Thinking Of You

Part Twelve

"Perfect." Alicia squealed looking at her reflection in the mirror in the light pink poodle skirt with a white poodle, the white Angora sweater, bobbie socks and black and white saddle shoes. She had pulled her hair into a pony tail with pipe curls at the bottom of it and tied a white chiffon scarf around it. From her jewlery box she pulled the old class ring suspended on a chain and placed it around her neck. A quick check of the clock, "He should be here anytime now. Let's see the final touch." Alicia said grabbing bubble gum as she heard a strange horn. She headed to the front door, looking out the small window. "Aaahhh. Isaac it's perfect. Where did you get it?" Alicia squealed racing out of the house as Isaac got out of the Candy Apple Red '57 Chevy. "Oh my God your folks. This is great a double date." she squealed as she noticed his folks in the back seat. "Hope you don't mind babe. When I told them of your choice, you know it was something they had thought about doing and our going just cinched it for them. " Isaac explained. "Of course I don't mind. This is even more special now. Umm I got to get my purse and lock up, be right back." Alicia said racing back to the house, grabbing her 50s style purse, locking the doors and making her way back to Isaac who was waiting to open her door and seat her. "Love the skirt Alicia. You really look the part. I truly hope you don't mind. It's just I felt like celebrating after my visit to Ashley. I feel so much better getting it all off my chest even thought I don't think Ashley feels that way." Diana said as Isaac rounded the car and slipped into the drivers seat. "I still can't believe you did that, that, I mean you've know him much longer than you have known me. Just thanks. You know I just love this era. A major 50;s freak you might say." Alicia admitted before explaining, "I have quite a collection from this era. Man I have the perfect outfits for you two, come on." Alicia insisted and the three raced into the house. "I don't believe it." Isaac said as his parents returned dressed as Mouseketeers, with hats and printed tee shirts. "This is great. Let's split." Walker said grabbing Diana's hand marching her to the car singing the theme song from the Mickey Mouse Club. "Who's the leader of the club That's made for you and me? M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! Hey, there! Hi, there! Ho, there! You're as welcome as can be! M--I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E Mickey Mouse! Donald Duck! Mickey Mouse! Donald Duck! Forever let us hold our banners high! High! High! High! Come along and sing a song And join the jamboree M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E Now's the time to say goodbye To all our company M-I-C - See ya real soon! K-E-Y - Why? Because we like you! M-O-U-S-E!" they all sang on their trip across town. "You never did tell me where you got the wheels." Alicia asked, adding, "Care for a chew?", sharing her bubble gum. "Babe let me tell you from experience, gum and braces don't mix." Isaac said leaning over and taking the piece she'd unwrapped, licking it from her fingers. "Oh remember your first try at gum." Diana exclaimed. "Yeah Mom. That's why I told her. I don't really want to spend the rest of the night trying to pick gum from her braces." Isaac answered and they chuckled. "You're so good to me." Alicia replied with a giggle, adding, "Pick gum from your braces." "Oh it was a nightmare." Diana added. "Hey you still haven't told me where you got the car. What it belongs to your girlfriend and you don't want me to find out about her?" Alicia teased. "Man there goes that secret. Sure hope she doesn't find out about you, the love of my life." Isaac teased back. "Isaac." Diana scolded, answering, "The car belongs to my father." "Grampa. Cool. I mean Way to go Daddy-O." Alicia replied. "You are into this aren't you?" Walker asked. "Let's say I definitely was born too late. But I've made up for it by researching and collecting." Alicia answered, adding, "So Grampa already have a hot date?" "What? No Babe I haven't even taled to him. He stores the car at the house so we just borrowed it." Isaac answered. "But Isaac? Mom? Don't you think Grampa would love this, you know the Drive-in and all? I assumed you had asked him." Alicia wondered. "Yeah you're right. Hang on everybody." Isaac warned as he took the next turn unexpectedly. "Great idea sweetie. Diana you know Dad would love this." Walker said as Isaac made his way to his grandfather's house, beeping the horn as he pulled up front. "Grampa. Grampa." Alicia squealed racing to the house. "Well if you aren't feeling better. Love the getup. Diana, Walker what a nice surprise." Grampa replied greeting them on he porch. "Grampa say you'll go with us? Please?" Alicia asked, hugging him and kissing his cheek. "Please say yes Daddy?" Diana asked, hugging him and kissing the other cheek. "Let me clarify. Dad we're on our way to the 50's Celebration at the Admiral Twin and we'd love it if you'd join us." Walker explained. "It sounds like a great time Grampa and there's so much you could share. Besides if you drive I can put my arm around my girl." Isaac added slipping his arm around Alicia who blushed. "Not fair. You know I'd do anything to see the two of you together. Besides somebody better keep an eye on those two." Grampa answered nodding towards Walker and Diana then clearing his throat. "Excuse me sir." Walker said removing his arm from Diana and standing up straight, smoothing his slicked back hair with a comb from his back pocket. "You be careful there young man. That's my little girl." Grampa warned, adding, "Well let's see what I still have in my closet." "Oh Daddy just wear your lucky fishing outfit. You haven't changed it since '54 when you caught that big mouth bass at the property or so you tell us over, and over, and." Diana replied. "Perfect outfit Dad.That is if you haven't gone fishing since the last time you washed it." Walker teased and he quickly changed and they headed out. "Wow long line to get in." Grampa shared when he turned the last corner. "Man look at the cars. Classic." Alicia squealed as they pulled in line. "Come on Isaac, I want to go look at the cars in line." Alicia said and they got out and walked up and down the lines waiting to get in. "Man Grampa I've never seen so many cool cars." Alicia squealed as she crawled back in. "You should see the contests they have planned. Here I got you a flyer." Isaac shared handing them out. "I'm glad you got me to come, this looks like it'll be fun." Grampa said. "I am so going to hula hoop my way to Tulsa fame." Alicia teased wiggling her butt. "Hey don't be giving away your secrets." Isaac said grabbing her bottom and holding it. "Grampa wouldn't tell." Alicia giggled. "Yeah Grampa wouldn't tell so you can let loose there boy." Grampa replied. "Aww and I was really liking holding her down." Isaac pouted. "My poor baby." Alicia teased kissing him before whispering in his ear. "What'd you say to put that big smile on his face. Hey what's going on back there?" Grampa asked turning around staring at Walker. "Nothing sir." he answered quickly putting his hands in his lap. "Daddy." Diana whined, adding, "Now he won't like me." "Don't you worry baby girl. He is going to still like you, even more. Let me see leather between you two." Grampa replied motioning for them to move farther apart as he began to laugh. "Now who's idea was it to ask him along?" Isaac, Walker and Diana asked as Alicia moved closer to Grampa. "Grampa. I think they're mad at me." she pouted. "Don't worry sweetie. I still love you." he replied wrapping an arm around her. "Hey what's going on up there?" Diana and Walker asked in unison and the whole car laughed. Once inside and parked, Grampa pocketed the keys and the five made the rounds through the parking lot looking at all the classic cars, the people in costume and signing up for a few contests. As predicted Alicia hula hooped her way to fame beating everyone. In a Trivia contest Grampa was beating everyone from personal experience until Alicia tried, giving him a run for the money. "What oddity toy was introduced in 1950 and is still around today?" the host asked. "The hula hoop." Grampa buzzed in and answered. "No I'm sorry the hula hoop was introduced in..." the host was answering. "In 1958 Grampa. Silly Putty was introduced in 1950." Alicia answered. "Correct." the host announced. "And how did you know that Miss Smarty Pants?" Grampa asked hugging her and kissing the top of her head. "I did a research paper on Plastics for a Science Fair project and picked up the hula hoop answer. The Silly Putty answer I got from a recent visit to the Toy Store. It's being packaged in gold eggs to celebrate it's 50th birthday." Alicia answered with a giggle. "So you hang out in Toy Stores often?" Isaac asked. "Oh Isaac the hottest guys go to the Toy Store. I bet you go all the time." Alicia teased making her way to his arms. During the 50's Karoke Contest judged by applause, Walker and Grampa started off with 'Bye Bye Love' and easily moved into the lead. Diana followed with Connie Francis's 'Who's Sorry Now' and her deep sultry voice tied her with her husband and father. Isaac blew them all away with his Elvis impersonation, starting with "Thank You. Thank You Very Much." before singing 'Heartbreak Hotel' complete with the swivel of his hips. Alicia played the part by swooning in the front row, soon followed by another one or two in each row behind her. "This is totally unfair. He has the hip thing down pat." Alicia said as she took the makeshift stage as the applause for Isaac still filled the area. "Umm it's pretty obvious I'm not going to do my impersonation of Elvis. That's one rumor I never read about the King, his sexuality was never questioned as they do today." she shared and the audience laughed before she continued, "Out of respect for one of the greatest changing forces the Music World has ever had, I'd like to do one of my all time favorites. Such simple words but the sound of his voice would melt your heart." Alicia explained before singing. "Love me tender, love me sweet, never let me go. You have made my life complete, and I love you so. Love me tender, love me true, all my dreams fulfilled. For my darlin' I love you, and I always will. Love me tender, love me long, take me to your heart. For it's there that I belong, and we'll never part. Love me tender, love me dear, tell me you are mine. I'll be yours through all the years, till the end of time. " she sang gazing at Isaac who joined her for the last verse then kissed her tenderly. The applause was deafening, "Our winner, or should I say winners. Our 50's Karoke winner and our Elvis Impersonator winner." the host announced, presenting them with trophies. "My little 50's Star." Grampa said hugging her. "Oh Grampa. I told you I was born too late." Alicia answered. "No sweetie, if you'd been born in the 50's, you couldn't love Isaac and you are so meant to love my grandson." Grampa insisted. "Yeah. I think you're right Grampa." she replied hugging him before hugging and kissing Isaac. They headed to the snack bar to load up before the movies started. Alicia nodded off before the first movie was over. "We can go home son." Walker whispered. "No Dad it isn't necessary, she's fine where she is." Isaac whispered back. "It's about the only place she truly rests, so Doctor orders it." Grampa added. Alicia woke an hour later, at the end of the second movie, "Hey you ate my popcorn." she pouted. "I'll go get you more. Anybody else want something?" Isaac asked getting out. "I need to find a bathroom." Alicia whispered sliding out behind him, taking his hand. He waited outside the Ladies Room for her and they went to the Snack Bar together. "Man your Dad and Grampa must be starving. How are we going to carry all this?" Alicia gasped as their order came up then was packed in a box and Alicia carried the drinks. "Okay now where are the other people huh? In the trunk?" Alicia teased as she handed out the drinks and Isaac handed her the box of food. "Oh no. Walker Hanson you eat all that and are up the rest of the night with heartburn you can sleep downstairs." Diana announced as Isaac handed him a hamburg, fries, nachos and popcorn.. "And who ordered chili dogs?" Walker teased as Isaac passed back his mother's order. "Here Grampa." Isaac said handing him onion rings and corn dogs. "Babe didn't you order anything?" Isaac asked looking at the box of popcorn after taking out his chili dogs, chees fries, and onion rings. "Yeah a box of popcorn because you ate my first one." Alicia answered, adding, "Somebody has to be the designated driver. You'll be too busy barfing to be able to drive." They headed home after four of the six movies, heading to the folks's first and Grampa decided to spend the night. Isaac parked the '57 Chevy while Alicia used the bathroom before heading home. "See you tomorrow son." Walker said walking them out. "Huh? Yeah Dad, see you tomorrow." Isaac answered walking Alicia to his car and opening her door. "My Gentleman. I love you Isaac." Alicia sighed at his gesture. They pulled out of the driveway and had gone maybe a quarter of a mile when Isaac pulled off to the side and parked. "What's the matter hun? Car okay?" Alicia asked. "Uh huh." Isaac answered unbuckling his seatbelt. "You went to the bathroom before we left." Alicia questioned. "Yep." Isaac said putting his seat all the way back. "Is there something wrong?" Alicia asked again. "Oh yeah." Isaac sighed shaking his head yes as he reached and unbuckled her seatbelt. "What?" she asked. "This." Isaac answered kissing her deeply, leaning over her to move her seat back then reclined it before he crawled into the seat with her, lifting her and sliding underneath her. "We better fix that." Alicia whispered as she kissed him back longer and harder. "Any better?" Alicia sighed as their lips parted. "I'm not sure. Maybe you ought to do that again." Isaac suggested as he slowly caressed her body, pulling her to his lips. "Isaac." she moaned as his hands stroked her thigh higher and higher and his tongue slipped into her mouth, filling it. He teased moving his tongue in and out of her mouth, plunging deeper each time until she moaned deeply and he lifted them turning, placing her under him. "Alicia I love you Babe." Isaac moaned lowering himself onto her as his hand returned to her thigh. "I love you too Isaac." she moaned as he made his way between her legs and they both moaned deeply as their bodies seem to fit perfectly. "Isaac." she moaned as his hands caressed her butt before slipping inside her panties, slowly moving them down, lifting up off of her as he guided them down even further. As he moved to her side, he slipped them down past her knees before guiding them down and off. As quickly as he moved them off of her, in one quick movement he reached up and hung them from the rear view mirror before returning his hand to her thigh caressing higher and higher. "I love you so." Isaac moaned as his hand reached the top of her thigh and he moved to the inside, slowly stroking her back and forth as his fingers made their way inside her and he began moving them deeper and deeper with each stroke. "Isaac." she moaned from the depths of her as her body came to life. "Isaac. Somebody's stopping." she squealed as the headlights pulled up behind the car and they both scrambled to put things back the way they were. "Hey everything okay?" Taylor asked rapping on the window. "Everything was fine until you stopped." Isaac answered lowering his window. "Oh sorry man. I thought maybe you ran out of gas or something." Taylor replied. "What on earth are you doing out at this hour?" Alicia asked turning to see if Chele was in the van but seeing three silhouettes. "What, Jessy and Zac too?" she asked. "Yeah we're just getting back from Ash's. Cute outfit Sis. Dig the pink shirt bro." Taylor answered as Alicia picked up Isaac's cell and dialed. "Daddy it's me Alicia. Umm we just ran into Tay, Chele, Zac and Jessy and is it okay if they follow us home and crash there too. I think when you said, 'See you tomorrow son.' Daddy I think you really pushed him into something I don't really know he's ready for so I was thinking the old 'Safety In Numbers' bit might help him out of the hot seat you know. What do you think Daddy?" Alicia asked pushing all the right buttons. "Oh baby I didn't mean to pressure him. You know he loves you." Walker replied. "Yeah Daddy I know he loves me. It's just, I'm not sure if it's fair to him. With my being sick I pressured him into so many things already and I'm just afraid this is all too much for him. Daddy I can't risk losing him." Alicia shared with a gasp. "I see what you mean baby. Of course it's okay. Sweetie thanks for loving him so." Walker said saying goodbye. "So you four want to crash at our place?" Alicia asked and Taylor headed back, sharing with the others and they made their way to the girls' house.
