As they entered the pool area, "Hello" Chele sang out. "Cool all ours. Let's have fun." and the girls put their things on a table near the pool putting their things in their bag and hanging them on the back of the chairs. "Jesus Jessy! We have changed our shape since last summer, I do declare my baby sister is built like a brick shithouse!" Chele said. "And what's that suppose to mean. I'm hard, squared and smelly! Well I don't know if I care for that." Jessy said heading to the diving board. "Jessy you are a card, No since last summer you've turned into one of those I just have to hate types. You're Hot little sister!" Chele said. "She's right Jessy, wow what puberty hasn't done for you." Monica. "Just taking after my big sisters, I don't care what Mom says, I swear we are related. Immaculate conception, that explains it. We're little bits of God, all three of us." Jessy said stepping onto the board. "Big sister duty, Jessy remember your head, no diving!!" Monica said. "Yes Mommy Monica. Me flip only. Kowabunga" Jessy screamed bouncing high in the air and tucking for a double summersault into the pool feet first. "God I hate this, she like always does this, sits on the bottom until I get scared and jump in thinking something is wrong and she's down on the bottom just chilling waiting for me to come in before, well it isn't working this time. Nope do you hear me, it's not working. How long's it been. Jessy?" Chele screamed and dived in. They hit the surface laughing. "One of these days" Chele screamed. "You are so predictable Sis." Jessy said making her way to the shallow end and walking up the stairs. "Jesus Jessy." Monica stopped. "Spit it out, I've probably heard it already. Oh my what big boobs you have. Hope it's the better to suffocate me with. That's Michael's favorite. He runs around school, screaming here comes the big bad wolfette. Lame. Or the standard one, Jessica Lee Anderson and yours are real." she complained. "Jessica I'm not a rude slug, I have sensitivity. It's just as you stepped from the water I remember that one swimsuit model everybody raved about, and thought she doesn't hold a candle to my baby sister. You're really beautiful baby. And you have a great personality to boot." Monica said. "Enough about the body or I'll wear a tee shirt." Jessy said. "Good then they might notice us." Monica said. "You die old woman." Jessy said lunging at her and the raced off. "I'm getting in" Monica screamed. "I'm bombing." Jessy screamed as she surfaced and Jessy struck sending water everywhere. "Tidal wave" Chele screamed. "You die middle aged woman." Jessy said swimming to the edge and hoping up and chasing after Chele. "Jessy I am not middle aged." Chele screamed. "You're in the middle of me and Monica so you are too!" Jessy laughed. "Your brain got warped yesterday that balloon did damage." Chele screamed back at her. "I got touched in the head all right. Splatt! Like this." Jessy said catching Chele by the arm and swinging her into the pool splatt. "You die young aged woman." Chele and Monica screamed. "Time out my head hurts." Jessy said. "Oh Jessy honey you want to go back to the room." Monica says. "Yeah sis we can go and you can take a nap." Chele said."Suckers" Jessy screamed bombing them both."You die." they agreed. "First let me go pee or you'll be sorry and in warm water." Jessy said. "Ewww!" Chele said. "Jessy do you have to be so graphic." Monica said. "Well excuse me. If I'd politely said excuse me I need to use the facilities, like you would let me go. No way, got to threaten you two to get you to move." Jessy muttered heading to the girls locker room. "Hey" she said to the litle girl getting dressed. "I'm Jessy you all alone?" Jessy said going into a stall. "No I came with my brothers. That's my name too!" she said. "Oh Oh Well you'll hear it alot, I get in trouble constantly. Jessy this, Jessy that." Jessy said flushing and walking back out. I came with my sisters. Come on you can play with us. We're goofy today. Come on let's go bomb them. They're old 16 and 18, no fun to play with anymore. Come on." Jessy said putting out her hand. "Hey Sis look I found another Jessy to play with. Now." Jessy screamed and the two bombed the girls. "Very funny Jessy, not you that bad one." Chele said. "Jessy this is my sister Chele she the 16 year old and this is my sister Monica she's 18. Really up there isn't she, almost antique." Jessy teased. "Do you flip?" Jessy asked climbing out on the edge offering a hand to her new friend. "No I can't." she answered. "Are you afraid to, or don't know how too. Most people are afraid to but it's the safest place to learn. I can teach you if you want. It's easy watch." Jessy said going to the diving board and doing a double. "Wow you are good, my brothers flip but not as nice as yours." she said. "Like this I bet" Jessy asked and did a lousy single. "Yeah that's what they look like." she said. "That's a gutsy flipper, they do it on guts alone, don't learn how. It's really easy to learn. You start like this" Jessy said standing on the edge next to the other Jessy and showed her how to use her legs to spring her high and then tuck and get you feet around. "That looks easy." she said. "I told you Jessy. Just need to know what to do. Try it. The worst that can happen is a belly flop." Jessy said and her friend did. "Way to go. Your brother isn't the only one with guts." Jessy said offering a hand up. "You practice that until you can nail it, you don't have to think about it and I'll show you the next step." Jessy encouraged her on. "Me too Me too! Show me lady?" the cutest little five or six year old said. "Hey Dude what's up? I'm Jessy and you want to flip huh? I don't know. Let me see you jump in then I'll tell if you're gutsy enough." Jessy asked and he went sailing. She lifted him up to the side. "Hey Dude you fly already. Let's wait until your brothers are out and make sure it's okay and then yeah lil dude, I'll teach you to flip." Jessy said tossling his blonde hair. "Daddy Daddy, come on lady. Daddy can I learn to flip?" he asked "Way to go Jessie. Your handiwork?" he asked "Yes sir, I'm a Jessy too. We met in the locker room and sort of were bonded by name. I hope you don't mind." Jessy asked. "Mind not at all, you seem to be a very nice young lady. Yes son you can learn to flip if you promise only with someone watching you. no hot dogging." he agreed. "Yeah Yeah Yeah Come on Lady." he squealed pulling her hand and Jessy bent holding him and talking about his sister and what she was doing. Bye now Chele and Monica were by the other Jessie learning how to flip, making her feel special helping them out. Up and down the pool they were lined up learning to flip. It was time for the diving board even, "Hey lil dude do you think you trust me enough to know I won't let anything happen. I swim real good and I won't let you drown or even get scared." Jessy asked. "Yeah lady." he said and she laughed, it was nice being called a lady. They practiced springing. No one noticed that their father had gone in the men's locker room. "Come on boys I thought, Wow such sad faces. What's wrong?" he asked looking to see if anyone else was around causing the looks. "Somebody say something." he ordered. "Isaac you're the oldest, talk." he insisted. "Dad, it's the girls out there." Ike said and hesitated. "Really nice and drop dead gorgeous, Mother forgive me I noticed. So why's that stopping you I assume they're here for the concert, so fans, of all the fans you guys have played around with, these three I approve of." he said. "Dad they're the girls we hit yesterday on the highway, the nice drop dead gorgeous blonde that's teaching everyone to flip and I'd love to go learn, but she'll hate me when she finds out I probably put her in the hospital because I was goofing around." Zac said his head hanging by the time he finished. "Hate me I'm sure" he added shaking it no. "I can't forget the face Dad, that's her." Isaac agreed and the middle one, is the driver, I'll never forget that face either, yesterday I knew she was pretty even through the tears, but she's beautiful and I'd give anything to get to know her but when she finds out, she'll hate me." Taylor said. "Man I don't know what to tell you, they don't strike me as hateful. But you guys probably know them better, you did ruin their day yesterday not me. You probably know better, but if it were me I'd take a chance that they'd forgive an honest mistake. Taylor I know you think because of the way she reacted yesterday, she's mean and hateful, but you have to understand, she was scared, she's just 16 and she was responsible for her baby sister yesterday and from what I saw out there all three are really close, so I'm sure she thought you were an asshole, you thought you were too. But I'm sure she knows you didn't do it on purpose. It's your call I'm going back out, they're more fun than you gloom and doom dudes, and prettier to look at." he said and left. By the time he returned, all were flipping from the diving board and quite good at it, even his Mackie. "You boys ought to see this. Your little brother's good." Dad said and the boys came to peek. "Man he is good. Look Tay he's better than us already, look at his form." Zac said. "Huh? Oh yeah Mackie is good." Taylor said "Wrong form Tay, she is a knock out. All three of them are." Isaac said as their father walked to the table. "Looky me Daddy" Mackie called out. "Ready Jessy." he asked. "Yeah Lil Dude, You ready?" Jessy asked " Me go." he said and he bounced off the end and did a great flip. "Way to go Dude. Master Flipper, that's what you are." Jessy said seeing him to the side of the pool. "Jessy this time, reach high with both hands and as you tuck, bring them in tight and as you finish the rotation, stretch them back out high. Yeah like that. Big bounce and fly."Jessy told her. "Are you watching Daddy." Jessy yelled to her father and he nodded and smiled. "Great job, way to go Jessie! Man you are as good as me." Jessy told her hugging her. "Come on Chele, it's hard to follow such a good flip but I have faith in my sister. Do it." Jessy called to her. "Yes I knew you could. Now your turn Monica, You are woman, You can fly." Jessy said. "Shit you did it. I mean way to go old one." Jessy said and everyone headed to the table. "Can I buy you girls lunch? I thought maybe we could get room service right here. Sort of like a picnic." Daddy offered. "Cool I'm for it, Thanks for offering." Jessy said. "Thank you, we'd love to." Chele said. "It's unanimous. Any body want to flip again?" Monica asked and they all dashed to the deep end except Jessy. She sat rubbing her head until Mackie returned, "Come one lady. I can't do it without you." he said with such a puppy dog face, Jessy smoothed his hair and kissed his forehead. "Lead the way Lil Dude" she said and stuck out her hand. He tugged as she rose from the chair and followed him towards the deep end. Jessy thought she noticed someone in the doorway of the men's locker room and turned back to make sure Daddy was still on the phone. They all flipped and had fun until lunch arrived. There were five carts of food wheeled in and lined up while another table was brought in from outside. "He must have figured out you're a pig Jessy. No not you, my Jessy is a pig." Chele teased. "Hurt her feelings, poor Jessie, gets teased because she has my name. Way to go Chele." Jessy teased. "I'm a growing girl not a pig. You're just jealous, I can eat and don't have to worry about it, because I'm not all hyped up on horomones like you." Jessy teased. "Truce." Chele called. "I know don't fight in front of company." Jessy said. "Jessy, no honey the other one, Jessy could I talk to you a minute." Walker asked. "Sure their Daddy" Jessy answered and added "I'm going borrow your Daddy, okay by you Jessie?" "Hey what's up?" Jessy said "I don't know any other way to do this but be direct and ask were you in a black mustang covertible yesterday and did you get hit in the face with a water balloon?" he asked. "Yes, how did you know?" she asked "First honey, are you all right?" he asked lifting her hair. "It was here and yes I'm all right. I think the water and the air chilled me too fast and my blood pressure which is normally low, bottomed out. At least that's what my family doctor thinks." Jessy lifted her hair and showed the red mark, answered. "Jessy I take it the kids didn't tell you there last name." he said. "I didn't think it was important, I figured a one time meeting go our separate ways. I'm from Michigan and your probably not from here, why else the motel." Jessy finished. "Jessy my name is Walker Hanson, sweetie, yesterday the two buses were us. The boys feel so bad, the can't even face you and I told them I didn't think you were mean and hateful, you would understand it was an accident." he said. "Of course it was an accident. Their aim can't be that good, their boys." Jessy laughed. "Oh you are wonderful, sweetie, I'm sorry it happened, I was as responsible, I was driving the bus." he said. "I don't blame any of you, things happen, get over it and get on with living." she said and hugged him. "Now the big request, would you talk to my boys. Zac is sure he let loose the balloon that hit you and put you in the hospital. He's really beating himself up bad on this. I tried to find you yesterday but you disappeared. Boy did he panic." Daddy said. "Hey Daddy can I go in the men's locker room, that'd be way cool." Jessy beamed at the thought of it. Meeting Hanson in the bathroom. "Down girl." he teased as he led her by the hand to the men's locker room "You sad sacks going to miss lunch too." he asked. "Not hungry Dad. " Zac said. "Whoa. The world is coming to an end my Zac is not hungry. You're either dead or dead sick. Which is it?" he asked "Hey Zac, sorry you're not feeling well." Jessy said sticking her head around the corner. "I'm sorry if my getting sick yesterday made everything worse, my doctor said it's because I got chilled my blood pressure dropped lower than normal and I sort of hibernated until it rose back to normal levels, that's why I puked and got dizzy. Don't look so sad, I know it was an accident. There's no way your aim can be that good, you're a lefty." she smiled. "Hey my aim is too good." he finally spoke. "Ego gets them every time. Hey Tay, Isaac." Jessy said as Daddy walked her in. "Hey Jessy, we're really sorry too." they said. "Thanks for saying so. Can I have a hug and then let's figure out how to get Chele to this point. She was hot." Jessy said hugging Isaac, then Taylor and when she headed to Zac, Taylor forgot he had hold of her towel and it fell to the floor and Zac's eyes got big. "Wow you're beautiful" he said staring at her face then glancing down and then back at her face and smiling. "Thanks for thinking so, do I still get my hug?" Jessy asked. "I'm really sorry Jessy, does it still hurt?" Zac asked picking up her hair and looking. "Is it still there?" Jessy asked. "Yeah you can still see." Zac said touching the place the balloon hit and he was visibly upset it had happened. "Zac it's all right. please don't let it keep eating at you, I'm okay and okay with it. I don't blame you so could you stop blaming you? please for me." Jessy said caressing his face and smiling and when he smiled at her, she wrapped her arms around his neck and stepped into his arms for one of the nicest hugs she'd ever received. "You sure you're not hungry. Your Dad invited us to lunch with you, if that's okay?" Jessy said "That's great." Zac said."Zac is that your shirt? I'm getting cold and you know what happens when I get cold." Jessy said and Zac picked up his shirt and put it over her head and then walked her over to the electric hand dryer and turned it on and pointed it at her and she giggled. He held her as the vent blew hot air on her. "Thanks that really helped" Jessy said kissing him on the cheek. "Now for Chele." Jessy said picking up her towel and stepping to the door. "Chele, Monica could you come here, Jessie can you keep an eye on Mackie for me please?" Jessy asked. "I see the wheels a turning. There's someone you have to meet before we can have lunch. Chele, Monica I'd like you to meet Walker Hanson, and his sons Isaac, Taylor and Zac. Guys my sister Chele, and sister Monica." Jessy said. They discussed the bus incident and Jessy told Chele she already forgave them But not to let that change what she felt. That if she wanted to still be angry, she had every right. "I'm not angry, I never was, I was just real scared that something happened to Jessy is all. I'm sorry I called you assholes, it was rude. I was just upset." Chele said tears welling in her eyes. Jessy reached her hand towards Zac and he took it and he followed her out and Monica took Isaac's hand and followed Zac. Jessy wrapped an arm around Daddy and the five headed to the tables, leaving Tay and Chele to work things out. Isaac stopped and apologize to Monica even though she wasn't there and he asked where she had been finding out where she lived, that she was between boyfriends and trying to live on her own and doing okay at it. He asked her to the concert and backstage and she said she already had passes and he asked her if they could do something later. She agreed and they found out we were staying on the same floor. Zac was all over Jessie and Mackie about being so brave and trying to flip and that he was so proud of them and asked that after lunch they show him. "He's a good son, isn't he?" Jessy asked Daddy. "I think so Jessy, but then he is mine." he laughed. Chele and Tay finally settled their differences and Taylor led her out by the hand and to the tables for lunch. "Where's Avie?" Jessy asked and Zac explained she was so upset by what she had seen that she wasn't feeling well. "Oh Zac now I feel bad, can we go show her I'm okay?" Jessy asked grabbing her shorts and pulling them on then she removed Zac's shirt and put it over his head and helped pull it down. Jessy put on her shirt and grabbed her I D pass and Zac explained where they were going and he took Jessy's hand and headed to their room.
