Zac pulled up in front of Grampa Lawyer's house and made his way around to Jessy. "Quiet. You okay babe?" Zac asked. "Oh I'm sorry Zac. It's, I can't explain it, it's just this strange feeling I have, everyting is doubled. Oh well. I did tell you I was weird right?" Jessy laughed. "Yeppers. Who wants normal anyways I'm supposed to say. Sis taught me." Zac laughed. "Very good. I'm so proud of you." Jessy said turning to look at him and noiced Grampa coming down the steps. "Grampa" she screamed running to him, hugging him tight as he gave her a big bear hug. Lifting her off the ground. "Whoa serious strength there. Let me see this, flex." Jessy said hanging onto his biceps. "Well Grampa, I'm impressed. Look at mine." Jessy said flexing. "Whoa. I dont know why I was worried about you. You could kick serious butt as they say." Grampa said and the two laughed. "What?" Jessy asked and Grampa nodded at Zac. "Oh Zac honey I'm sorry." she raced back and sat back down taking his hand and getting out, kissing his cheek and taking his hand and Zac led her to his Grampa and introduced them. "Pleased to meet you finally Grampa Lawyer." Jessy said and curtsied. "The honor is all mine, my lillte Princess." Grampa Lawer said taking her hand and kissing it. "Oh cut it out you two." Zac laughed. "Whatever are you referring to Zac dear." Jessy asked and Grampa burst out laughing, and they all laughed together. The went in the house, had milk and cookies and talked and talked for hours. "Jessy honey you wanted to go look for a dress. It's almost supper time. We'd better go." Zac said. "Oh but I'm having such a good time, let's take Grampa to dinner. Like you said I have a closet full of dress I can wear." Jessy said. "Wow what an effect you have on her." Zac said amazed. "A dress for what my little Princess." Grampa asked. "The Summer Ball at the Country Club Saturday night. Grampa would you like to come. Oh I'd love to dance with you and so would Mom and even my Momma and my sisters. Boy would they eat you up." Jessy said. "Wow are they all as beautiful as you." Grampa asked. "Why Grampa you devil you." Jessy laughed. "Oh they're all beautiful Grampa." Zac said. "Please come Grampa." Jessy pleaded. "You know I've got that tuxedo that hasn't done a thing since the boys won that award thingy." Grampa pondered. "Oh please, please. I'll save you the first dance." Jessy offered. "Man I see where I rate." Zac complained. "Oh you get the last dance and you get to take me home." Jessy said rubbing his hand. "Okay. You can have first dance Grampa. I know Mom would die if you came. She wouldn't believe it." Zac said. "You know I think I'll come but you two can't tell a soul. I'll show up and knock the socks of my Princess." Grampa said as Jessy went to the phone and dialed. "Yes this is Jessica Kendall, I'm calling about our reservation for Saturday, yes that's it Ken Kendall, please add one more seat at the table we have a very special guest coming. Yes. Could you seat him between myself and Zac and his parents, Walker and Diana please. Yes that would be perfect. Thank you very much." Jessy said dialing again. "Yes Jessy Kendall is Max in?" Jessy asked. "Hey Max, it's Jessy. Daddy's just fine. Max I need another car for Saturday night, picking up just one passenger so the Town Car would be fine. Just a minute I'll get you the address. Zac honey can you give Max directions here to pickup Grampa for the Ball." Jessy asked handing the phone to Zac while she hugged him tight. "Here he needs you again." Zac said kissing her deeply. "Hey Max. No I just need him picked up. No one else knows he's coming. He can ride home in one of the limos with the rest of the group Max. Thanks for helping me out. I really appreciate this. Bye." Jessy said hanging up and kissing Zac once more. "I'm getting hungry. I'll cook if you don't want to go out." Jessy whispered. "No Grampa is a Rex's fan just like me, let's go have chicken." Zac said. "Great idea son. Man I haven't been there since lunch with you." Grampa laughed as they headed to the car. Jessy sat in the back thumbing through a magazine she had picked up in the pharmacy before returning to work. "What's the matter babe?" Zac asked. "I was hoping I'd see a dress similar to what I'm looking for but nothing. "Hey Zac how about that shop a block over. It's been around forever mabe she'd have or know what Jessy wants." Grampa said. "Great idea Grampa. Jessy can you go a little longer without eating I bet she's about to close." Zac asked. "Sure hun. Let's go." Jessy said as Zac turned and headed back a block and pulled up infornt of Mary's Bridal Shop. They entered and the shop was overfilled with dresses of all kinds. "May I help you" the little lady said. "Oh I hope so. I"m looking for something special. I'm daddy's little princess, daddy in laws little girl, and I'm Grampa's little princess. I want to look like a princess is all. Can you help me. Please?" Jessy explained. "My you are special. Who's this?" she asked nodding at Zac. "This is the love of my life, Zac." Jessy said beaming. "There's the sparkle I saw when I first looked at you. Special young lady huh?" she asked Zac. "Yes she is ma'am." Zac said. "There's not much to her. Let me see. I have something in the back. There's the dressing room, I'll bring it right to you." she said disappearing into the back. "If you two will excuse me." Jessy said heading to the dressing room taking out her pigtails. She had no more gotten undress, the little lady appeared with a dress. "Now don't get upset with me. I'm not saying you're a little girl, you're a lovely young lady, my dress just happens to be a little girls size but I think it's what you want and I'm almost certain it will fit, may be snug in the chest, little girls don't have what you have, you'll need to take off your bra or your straps will show." she said. Jessy undid her bra, slipped out of it and into the dress. "It feels heavenly, let me see." Jessy asked trying to imagine the whole picture. "You just be patient or I'll have that young man talk to you for me." she threatened. "Young man bring me that sparkly tiara from the case." she ordered. "This one ma'am?" Zac reached it over the top of the curtain. "Very good. You can go now." she ordered. "You'll be needing this. I've had this for years, didn't really ever know why I bought the thing. Now I finally do. I have a Little Princess as a customer." she said smiling, adding, "You can look now. Pick up your skirt, turn and put it back down." she instructed. "Aaaah Yes. Yes, this is it. Thank you. Thank you. You're so wonderful this is it, the picture in my mind. Oh Thank you." Jessy squealed. "Jessy let me see?" Zac asked. "No. You'll see it Saturday night when you pick me up and not before. You just get your money ready, I don't care what it costs. I want this dress and my sparkly thingy." Jessy said. "Jessy this isn't fair." Zac complained. "Zac Hanson do this for me please?" Jessy asked. "Oh you're impossible. Buy my dress but don't look. You'll probably blindfold me Saturday." Zac mumbled. "I heard that and that's a good idea." Jessy laughed. "Let's get you out of this, little Princess." she said and soon Jessy was back in street clothes waiting for her dress and tiara, doing her best to thank Zac without getting into too much trouble. "That will be $129.99 young man." she said. "What that's it?" Jessy asked. "Yes, I checked the book before I got the dress down." she said. "I would have paid more. Wow. I tell you what, my two sister and I are getting married soon and I haven't even started to look and they've both had lousy luck maybe we could set and time to sit an talk and see if you could help us. The whole wedding, brides, attendants, flower girl, mothers, the whole party. Do you think you could handle that? I know I trust your judgment." Jessy said. "Of course dear, you call me here and the three of you come and we'll meet." she said. "Are you busy tomorrow. I know they're having trouble finding the right dress for Saturday too, and you could get to know us. We're getting married outside, beautiful setting. What time do you open?" Jessy asked. "Nine am Monday thru Saturday." she said. "Do you think 9 would be a good time?" Jessy asked. "Fine time, I usually don't see a customer until eleven or noon. Nine would be fine." she said taking the money from Zac and handing him the package. "Tied tight little princess, no one will see without you knowing." she said. They made their way to the car, Jessy sat in back next to her box. "Jessy you should see the smile on your face." Zac said and Grampa turned around. "She's happy Zac, that's the look of total happiness." Grampa said. "I sure am I get engaged properly, dissed, but now you made me as happy as you did when you gave me my ring. Thanks Zac. I love you so much for doing this." Jessy said as Zac pulled into Rex's Boneless Chicken. Jessy was checking her face as Zac opened her door. "Come on hun. we better get you fed." Zac said. "Zac you've made me happier than I ever had imagined possible." Jessy said kissing him with her heart and soul and even more as the passion of her love for him came to life. Her tongue danced and teased his tongue as she held him even tighter moaning his name, as Zac pulled her to him even tighter and they both sighed as they withdrew from the kiss. "Jessy I love you so much." Zac said. "After we take Grampa home, I want to go to our home Zac, I need to thank you. I know we can't make love yet, but I would if you'd let me Zac. I love you that much, I want to give you all of me. But until I can, let me do this much for you at least. Please don't say no." Jessy pleaded, adding, "Zac I promise I won't let you make love to me. I swear I'll stop you, let me love you though." "We'll see. Let's go eat so you have enough energy if I decide to let you love me." Zac teased and they headed into the restaurant and caught up with Grampa. "I see someone was thankful." Grampa said turning Jessy red. "Yes I am Grampa so kind of you to notice but did you have to broadcast it." Jessy laughed as the waitress came in. "You know they were here for lunch don't you." she asked. "Yeah, we laughed about it and still decided to come." Jessy told her as Taylor and Chele came through the door. "I told you that was her car." Chele said. "Grampa great to see you. Gramp I'd like you to meet my fiance, Chele. Chele this is Grampa Lawyer." Taylor said. "You were right Zac, she is beautiful can't wait to me the other one. "Wait no more." Isaac said, adding."Man Tay you have to slow down, you know how fast you were going?" "How long you been following us?" Taylor asked. "We saw you leaving the Mall." Ike said, adding, "Grampa I'd like you to meet my fiance, Kristina. Hun this is your soon-to-be Grampa Lawyer." "Grampa so nice to meet you." Kristina said hugging him. "Three beauties, I can't wait to meet the mother. Hey is there a Gramma without a Grampa." he asked. "Grampa you devil." Jessy laughed, adding, "As a matter of fact there is." "When do I meet her?" he asked. "At the wedding for sure. I found the perfect dress for Saturday. Zac got off cheap. It's so beautiful I was ready to make him pay ten times as much. It's exactly what I had in my head and you know how impossible that is to match. We have a nine a.m. appointment for you to meet, I think she can help us with the wedding. I know I trust her judgment, anyone who can match my head." Jessy laughed. "Taylor there's our waitress, let her know you need to order maybe she'll get them in together." Zac said and she took their orders. Everyone was talking at once. At least three conversations going on at once. "What are you all smiles about?" Jessy whispered. "Look at Grampa Jessy, I haven't seen him this alive since Gramma Jane died. It's nice that's all." Zac whispered back as Grampa shared the flex off with Jessy and the table roared with laughter as Jess put her arm up against Taylor's. The food came in time to prevent arm wrestling. While they were eating Grampa mentioned a movie he'd been meaning to see. "Zac why don't we rent the movie and all of us go to Grampa's," Jessy whispered. "Hey Grampa if you're up to more company, Jessy and I have been wanting to see that movie together too and now that she's unemployed she can finally stay up late. What do you say, want some company?" Zac asked. "Sure kids, that'd be great. They rest of you, you're invited too. Everyone back to my place and we'll watch "Titanic." Grampa said. "Oh Isaac I love that movie. I've seen a hundred times but never with you, let's go please." Kristina asked. "We're coming." Isaac said. "Please Taylor, it's a favorite of mine. I'd love to see it from your arms." Chele asked. "Count us in too Grampa." Taylor said. "Well this is a party." Grampa laughed as Jessy dialed her cell phone. "Hey Daddy. I'm doing fine. Zac took me to meet Grampa Lawyer, he so cool. We're all with him right now, Chele and Tay, Kristina and Ike. I'm calling because we're going back to his place to watch Titanic so we'll be out late, who knows maybe we'll even crash at Grampa's for the night. Daddy is it, are you?" Jessy asked. "Yes baby, Momma's pregnanat. I'm going to be a Daddy to a little one too." he said. "Yes Daddy that's great. Zac it's true. I'm so happy for you both. Did you talk to Zac's folks yet about Saturday and how are they doing in the country?" Jessy asked. "They're having a blast and yes they're coming Saturday. They're coming home by noon tomorrow." Daddy said. "Tell Momma I'm so happy for her and I love her. Don't worry were safe at Grampa's. Bye Daddy." Jessy said hanging up. "What's the great news that made you so happy?" Chele asked. "Momma and Daddy are having a baby." Jessy squealed and the girls all squealed together. "Mom and Dad are coming Saturday night and they'll be home tomorrow afternoon." Jessy shared. They finished up, Isaac and Cristina went to get the movie. Grampa, Zac and Jessy headed home to straighten up and Chele and Taylor stopped for pop and munchies. They all arrived and started the movie at nine by ten, the had to pause for a potty break and tissues. "Grampa do you mind if we crash here?" Jessy asked cuddled in his lap waiting for Zac to get back from the bathroom. "What you up to know Jessy. Give the man a break." Zac teased. "Grampa loves me so you be good." Jessy teased. "Well he's my Grampa and not yours yet." Zac said. "No tell me that isn't true Grampa?" Jessy pleaded. "Don't worry my little Princess, whether he marries you or not you'll always be my little Princess." Grampa said kissing her forehead and hugging her. "See" Jessy said sticking out her tongue. "Besides I was just asking if he minded us crashing here tonight but if you don't want to we can go home me to my house and you to your house." Jessy added. "Of course you're welcome to stay, all of you. I've moved into the dowstairs room so there's three rooms upstairs you can use instead of driving home. I need something to drink anyone else." Grampa said. "I'll come with you Grampa." Jessy said. "Me too" Chele said. "Me three" Kristina laughed and they headed to the kitchen. "Man you're Jessy is good. Grampa just offered us the chance to sleep with our fiance's. Gramma must be screaming by now." Isaac said. "No I think Gramma's probably okay with this." Zac said. "I agree, she believed in true love and we have found it, all of us." Taylor said. "Yeah I think your right after all." Isaac said as the girls and Grampa returned. They watched the rest of the movie and Grampa said goodnight, telling them to be quiet he was sleeping in.
