie explaining how many boys were lined up to win them stuffed animals. "Can we go for a walk before they start letting pass holders back?" Kat asked stroking Isaac's hand. "Sure babe. Mom can you take Zoe." Isaac asked handing over his baby sister and wrapping an arm around Kat moving her towards the door. They wandered around backstage then Isaac led her out to the tour buses. "Promise me you won't go down the steps alone." Isaac asked quickly adding, "Babe I don't mean to tell you .." "Isaac, that's a pretty good suggestion hun. I know you're not bossing me around, telling me what to do." Kat interrupted sharing as he gave her a tour of the bus. "This is my bunk." Isaac said pulling the curtain aside. "Well we know I won't be crawling in your bunk, I'd need a ladder." Kat laughed. "This will be yours." Isaac said moving the curtain aside on the bunk beneath his. "I figured I'd better be close if I'm going to keep my word to be there for you." Isaac explained. "Oh good, I was hoping it was right beneath yours so you could explain you crawled in the wrong bunk." Kat laughed crawling in her bunk. "Is it going to be okay?" Isaac asked leaning in. "So do three fit in a bunk?" Kat asked pulling him in, laying her head on his chest as he laid down. "Kat you guys in here? The car's here." Jessy yelled. "We're coming." Isaac hollered back, kissing the top of Kat's head. "Come on babe, you got to go get dressed and so do I." Isaac explained. "Yeah I know. I can't touch you again until after the show, way after the show. Isaac?" Kat said and asked. "What babe?" he replied. "Isaac, I didn't think I'd ever feel this way, you know, caring about someone, feeling alive. I sort of swore I never would because of the way I messed everything up. I don't feel that way anymore. Just thanks." Kat said hugging him tight. "Kat you didn't mess things up. There's a reason for everything. Just sometimes we can't see the reason right away. Maybe it's just meant to be." Isaac said turning to face her gazing into her eyes as he gently stroked her belly as the baby reacted to his touch. "It's unanimous, we both love your touch." Kat said kissing him quickly as Jessy called again. Isaac rose helping Kat from her bunk and walked her to the car. "If I could, I'd take you in my arms and kiss you goodbye." Isaac said holding the door for her then waving goodbye.
