Throughout lunch they were discussing the new album and which songs they wanted Faith to play. "I think you'll really like some of them Faith." Taylor suggested. "I'm sure I will. Man I was so bummed your last tour, I went to Austrailia and you'd just been there. It went that way the entire tour. I finally returned to Paris the day after you left. Infuriating to say the least." Faith shared. "Well you finally caught up with us." Zac teased. "Yeah thanks to your Mom's program. I freaked when I'm going through this mountain of Foundation business, signing here, there and wham!!" Faith paused as her face suddenly mirrored the pain of being alone brought on by the memories of her mother's Foundation. "Foundation business? The Tulsa Performing Arts Foundaton, you're the little Diamond girl. Oh my Walker she's the little Diamond girl. You remember them." Diana gasped at the realization. "Andrew and Grace Diamond, yes I remember them well. Weren't they killed in a plane crash?" Walker said remembering. "Walker." Diana gasped at his insensitivity as all eyes turned to Faith who was turning quite pale. "Sweetie are you all right?" Diana asked. "I don't think so. Isaac." Faith answered putting a hand to her mouth. "This way babe." Isaac answered the sick look on her face by rushing her down the hall to the bathroom, lifting the seat, then pulling her hair back as she vomitted. "I'm so sorry baby. This is all my fault Faith." Isaac confessed as his mother walked in the door to check on them. "And why is this all your fault?" Diana demanded to know. "It just is Mom." Isaac answered stopped by the sudden grip Faith took of his left leg and she whispered his name with such desperation. Faith. "Isaac just why is it your fault?" Diana asked again bringing on another round of heaves from Faith who was terrified at the possibility of his confessing what they had done. "I knew Mom and I sat right next to her and didn't stop her. See last night she said she was hungry because she'd been traveling. She figured it had been almost two days since she'd had a real meal after I've taken her to McDonalds. No decent meal there. She had cookies and ice cream but before she could eat anything else, she got really tired so we took her home. Mom I knew she hadn't eaten a decent meal in days and I should have reminded her before she had seconds is all." Isaac explained as Faith's grip turned to a caress. Diana wetted a washcloth and handed it to him, "You really care don't you son?" she asked. "Yeah Mom I really care about her, she's special to me." Isaac confessed as Faith finished, wiped her face before Isaac helped her to her feet. Faith headed directly to the sink where she grabbed the toothpaste, squeezed it onto her pointer finger and cleaned her mouth. "Yuk I hate to puke." she admitted as she finished. "How are you feeling sweetie?" Diana asked. "I'm starved again." Faith admitted. "Why don't we try something light, fruit, yougurt and a muffin." Diana suggested. "That'd be fine. Your breakfast was good honest but it's like Isaac said I was so thrilled having real food, not snack crackers or pretzels, good old vending machine food, I just pigged out. Serves me right." Faith answered. "I can't believe your Andrew and Grace Diamond's little girl. The Diamond Mansion, that's you. That place has intrigued me all of my life. Why are you in a hotel, instead of at the mansion?" Diana asked pulling out yogurt and fruit then placing them and a basket of muffins by Faith. "To be honest, I'm afraid. I haven't been there since the funeral and that was just briefly, I had to perform. My career had just taken off and I had commitments for the next year and a half. This is the first I've been back since..." Faith explained trailing off at the end. "Babe you're not alone anymore." Isaac whispered wraping an arm around her, pulling her into is arms. Faith cuddled against his chest as held her close, stroking her long blonde hair and kissing the top of her head. "Isaac?" Faith whimpered. "Yeah babe." Isaac replied. "Isaac would you come home with me. I don't think I can do it by myself." Faith asked. "Of course I'll take you home." Isaac answered. "Would you like to go. It is a beautiful place." Faith asked lifting her head a gazing at Diana. "Really. You wouldn't mind? I'd love to see it Faith." Diana answered. "You're all welcome to come. There's just about everything, swimming, golf, tennis, bowling and a huge game room. Or at least the memories of a ten year old say there's lots to do." Faith shared. "Sounds great. What do you think dear?" Walker asked. "I'd love to go and I think now all the kids do too." Diana replied as "I want to swim." "I want to go bowling." pleas were heard. "Everyone change and pack a change of clothes and your swimming suit." Diana ordered and suddenly everyone left the table except Isaac and Faith. "Thank you for not telling your mother. Isaac I was so terrified you were going to share with her, you know that we'd made love to each other." Faith shared before kissing him tenderly. "I wanted to Faith. I'm so afraid I've hurt you." Isaac confessed. "Isaac it's just like you said, I haven't been taking good care of myself, no sleep, nothing good to eat. I've been all nerves about coming home and add to all that, I've fallen madly in love. Me who's never really dated or cared to, can you believe it. Wham the first time I looked into his warm brown eyes, I knew their was something special about him. Everything that didn't usually matter suddenly did. You know how do I look, how's my hair, do I look fat in this outfit, oh he's so hot." Faith sighed. "I love you too Faith. You sure that's it?" Isaac asked cuddling her in his arms. "Yeah I'm sure that's all it is." Faith lied hiding her face from him. "Well I better change." Isaac said as the girls came down the stairs. "Mommy says you live in a big, big house." Avie shared. "It's so big, they call it a mansion. It's like three houses in one." Faith explained as Isaac headed up the stairs. "Why you got such a big house?" Avie asked. "I inherited it. You see my Grandparents built it a long time ago and when they died, my parents got the house. When my parents died, I got the house. I wouldn't buy that big of a house, it's only me." Faith explained, adding, "But now that I've met your brother, I have all of you to come visit. We'll have so much fun. We can have a slumber party." "Can we? That'll be so much fun." Jessie exclaimed. "A Slumber Party? That sounds like fun." Diana exclaimed joining the others and they planned a slumber party for the following weekend. As soon as the guys were packed they loaded into the family van and made their way to Faith's. "Daddy the gate code is my birthday, 1125." Faith shared and they entered the back gate and pulled up to the side door. "Let's see one of these. Front door, back door, this one is the side door." Faith said handing the key to Isaac as they all headed to the door. Isaac unlocked the door and one by one they made their way inside. "It's beautiful." Diana gasped. "This way." Faith said leading them through the east wing to the main entrance. "Oh my." Diana gasped gazing at the portrait of Faith's parents, adding, "You look just like her. Now I remember how beautiful she was, how vibrant. Tulsa would still be in the horse and buggy era if not for her. She brought the Arts to this town, the ballet, the symphony, the theatre. She made such a difference. Such a loss." "You knew them?" Faith asked listening to their descriptions of her parents. "That's what I remember. Daddy could never tell her no, that's why he was on the plane too. He was going to travel with me but at the last minute he changed his mind. I was so angry with her at first, Daddy should have been with me but she asked him to change his plans at the last minute. I headed to China with some political escort and Daddy died with Mom." Faith explained staring at the portrait with tears streaming down her face, adding, "I know I shouldn't have been angry but I couldn't help it. The day I was running away and met Mrs. Williams, I was angry with her. Daddy had promised to take me to see Gramma and Grampa Diamond. For some reason, I woke that morning just knowing I had to see them. At the last minute she asked and he changed his plans. All I wanted was two hours of his time but she had some reason he couldn't keep his promise to me. I called to let them know I wasn't coming and they decided to surprise me by driving to Jenks where we were living. Some drunk crossed the dividing line and hit them head on, killing them both. We saw the ambulance and the Fire Department head out of town right before my parents headed off to the country club and I headed upstairs to pack. I think I was running away to my Grandparents, I knew they loved me. Well I got to the corner and heard my father's voice, "Princess promise me you'll never cross the street without me." So I was stuck circling the block. Mrs. Williams says that right before she handed me my first violin, the ambulance went by sirens blaring and that's what I played, the sound of the siren. Strange huh?" "God works in mysterious ways." Walker said in a calming voice. "You're right. I think it was all meant to be. Daddy must have loved her so much to never be able to tell her no. He would have been so sad, if he had gone with me and he lost her." Faith said. "My Lord Child you're as beautiful as your mother." she heard a man's voice say. "Charles. Charles. I missed you." Faith squealed racing to his arms. "Miss Faith. My dear child you've grown into such a beautiful woman. Even more beautiful than your mother if that's possible." Charles said holding her tight. "Oh Charles you have to meet someone special. Hun. Isaac Hanson this is Charles Goodrich, my, my... Geez he's just about everything. He's my guardian. He runs the house here and everywhere else. He was my teacher for years. But most of all he's my friend. Charles this is Isaac, I love him so much." Faith explained moving to Isaac hugging him tight as she kissed him deeply. "I can see that Miss Faith. Im so happy for you. For both of you. Thank you sir for loving her, I haven't seen her this happy in a long time. Just Thank You." Charles said extending his hand and shaking Isaac's. "It's my pleasure. She's so easy to love. But you already knew that." Isaac was saying as Faith interrupted, "Mmmm I smell fresh baked cookies. Mrs. Goodrich. Mrs. Goodrich I'm home." Faith called out racing towards the kitchen. "Oh my Lord. Thank you Jesus. My baby. My Faith." Mrs. Goodrich cried out as they heard the cries from the kitchen. "I better go wipe away the tears." Isaac said heading off. "That used to be my job." Charles whispered, speaking up, "Anyone for fresh baked cookies? Right this way Hanson family." They followed him to the kitchen, "Mrs G. this is Isaac's family." Faith explained introducing them all. "Oh my you remind me of my Miss Faith when she was your age. So full of love and happiness. Another cookies Miss Zoe?" Mrs Goodrich asked spoiling her totally. After cookies and milk, Faith finished the tour of the house, ending in the basement with the game room and bowling alley. "This was Daddy's latest plan. He had a recording studio put in to tempt me to leave Paris and return home to Tulsa. I've never gone in." Faith said opening the door and Isaac took her hand leading her in. "Man this is awesome Faith. You have everything." Zac proclaimed. "Look at this mixing board man." Taylor exclaimed. "State of the Art Faith." Walker said. "My, like kids in a candy store." Diana shared watching them. "Really." Faith exclaimed as Isaac joined them. "Let's go back to the game room, has to be more fun than this." Faith suggested and they returned to the game room with the other children. "I'm sorry. Babe I didn't even see you leave. That is a great studio." Isaac exclaimed wrapping her in his arms. "I'm glad you like it. Use it whenever you want." Faith replied. "I was hoping you'd say that. We want to rehearse here instead of our place." Isaac explained. "What did she say? Did you ask her?" Zac asked. "Man we ought to get Ash in on this. Him and Dad together are magic." Taylor insisted. "Ash and Dad, good idea Tay." Isaac agreed. "Man you guys are psyched. I say go for it." Faith suggested. "You going to be okay if I go get the instruments?" Isaac asked wrapping his arms around her. "We had just discussed going swimming. I think I'll manage without you. Walk me up, I'll arrange for lunch, let Mrs G know we are staying." Faith asked. "Me cookie pwease?" Zoe asked at the mention of Mrs G. "Just one, do you hear me young lady." Diana insisted. "One." Zoe said as Isaac picked her up and they made their way upstairs. "Mrs G how would you like company for lunch?" Faith asked. "Heaven. That's just wonderful. I've been hoping you'd all stay." Mrs Goodrich answered. "Cookie pwease?" Zoe asked. "Of course precious." she answered. "Excuse me Mrs G but could you watch Zoe while I walk Isaac out, they're going after the instruments." Faith asked and the two made their way to the side porch and found a swing to sit in. "You're all mine for a little while." Isaac declared pulling her to his lap and kissing her deeply. "Oh now I will miss you so." Faith moaned as Isaac kissed her again harder and longer as his hands caressed her body. "Isaac I need you so." she moaned. "I need you too." Isaac replied kissing her again. "Promise you'll make time for just us." Faith sighed as the kiss ended and the other's appeared. "That's easy, something I want." Isaac whispered kissing her lightly. Faith rose, pulling him to his feet and walked him to the van. "i'll miss you." Isaac whispered kissing her tenderly before loading into the van and they were gone. "Hurry back to me." Faith whispered kissing him lightly before stepping back and waving. She made her way to her room changing into a one piece swimsuit and heading to the pool. "If I don't feel out of place." Faith said finding everyone else, even Zoe, in a two piece. "You look fine dear." Diana said. "Oh but so different. I'm changing." Faith said heading into the bath house and returning in a skimpy two piece. "Isaac will appreciate the change." Diana teased. "I think I may have grown since the last time I wore this." Faith said turning to see if her butt was totally exposed. "Umm Faith didn't you say you moved when you were ten?" Diana asked. "Oh my no wonder it's um, um small." Faith answered laughing, added, "Well if it's still on after I dive in, it's okay otherwise hand me a towel please." "All I see floating is you, that's good right." Diana teased as she surfaced. "Halleluja." Faith declared swimming after the girls and they played, having a blast. "Oh we want her. You go away." Avie complained as Isaac appeared. "We were having fun." Jessie pouted. "I love having sisters." Faith declared extending a hand for him to pull her out. "Isaac." Faith squealed as he suddenly let go sending her splashing back into the pool. "I'm sorry babe." Isaac apologized reaching for her again. "Get real, you had your fun." Faith said walking for the steps. As she rose from the water, Isaac was joined by the rest of the guys who all gawked at the sight of her. "Oh gross. Mom they're all drooling. Quick bring a towel." Faith teased. "Dang woman. Isaac you're a lucky man." Taylor mumbled. "Faith you're one hot momma. I hadn't noticed before." Zac said. "Thanks Zac, I think." Faith said. "You're a lovely young lady Faith." Walker said smiling. "Thanks Daddy. Taylor you are drooling and I don't like it." Faith insisted before pushing him into the pool. "Jesus Faith, I'm dressed and now all wet." Taylor complained. "Yeah but I don't see you drooling, just dripping." Faith said making her way to Isaac's arms. "You ready for me?" she asked kissing him sweetly. "Yeah babe. Let's get you changed." Isaac said leading her to her room. "And you knew which room was mine, how?" Faith asked shocked that he knew. "I asked Charles." Isaac answered. "Uh excuse me Charles, which room is Faith's in case I get lucky?" Faith teased. "Nah I said, excuse me Charles, which room is Faith's I have a present for her and I don't think it fair if she open it in front of everyone else." Isaac explained. "A present. I love presents. What is it?" Faith asked excitedly. "Oh keep your pants on. No I take that back, don't keep you pants on." Isaac replied causing her to laugh and back up to lock the door. "If you're sure." Faith answered pulling the strings of her bikini and her bottoms tumbled to the floor as she reached behind her sending her top slipping to the floor. "I suddenly feel over dressed." Isaac said gazing at her. "I can change that." Faith exclaimed making her way to him, slipping her hand under his tee shirt, caressing his chest before pulling the tee over his head. "Better?" Faith whispered before kissing him, trailing her lips to his neck, nibbling on his ear before whispering, "How about this?" With that she quickly unbuttoned and unzipped his jeans, pushing them down then bending untying his shoes and pulling off his jeans and socks. "Not quite right. Let me see. Hmmm. This is right." Faith said slipping her hands in the waist of his boxers, guiding them down over his butt, caressing it before pushing them all the way down. "I remember you. You're the one. The one that showed me what life was all about." Faith whispered. "And what was that?" Isaac asked wrapping his arms around her pulling their bodies together. "Aaahhh." Faith sighed, answereing, "Life is all about love and loving someone, a special someone. It's all about you and me." "Faith I do love you. Your present." Isaac said trying to reach for it. "You are my present and I want it now." Faith exclaimed stroking him and he moaned deeply. "I love how you want me." Isaac whispered kissing her before nuzzling her neck. "I want you so bad Isaac. Love me again please. I need you." Faith insisted kissing him deeply as Isaac whisked her into his arms, placing her on the bed gently. "You are so beautiful. I died as I pulled you from the water. I wanted you so, that's why I let go. You were driving me crazy with desire and I was afraid I'd show it." Isaac explained slowly climbing on top of her, kissing her all over. "Isaac please I need you." Faith confessed pulling her to him sighing deeply as she pressed her body against his. "You want me huh?" isaac whispered. "No I have to have you. I'll die if you don't love me." Faith moaned. "We can't have that, I can't lose you now that I've found you." Isaac whispered as he slowly entered her. "Isaac." she moaned deeply as her body's movement matched his and they made passionate love to each other. "Faith you're crying. Why baby?" Isaac asked as held her. "I'm so happy. I feel so, so whole finally, you know like I have a purpose in life." Faith answered. "To love each other?" Isaac asked. 'Uh huh to love you and I do Isaac. I didn't think I would ever love but I do, I love you so much." Faith confessed as the tears flowed. "You love me so much you cry huh?" Isaac asked. "Yeah tears of joy and you stop teasing me." Faith insisted. "I don't mean to tease. I guess I'm afraid you'll think less of me if I cry tears of joy too." Isaac replied. "Never Isaac. I love you and could never think less of you, never." Faith declared kissing him deeply. "Man the guys. They're probably having a cow by now. Come on baby get some clothes on." Isaac insisted climbing off of her and pulling her to her feet. "Nooo I want stay in bed with you forever." Faith pouted. "Baby I don't think anyone but you and me would like that." Isaac said pushing her towards the dresser as he pulled on his boxers. "Oh not nice, you covered you up. I like you naked." Faith pouted. "Baby get dressed." Isaac asked again pulling on his jeans and grabbing his tee shirt. "Faith please?" he begged. "No. I don't want to and you can't make me." she answered sticking out her tongue. "That's mine." Isaac said grabbing her quickly pulling her to him and sucking her tongue into his mouth. "I won't love you again if you don't get dressed." Isaac threatened. "Not fair." Faith argued. "Baby they're waiting on us. You want my Dad coming up to see what's taking so long." Isaac asked. "No. I guess not. But I'm not going to like this. I'm going to make you pay for making me get dressed." Faith said pulling a thong from the drawer, slipping it on and walking to the closet pulling out a sun dress and slipping it on. "Nooooo. Not fair." Isaac complained as she bent to pick out shoes. Faith looked back to see if he was enjoying the view. "I'm not this strong Faith." Isaac complained. "You are too strong. See." Faith shared squeezing his bicep. "Not that, this." Isaac insisted slipping his hand under her dress, caressin her butt as he moaned his pleasure. "Isaac." Faith squealed as she smoothed her dress, pushing his hand away. "I have to have you. I need you." he moaned slipping his other hand under her dress caressing her but. "Isaac." Faith squealed again, "Your brothers. Your father coming to see what's taking so long." she reminded pushing his hands away and making her way to the closet pulling on the matching shorts before heading to the door. When she stopped and looked back, Isaac was still standing there with a pained look on his face "Oh Isaac I'm sorry, I shouldn't have teased. It's just I needed you to still hold me and you, you just didn't need me. Well except to get dressed. Forgive me, I'm so sorry." Faith confessed. "No I'm the one who should be sorry. You needed me and I turned away from you. Babe I didn't think. I'm sorry Faith, forgive me?" Isaac asked. "Of course I forgive you, I love you Isaac. I know you didn't do it to hurt me but I did and I'm sorry. That was mean of me. Isaac I'm..." Faith tried to apologize but was silenced by Isaac's lips to hers. "I love you." they said in unison and they laughed. "We better go before they come looking." Faith said pulling him towards the door. "Wait, your present." Isaac insisted pulling her to a stop. "Isaac it can wait. Let's go." Faith insisted tugging at him. "No I want you answer now, Yes or No?" Isaac asked. "Yes or No what?" Faith asked. "No time remember, it can wait. Yes or No?" Isaac asked again. "Isaac Hanson, I say yes. Why not. So you have your answer, what did I get myself into?" Faith asked as he led her towards the basement. "Isaac tell me?" Faith pleaded as they headed down the last flight of stairs. "I was going to ask you to marry me all proper like, you know bended knee, confessing my love and devotion. Your engagement ring is in your room waiting for there to be time." Isaac replied. "Aaah. Really. Isaac. Yes, oh I said yes. I'll say it again Yes!!" Faith screamed throwing her arms around him and kissing him deeply. "Isaac yes I'll marry you." she confessed kissing him again as he lifted her into the air, hugging her tight. "When?" Isaac asked. "My birthday is the day after tomorrow, hint hint." Faith suggested. "So you're hinting for a birthday present huh?" Isaac asked. "No I'm suggesting what you get me for my birthday." Faith answered. "What?" Isaac asked. "Las Vegas, hint hint." Faith. "Faith I love you and would do anything for you, but I don't think Las Vegas is for sale baby." Isaac teased. "Oh be that way. It was a bad idea anyway." Faith pouted, pushing away from him. "Don't pout. I get it Faith. You want to go to Vegas and get married the day after tomorrow, on your birthday." Isaac answered wrapping her back in his arms. "I'm doing this for you. This way you only have to remember one day and you have my birthday and our anniversary covered." Faith insisted. "Yeah right." Isaac teased as they made their way to the studio. They were right Faith loved the new songs. She listened the first time through, making notes on her copy. Next time through she played along, sharing her ideas. "Wow. I knew it would be fantastic. Say you'll play with us?" Taylor begged. "You're what's been missing. You complete this song. This is awesome Faith." Zac added. "You have to say yes babe." Isaac insisted. "Again with he yes huh?" Faith teased as she agreed and they worked on other tracks. "Isaac I'm hungry." Faith whispered. "Me too. I'm a growing boy." Zac insisted. "Whoa look at the time. We worked right through lunch. Let's go see if there's anything left." Isaac said and they made their way upstairs. Everyone gathered for an early supper since Diana and the kids already had lunch. "Walker if you're going to continue in the studio, could you take us home or ride with Isaac." Diana asked, adding, "We have church in the morning." "There are all sorts of cars in the garage, he can pick one of them, or you can. Follow me. I don't know if you knew but m father was a car nut. There is such a collection in the garages." Faith explained leading the way. "I like that one. It looks like fun." Diana said walking up and original Woody wagon. "Here keys are in the key boxes, same code as the gate." Faith said getting the keys and handing them to Diana. "Are you sure?" Diana asked. "Positive, just don't be getting a speeding ticket, she really moves." Faith said as they loaded the kids in and Diana was on her way. The six made their way back to the studio working finally taking another food break around 11. After which Charles and Loise headed to bed. Faith lasted until about one when she curled up on one of the couches as the guys were mixing the last number. "I'm taking her to bed. Be right back." Isaac announced carrying Faith to her room and before leaving her, he unwrapped the present, placing the ring on her finger before heading back to the studio.
