Time flew as everyone was busy with the guys' trip to LA and Kat's photo shoot in Chicago, followed by one in LA. Chele begged to move back home, the constant closeness with Taylor was making it more and more difficult for her to say no and as she put it, "I'm not ready to make love with you or anyone else Taylor. I have so much I still want to do. I'm not ready to have a baby and my decision to have sex could easily end that way and I won't do that to myself. I'm sorry if you can't understand. I can't live this close to you, Taylor you know how close we came the other night and I can't chance that. You were so angry with me." Chele told him when she announced she was moving. "God Chele I wasn't angry. Maybe with myself, but not you. Baby I love you and I want you so bad. Don't leave me, please don't leave me." Taylor pleaded. "Taylor I'm not leaving you. I love you too Taylor. This is so hard to do but if I don't, I know I'm not strong enough and one of these time Ill do something I'm not ready for." Chele tried to explain. "If you love me why are you leaving me?" Taylor argued. "Fine, I'm leaving you. In order to survive, I'm leaving. Goodbye." Chele agreed with him, turning quickly and heading to her room. "Don't you turn away from me." Taylor ordered. "There's nothing more to say. Taylor you're angry and until you can deal with your anger there's nothing more we can do except argue. Taylor I love and I don't want to fight." Chele shared. "Chele please stop and talk to me. Please. I know you're right, I'm not angry anymore. Please we have to talk about this. Help me understand." Taylor asked. "Don't you know how I feel about you. Taylor I adore you with everything I am. Your touch arouses such feelings in me I can hardly breath at times, and I lose my head so easily when I'm in your arms. Part of me dreams of all the things I dreamed of before I met you, like modeling, singing and dancing, college but the other part of me only wants you to love me. That me is the one who has to move farther from you before my only worry is what Tay says, what Tay thinks, what Tay does and that I'd be content waiting for you to pay attention to me. Taylor I'm so afraid if I'm not right there waiting for you to notice me, you won't, you'll find someone else and that's not right. It's not good for me. I can't stop being me because I love you." Chele explained. "That's not what I want either. I didn't know you felt that way. Baby I love you, you're everything to me. Chele I can't lose you. I'd do anything to not lose you just tell me and I'll do it." Taylor pleaded with her. "Do you mean it Tay? If you do, I want you to let me go live with Kat and Isaac." Chele asked. "No. I'll miss you. How will I suvive without you?" Taylor asked. "Taylor I'm not leaving you, you're always with me. Taylor look at me, I love you but I can't give myself to you yet. It wouldn't be right, down deep I'd know it was out of fear of losing you. Is that how you want me, afraid. Giving myself to you because I'm afraid of what will happen if I don't?" Chele asked. "No you're right. I want you to give yourself to me because you love me as much as I love you and you're ready to show me how much that is. Chele I'm sorry this is my fault, you should feel how much I love you. I guess I'm doing a poor job of letting you know how much I adore you. Baby I'll wait forever if I have to. Chele I know you're her, the one I've been looking for and I'll wait until you know it too." Taylor promised then helped her pack and drove her over, helping her settle in her new room. Chele's moving only brought them closer as she grewer strong and more independent. Jessy stayed with the Hanson still, helping with Mackie and Zoe whenever she was needed. Watching them while Diana got more involved in Avie and Jessie's lives, supporting their dancing. Jessy and Zac were like an old married couple, so comfortable with each other, reading each other like a book. Knowing how to please each other, sharing just about everything, boarding, blading, video games, their schooling. Jessy swore Zac knew her better than she knew herself. Zac knew when her periods were about to start, when she'd get cranky and needed extra loving, and even when to stay clear. Isaac was having the hardest time, Kat ran hot and cold so drastically and the closer her due date came, the more extreme her highs and lows were. They barely managed through their LaMaz instructions. Kat was so blaming Isaac for absolutely everything wrong in the world, the closer she got to her due date. "Isaac, wake up. Isaac." Kat called shaking him lightly. "What Kat? You okay? Is it the baby?" Isaac worried as he woke. "No it's not the baby it's your wife. Isaac I'm so sorry for being so unreasonable, I don't mean to be. I just get so scared and I take it out on you. I'm so sorry, forgive me?" Kat asked. "Oh baby you don't have to apologize, I know you love me and don't really mean it." Isaac shared. "Isaac?" Kat asked. "Yeah babe." Isaac answered wrapping her in his arms. "Happy Birthday Isaac, I love you so much." Kat said kissing him passionately while straddling him then moving suggestively. "Kat Hanson if I didn't know better I'd say you were horny and looking for a little action." Isaac announced. "You don't know better because that's exactly what I'm doing." Kat informed him as they made love for the first time in weeks. A few nights later, "Isaac, Isaac wake up. Isaac get me up hun." Kat pleaded. "Up yeah hun. What's wrong?" Isaac asked pulling her to her feet and she raced to the bathroom throwing up. "Ohhhh Isaac" Kat squealed. "What babe?" Isaac asked. "The baby, Ohhhhh." Kat moaned again as Isaac put his hand on her belly. "Kat you're having contractions." Isaac exclaimed. "Yeah Isaac our baby is coming, it's tired of it's small room." Kat said "Ohhhh" Kat moaned as yet another contraction set in. Isaac dressed reminding her to breathe, then called Dr. Miller and let him know the contractions were about 3 minutes apart and getting stronger, "This one lasted almost 3 minutes." Isaac said. "Get moving son unless you want to deliver right there." Dr Miller insisted. "Sis, Sis wakeup Chele. Isaac and I are Ohhhh" Kat moaned. "Get her to the hospital I'm not going to deliver her here or clean up after you." Chele explained rushing them to the car, Kat contracting again. Chele dialed Taylor's number and woke him so he could tell the folks, "Taylor I'm coming home, I don't want to be alone." Chele said. "Sure babe. I was just going to tell you I was on my way to you." Taylor said. "No I'll come home, Mom had said she was going to be there for the birth of her grandchild, I can help with the kids. Go wake her and I'm on my way hun let me in the gate in about 15 minutes okay?" Chele said hanging up. "Mom, Dad. Mom wake up Kat's having the baby. Isaac has already headed them in, they're probably there by now." Taylor explained. "Walker take me to the hospital." Diana said waking him. "What's the racket about, it's Kat isn't it?" Jessy asked. "Yeah she's having the baby and sis is headed here to help with the kids. By the time they were dressed and ready to leave, "Chele sweetie thanks for coming to help with the kids, we'll call you as soon as we know." Diana said as they loaded up and Chele and Tay drove them to St John's Medical Center where they found Isaac and Kat in a birthing room and very serious about having the baby. "Focus Kat, let yourself feel what to do." Diana instructed dressing in a hospital gown. "Mom you came. Ohhhh" Kat said. "Of course I'm here, that's my grandbaby's head I'm seeing there and I want to see the rest, so push Kat. Concentrate sweetie, focus on pushing that baby out. Walker go find that doctor or you'll have to deliver your grandchild, my baby girl here is determined to get this job done soon." Diana said as Kat rested up for the next contraction. "Isaac, how you doing hun?" Kat asked. "I'm fine babe. I'm so proud of you. You're doing such a good job. I've been so afraid you were going to panic and freak out." Isaac explained. "Hold that thought, here we go again." Kat said as the contraction started and Walker returned with Doc Miller who was arguing, "There is no way she's going to deliver before daybreak." "My wife says get in here and she's had seven, I believe her" Walker explained. "Well if you aren't the busy one. Walker step back into the hall and call Laurie and Sue, now." Doc Miller said. "Kat you're doing a great job of focusing and centering you contractions. Give me one more good push and we'll see if someone will look at us. That's it Kat. Push, more, more, Push." Doc Miller said, "A little more, more, I need you to hold it right there Kat, pant for me." Doc Miller asked. "You're doing great babe, you almost have the head out." Isaac explained. "Hun here comes another one. I need to push." Kat yelled. "Then push little lady, such a pretty baby, see Daddy. Looks like Mommy to me. Kat pant for me while I suction out the baby's mouth, that's good now to rotate the shoulders. One more big push and you should be done Kat." Doc Miller said. "Here it comes then." Kat moaned, giving it her all. As the baby's hips passed, Kat moaned with such relief. "Kat it's a girl as beautiful as her Mother." Isaac said proudly. "You want to cut the cord, Daddy, so you can take your baby girl in your arms?" Doc Miller asked. Isaac proudly cut the cord then lifted the baby, "You're as beautiful as your mother my little princess." Isaac said drawing the baby near. "My God, Walker she knows his voice, look at her face, the way she's drawn to Isaac when he speaks." Diana gasped clinging to Walker. "Come meet the most special person in both our lives. Yep, it's your Mommy and the love of my life. She's not always full of tears." Isaac explained placing the baby in Kat's arms, then kissing her deeply. "Hi Daddy's little princess. I'm your Mommy." Kat explained loving the baby, then asked. "Isaac I want to go home. I can't wait until she meets Zoe. Hun please see if we can go soon. I really want to go home." Kat asked as they took the baby to clean her up. "Hang on there, that's my granddaughter, I'm coming along." Diana declared. "I'm sorry ma'am..." the nurse tried to explain. "No sorry to it, Doctor's orders, my patient won't relax unless she knows someone is watching the baby. Go ahead Diana." Doc Miller rectified. "Thanks Doc, you will approve of us going home right away won't you?" Kat asked him. "Yes of course, you'll have more help at home than you will here. Isaac why don't you head down and start finishing the paperwork. We'll get Mom all cleaned up and then I'll go check out your little girl and get your two women checked out of here so you can take them home." Doc Miller said. "Thanks for everything Doc, you've been so good to us." Isaac thanked him. "You just take care of them." Doc Miller replied. "My pleasure." Isaac said heading out. "Sweetie I'm going to go give him a hand unless you need me to stay?" Walker asked. "No Daddy, please go with him, I'm not so sure he remembers his own name." Kat teased. "Speaking of names, did the two of you ever agree on one?" Walker asked. "Yeah we did Daddy but we need to ask Mom if it's okay to name her Diana Jane for the first two most important women in Isaac's life. We're going to call her DJ." Kat announced. "Sweetie Diana will be so thrilled you're naming DJ for her and her mother, I'm speechless. Doc I have to tell her, can I go to the nursery?" Walker asked. "Sure Grampa, that's a pretty special reason, introducing her to her namesake." Doc Miller said and Walker headed out as Kat delivered the placenta intact and was allowed to shower and change for going home. "Thank goodness you're back maybe she'll listen to you." the nurse said. "Isaac would you kindly explain to this, this woman that I am not sick, I just had a baby is all." Kat fumed as Doc Miller entered. "Now what?" Doc asked. "She keeps shoving pills at me telling me I have to take them. I'm fine, I just want to go home before I run into a sick person, I hear they hang out here a lot." Kat sulked. "Doctor Miller it's just Tylenol extra strength." the nurse explained. "Here give them to me. I could use them." Doc Miller said popping the two and washing them down with the glass of water. "She'll feel much better now won't you Kat." Doc asked. "It's working already, I feel much more relaxed. Thank you nurse." Kat said smiling, adding, "Sorry for the hassle, I just don't take medicine unless I'm sick and I'm not sick, just a Mommy." Kat said walking to Isaac and hugging him tight. "Oww tender boobs, I wonder where DJ is?" Kat no more than got out and Diana wheeled her in, "She's mad at Gramma, I let them poke her. Son see if you can get her to calm down, sssh my little DJ, here's Daddy." Diana said. "You're okay with her name?" Isaac asked. "I think it's wonderful and so does Mom, I'm sure." Diana said her eyes flooding with tears. "Kat, I don't know what to say." Diana said rushing to her and hugging her tight. "Say you'll stop squeezing me so hard my boobs really hurt." Kat whispered. "You want to try nursing her now?" Diana asked. "Yeah I'm really firm." Kat answered. "Remember our talk?" Diana asked. "Yeah Mom, I remember not to get up tight if she doesn't want to nurse at first, just relax and keep offering it to her." Kat replied. "That's my girl." Diana said, adding, "Why don't you sit in the rocking chair here and get yourself ready." Diana suggested. "Mommy I think someone might just be ready." Isaac said showing her DJ sucking his pinkie finger. "That's encouraging she has the sucking going. Isaac place her in Kat's arm then try to exchange your pinkie for her nipple." Diana suggested and Isaac was successful in his attempt and awed by DJ's expression, first noticing Mommy and then again as her sucking produced a reward. "I think she's a little pig." Isaac said. "Just relax Kat, the pain will stop faster if you stay relaxed." Diana explained as Kat drew a deep breath and relaxed. After successfully feeding DJ, Isaac burped her before he and his father dressed her for the ride home. "Dennis what are you doing here?" Walker asked. "My brother called to say the baby was here and suggested I come down to see you safely home and then join him to announce the baby's birth." Attorney Miller explained. "I've been so busy with the family I hadn't thought about it. I should call Chris, all I managed was to let the kids know that we were on our way home." Walker said. "I already called him Walker. He said to tell you two congratulations on the birth of your daughter and you two congratulations on the birth of you granddaughter and that he'll be out tomorrow. Walker he's already written the statement we'll be reading you want to see it." Dennis asked. "Not necessary. Thanks you've done a great job." Walker said getting his family ready to head home. Walker got the car as Isaac and Diana had Kat wheeled out and loaded DJ in her car seat and Kat in the seat behind her. "I'm not taking no for an answer, we've set up a room at home for the three of you. Please Kat let me help you for the first couple of days at least if not a week. It won't be too much, don't even think it. Chele's at home right now helping with the kids and if necessary we'll hire a nurse." Diana said. "I'd love to stay Mom as long as Isaac doesn't mind." Kat answered. "Mind, no way. It'll save me a lot of worrying." Isaac agreed. "It's settled then, we're all going home." Walker said heading them home.
