"Oh I just knew the morning I met you we would be family. I said to myself she's so cool, I wish she was my sister. This is even better we share children." Diana said hugging Barbie. "I still can't believe it. I mean I always knew good things happen to good people but for a few years there I must have been bad, really bad, down right rotten." Barbie said shaking her head with a pained look on her face. "That's the past put it there. Smile and be happy, our girls are." Ken said making his way around the table. As she stood to hug him her knees buckled, "Whoa, man someone stop the world, it's spinning." she said closing her eyes sitting back down leaning forward to stop the churing in her stomach. "This is it. You're going to the doctor if I have to drag you there kicking and screaming. Do you hear me." Ken said. "I'll be fine. It's just been a hectic six months, marrying you, moving the kids and dealing with moving. Things are bound to settle down now. What am I saying my three girls just got engaged. Help." Barbie laughed. "I'm fine Ken. It's is a little much. The family just increased by five in less than five days give me a break. I did just have a litter." Barbie said laughing. "You're impossible. Tell you what I'll back off if you and Diana go to the country house for a couple of days and just relax, no cleaning, no cooking, no nothing but relaxing." Ken said. "Mome somethings wrong. You're never sick. You should go to the doctors. Don't you agree sisses." Chele said and they both agreed. "Back off. I"ll go to the country house. Diana when can you get away, the girls can take care of Walker and the boys and we can take the little ones, there's plenty for them to do horses, wagon rides, animals, walks in the woods, flower gardens. It's heaven here on earth." Barbie explained. "Sounds like heaven, how about the first of next week. Walker would that be all right?" Diana asked. "You more than deserve dear, go have fun. The boys and I have a lot to do before they head to the recording studio." Walker said. "Daddy don't worry, I'll cook for you." Jessy said. "Wait you're my daughter first." Ken complained. "No Ken I think according to the rules, she loves my son, she cooks for me." Walker teased. "Oh stop you two, I'll cook and you all come." Jessy said hugging the two of them. "Mom just relax and get better. This isn't like you, I'm worried is all." Jessy said hugging her. "I'll be fine baby. I'm too tuff to get sick. You know that. I'll outlive you all, the awnry one always live longer." Barbie laughed as they cleaned up the table. "Man I should have pretended sick a long time ago. Without being told." she told Diana pointing at their children working together to clean up. "Mom, Dad, everyone, I'm off to bed I have to be there at 6am." Nick said. "I'm due at seven but I have to show up a half hour early for orientation. Ben this is the broom, use it." Ben laughed to himself. "Men In Black" anyone?" Josh asked. "Oh go ahead, I have to go pick out clothes for the morning. I'm thinking of dyeing my hair blue, what do you think?" Jessy teased. "Mom, Dad the four of us are headed to take Ash home." Taylor said pointing at Chele, Isaac and Kristina. "Drive safe son." Walker said. "Ash don't be a stranger." Diana said. "No Mom" Ash replied and they left. "Peace and quiet" Ken said sitting in a lounge chair and patting his lap for Barbie. "Don't have to ask me twice." Barbie said taking him up on his offer as Walker took the chair next to them, pulling Diana to his lap. "Man this is the best part. The dull roar dies down and you steal a few minutes before one comes screaming like they're dying." Ken said. "Man you sound like you've been at this forever too." Walker said. "Oh Walker my kids gave him a crash course in fatherhood, rebellious, hateful, spiteful, brats." Barbie said. "No your kids are swell." Walker said. "So polite, well mannered." Diana added. "Nick, Ben, Jessy, Josh, Sam my kids, I'm talking about them." Barbie said. "Hun they weren't that bad." Ken said and burst out laughing. "What the pail of white paint. No, glue on the chair. How about flattened your tires." Barbie asked. "No I was thinking how we were married over three months before we told them. Those were the days crawling in and out of your window." Ken said looking up, adding, "Good the girls are all on the second floor, tomorrow I'll destroy all ladders." The four burst out laughing. "I couldn't have picked better in-laws for the boys, had I done it myself." Diana said. "Nor I. Your strong family values, is just what all my girls need." Barbies said. "Damn I'm glad I bought all the property around us, we have three houses to build already." Ken said. "Such a smart man I married." Barbie said kissing him. "Thank god, I can't imagine my boys far away. I was actually thinking since the girls get along so well they could just move in with the boys." Diana said. "Listen here woman, they can move in with my girls." Barbie said. "Girls, Girls, the idea is to get them out of the house." Ken said. "Diana remember we talked when Zoe was born, they grow up and leave us to start lives of their own." Walker reminded. "You were serious." Diana teased and the four laughed again. "I wonder who will get married first. My money is on our Zac and your Jessy. Those two may be the youngest, but I think because of it, their love is more physical. He can't keep his hands or eyes off of her. I sure hope you talked to those boys good. These aren't whacky fans, these are the future mothers of my grandchildren, and I'm not quite ready to be a grandmother." Diana said. "I agree with Diana but more the change in Jessy, she has mellowed so these past few days, like finally everything makes sense. The mere touch of his hand, is all it takes." Ken said. "I hate to admit it but the eye thing they have going on, I'm almost afraid to come between them, it may blind you." Barbie said. "I was hoping for Isaac. He's looked for his Kristina for so long. Picked up the pieces so many times and gone on. He deserves her so." Walker said shaking his head yes. "Our first baby. It seems like yesterday. Such a joy." Diana said. "Now what? You need a plumber woman." Ken teased. "I'll ream your pipes if you don't stop with the waterwork jokes." Barbie said. "Tell me." Ken asked. "No way. Suffer and it was a gem." Barbie said. "You a gem huh? You sure are." Ken said nuzzling her neck. "Don't think you're sweet talk and soft lips will get to me." Barbie said. "Oooohaaah okay I give, i'll tell you, but if you laugh, I wouldn't fall asleep ever again." Barbie said. "Whew I'm glad I don't sleep with that one." Walker said. "I'll have to remember that. Now what do we do when they fall asleep?" Diana asked. "I'll tell you in the country, need to many props to get the point across." Barbie said and winked. "Tell me." Ken said. "I was just considering our decision not to have a baby together. You will never know first hand the joy Ken. I"m not sure we made the right decision is all." Barbie said. "Woman we went over this every which way and it's just not something I'm willing to risk. I won't take the chance of losing you and at your age it would be a high risk pregnancy, plan and simple." Ken said. "But it's my body Ken. You're being unfair." Barbie argued. "I won't argue with you about it, it's decided and not up for further discussion." Ken said. "I have to pee, anyone want anything from the house, another drink Walker? Ken?" Barbie said rising and sitting right back down, "Right and you want to get pregant. Real funny. Can't even shake a bug. Let me help you." Ken said rising and walking her to the house. "Whatever it is I thought I was coming down with it this morning." Diana said. "You've just been doing too much lately. This trip to the country is what you need." Walker said.
