"Jessy I asked if I'm that bad?" Zac asked again. "Yeah Zac you sound like a broken record. Not until our Wedding night, over and over and over. But it worked, I'm a believer. Hallelujah." Jessy kidded the staring into his warm brown eye, "Zac I know I harp on you all the time about but you know why? It's scares me that you love and respect me that much. I mean I feel like who am I to deserve your love." Jessy confessed. "Jessy I'm the one who doesn't deserve you but you love me and I'm not about to question it, they may find their mistake and take you back." Zac said then whispering the end so noone but Jessy could hear. "Babe it's too late, there's no way they could pry me away from you. I already tried that living without you, and boy I didn't like it one bit. What a yucky life, me and the john. You and the porcelain goddess." Jessy teased laying her head on his chest. "Zac?" Jessy asked. "What hun?" Zac asked caressing her hair. "I could understand someone dying from a broken heart now. Before you I thought it was silly." Jessy said. As they finished they kissed the guys with their hearts as the crowd started to applaude and cheer. "Oh god Zac why didn't you stop me." Jessy said hiding her face in her hands then hiding in his arms. "Because I've never felt so loved. That's why." Zac said holding her tight and comforting her. "Baby you and your sister could really make it big if you wanted." Taylor said. "Umm I have different plans for my life, I've decided to become someone's wife." Chele said. "Lucky fella. Drat the good ones are always taken." Taylor teased. "Yep. By the good guys." Chele teased, adding, "And I remember what we were doing before I left to sing and you're a baaaad boy." They both laughed then Taylor took her by the hand and led her to the table. "Sis going to be okay?" Taylor asked. "Yeah. Zac handles her pretty good. You'd think they were married already." Chele said smiling a the little girl tugging on her Mom's hand and pointing at Taylor. "Babe I think someone recognized you. Now don't let her steal your heart from me." Chele said pointing as Taylor waved and walked over to her. "Hey I'm Taylor. What's your name?" Taylor asked shaking her hand. "I'm Sarah. You're Hanson aren't you." she asked. "You a fan Sarah?" Taylor asked. "Yeah Mmmbop ba duba dop." she sang. "Cool kid lady. Taylor Hanson" Taylor said extending his hand. "Good lord she was right. Beth Wiliams. Ummm could she get your autograph. If it wouldn't be too much trouble." she asked. "Why don't we go sit down so we don't draw attention." Taylor asked escorting them to the table. "Hey baby. This is Beth Williams and a fan of mine Sarah. Ladies this is my fiance Chele." Taylor said proudly. "Wow you're getting married. How nice. I haven't read about it." Beth said. "Just announced it to Tulsa the night before last so I don't think it's out yet except locally they did a story in the local papers." Taylor explained. "Momma there's the drummer one. With the pretty girl that sang good." Sarah said pointing at the pool. "That's Zac and my sister Jessy." Chele said waving at them to come. "They're coming Momma." Sarah said grabbing her arms. "Oh oh. Is Zac your favorite?" Chele asked and Sarah shook her head yes. Chele immediately turned to Jessy and motioned for her to put distance between her and Zac. "Go ahead hun, I'll catch up, I gotta go pee." Jessy said dashing away to the rest rooms wondering what was up. As she started to return she noticed the two visitors at the table so she headed off in another direction looking at the ground. "Not bad. You lost baby. If so you found the right place." the voice belong to the feet said. Jessy looked up and glared, "How assinine. Do you honestly believe speaking to me that way, would do anything but repulse me? Excuse me for using such big words, you probably didn't understand. You Are A Jerk and No Woman Would Ever Want You. Was that plain enough for a moron to understand." Jessy said loudly. "You go girl. Tell the animal." one girl yelled. "Treat him like he treats us." another girl yelled and soon they were surrounded by all the girls he had hit on but were too afraid to put him in his place. "As the song goes, 'I don't want no Scrub. A Scrub isn't gonna get no love from me. Hanging on the passenger side. Of his best friend's ride. Trying to holler at me. I dont' want no Scrub. A Scrub isn't gonna get no love from me." Jessy sang and the girls gathered round joined her as the guy turned and ran. The girls all cheered except Jessy, she cried. "Don't cry he's gone." someone said and the girl next to her hugged her, "You're all right he's gone." "Excuse coming through, Jessy. Hun what's the matter?" Zac said taking her in his arms. "Some creep hit on her and she hit back." someone yelled. "You did huh? I'm so proud baby." Zac said kissing the top of her head and caressing her hair as he slowly rocked her. "I was mean to him Zac and he really didn't deserve that." Jessy cried. "Did you deserve what he did to you?" Zac asked. "No I didn't do nothing Zac, not even look at him. I was looking down and he steps in my way and stopped me. And..." she stopped and cried again. "Jessy he hurt you or you wouldn't be crying babe. You just hurt him back and it's about time you stand up for yourself." Zac said lifting her head, kissing her tears. "Understand? You protected yourself that's all. If he hadn't started it, you wouldn't have had to finish it." Zac said as she finally nodded yes to him and he kissed her tenderly. "Awwww" the girls said. "Man you found a keeper sister." someone said. "I sure did." Jessy said kissing Zac with her heart and soul. "You go girl. Kiss that boy." someone yelled and the crowd chanted kiss him. "Umm sorry girls if I keep doing this, I'm gonna end up in big trouble." Jessy laughed as Zac led her back to the table and introduced her to Beth and Sarah. "You sure are pretty and I liked your song. Can I buy it? Do you have other songs out?" Sarah asked. "No sweetie." Jessy smiled at her. "Oh darn Mommy said we could even buy your music." Sarah said disappointed. "I tell you what Sarah, if Momma will leave me your address, ummm maybe I can make you a tape and send it to you." Jessy said. "But we'll pay for it Mommy said so." Sarah said. "Sarah that's about the sweetet thing you did letting me know you liked my singing. I guess it's my way of thanking you for opening my eyes." Jessy said. "That would be just wonderful. You know you're better than any of those girl singers out there. You'd blow them out of the water if you decided to sing." Beth said and wrote their address. "I promise we'll buy you once you're recored. Come on Sarah we've taken enough of their time. "But Mommy. I'm glad Zac loves you and you love him and are gonna marry him. He says you make him real happy and that's what matters you know." Sarah said. "Thanks Sarah you sure are special." Jessy said hugging her tight then letting her go to catch up with her mom. "Come on tell me. I'm dying to know what the Scrub song was all about?" Chele asked. "I gotta go pee this time, last time I just hid out." Jessy said heading to the restrooms with Chele on her heels. "Why'd you mention it now I gotta go." Taylor yelled and the guys followed. While in the john Jessy shared as a couple of the girls that had been there joined adding more flavor to the story. Chele and Jessy were laughing as the exited finding Tay and Zac waiting. "Hey baby. Have I told you lately that I love you?" Chele asked kissing Taylor deeply. "No but you can anytime." Taylor answered kissing her back. "Hey babe. Have I told you how lucky I am that you love me too. And that I love you so much it hurts." Jessy said kissing Zac tenderly at first with a growing passion that showed her love. "Jessy I love you to. More than anything." Zac said holding her tight. "I know you do Zac, I feel it. Babe I'm kind of hungry again." Jessy said. "Man look at the time. No wonder you're hungry. Let's get our clothes on and go find you something to eat. You two coming or want something?" Zac asked. "Nah we're going back in the pool." Taylor said. "Don't listen to him. Bring me a pepperoni pizza when you come back, I'll watch him to make sure he doesn't drown." Chele said. "You're too kind sis. Making sure he doesn't drown I mean." Jessy teased as she put her shorts and shirt on and ran a brush through her hair then brushed Zac's as he buttoned his shirt and slipped on his shoes. "Zac you're getting to tall. Man you keep growing I'll need a step stool just to kiss you." Jessy pouted. "If you'd eat more you might grow" Zac teased. "Yeah this way." Jessy said but her hands out from her sides. "So. You should eat more. What if we decided to have a kid right away, You barely keep you growing you'd starve our kid to death." Zac asked seriously. "Zac I wouldn't. Honest. I'd eat for two at least." Jessy said throwing her arms around him hugging him in desperation. "Oh baby I didn't mean it like that. You are going to be a great Mom someday. I know that. We'll have happy, healthy babies because you'll grow them that way." Zac whispered kissing her tenderly. "Let's get me something to eat. You never know when someday will get here." Jessy said and they headed up front and ate, stopping to pick up Chele's pizza on the way back. Jessy and Zac swam while Chele and Tay ate. Then all four went in the wave pool, then rode the lazy river one last time before the loaded up and headed south on the interstate.
