As Dad approached the drive way, "Isaac look what Taylor did." Kaitlyn said looking at the new Explorer and Grand Cherokee in the drive way. "I want the Explorer." Kaitlyn said. "Good because the Jeep is mine." Isaac declared. As Dad pulled by them there were car seats in each vehicle. As the garage door opened the whole family was lined up to meet them. "Grampa your great grand daughter Jane." Kaitlyn said handing him the baby. "Taylor, Zoe and Chele meet Maddy." Kaitlyn said handing Taylor the baby. "Zac, Jessy this is Lucy." she said handing the baby to Zac as they all headed in to the other surprises. First Mom's sewing / craft room / office had been turned into a Nursery. "How did you do this we were only gone half a day and five of that before any stores opened." Kaitlyn said in shock. "Thanks this is so nice. Mom thanks for giving up your space." Kaitlyn said tears filling her eyes as they placed each of the girls in her own crib and took off her snowsuit, hanging it on the end. "Kaitlyn the girls are more important to me than books, glue, needles and thread. If you need that stuff head to the basement, my space is down there now." Mom said hugging her as they stood and watched the love the girls were receiving. Taylor holding Zoe, helping her hold their Maddy while Chele hugged them both. Zac holding Lucy in one arm and Jessy in the other while Mackie stood on the chair leaning over Zac's shoulders to see the littlest drummer. Grampa letting Jessie and Avie help him take of Jane's snowsuit like he had no clue what to do. "Wow we sure are blessed" Kaitlyn said to Mom as Isaac and Dad wrapped their arms around their wives. "We sure are." Isaac and Dad said in unison. Kaitlyn picked up the phone and dialed as Isaac, Mom and Dad looked at each other trying to figure out who she would call, "Sandy? Hey it's me Kaitlyn. I don't know if word is out yet but we had the girls this morning." Kaitlyn said. "Oh my God, Garth honey they had the girls. I'm sorry Kaitlyn we've been a little nervous here. Isaac called and told us but you sound too good for just getting out of surgery?" Sandy asked. "No Sandy, I had the babies early this morning. I had all three of them it was great. They're so beautiful. Umm would you guys want to come, we're at home. I don't promise I'll be the best hostess but you ain't coming to see me anyway." Kaitlyn said. "Yes we are and yes we will." Garth said. "Hey I'm sorry I fell asleep and had to watch us the next day on tape." Kaitlyn confessed. "Yeah Dad told me. I forgive you." Garth said. "Well we just got here and we're having pizza for supper. Hurry over with my girls all three of them and I'll show you our three girls." Kaitlyn said."We'll be right there." Garth and Sandy answered in unison hanging up. "I take it they're excited, they hung up on me." Kailyn said. "Baby that was so nice of you to include them." Mom said. "They're family too." Kaitlyn declared. "Kaitlyn I think Jane is hungry." Avie said. "Probably I'll just sit over here you get Grampa to bring her to me okay?" Kaitlyn said sitting down and slipping a hand under her top and undoing her nursing bra then adjusting her top waiting for Jane. She sat comfortably in the love of family and nursed her until she was almost asleep. "This ones done, just needs burping Grampa." Kaitlyn said as Grampa took Jane back and patted and patted waiting for a burp. "Next" Kaitlyn called as Taylor delivered Maddy for nursing and Zoe for watching. "Maddy eat?" Zoe asked. "Yeah your baby drink her Mommy's milk." Kaitlyn said. "Maddy eat good." Zoe said patting the baby's head. "Yeah your Maddy eats good." Kaitlyn said moving her to the other breast to finish. "Taylor she's done, just needs burping." Kaitlyn said as Zac lined up behind Tay to deliver Lucy and Dad answered the door to escort Garth and his girls to the nursery. Mom took Sandy and the girls to introduce Jane who was already asleep and Maddy who was fighting sleep to play with her uncle Taylor. "Well Daddy Garth how long since you burped a baby." Kaitlyn said offering Lucy. "Wow Sandy she's so small." Garth said. "Yeah compared to a three year old she's small dear." Sandy teased as Kaitlyn drank her nutritional drink that Mom brought before making a trip to the bathroom. They were leaving the nursery and headed to dinner when Kaitlyn returned. "I just want to check for myself. I'll be right there." she said walking back into the nursery fussing with each of the girls before turning to find Isaac in the doorway watching. "I'm coming. I just had to make sure I wasn't dreaming." Kaitlyn said wrapping her arms around his waist. "I know the feeling." Isaac said kissing the top of her head. "Umm I think I sprung a leak. Where the bag, there's a box of nursing pads in there." Kaitlyn said applying pressure to stop the leak. "Come on I'll show you your other surprise." Isaac said taking her hand and leading her to their room. "Wow this is great. Now who did this?" Kaitlyn asked. "I had it on layway and Tay and Zac arranged for delivery today. Like it?" Isaac asked. "It's great less bed and more room for the girls and visitors" Kaitlyn said looking at the new furniture and quickly adding, "You're too good to me, spoil me rotten." "That's the plan. Spoil you rotten so noone else will have you. Too high maintenance." Isaac laughed. "Hmm Good plan." Kaitlyn said adjusting the nursing pads. "All set?" he asked as she reached for his hand. They joined the others for pizza. "Let me?" Mom asked at the sound of a crying baby. "Sure Gramma." Kaitlyn said holding onto her chair to keep from getting up. "She'll be fine." Isaac whispered prying Kaitlyn's hand from the chair and holding it in his. "You're always there when I need you." she whispered. "Too quiet in there. Zac get you bassinette, Lucy wants to be out here." Mom announced and Zac headed to the family room and rolled back a bassinette stopping it between his chair and Jessy's. "There you go Lucy." Mom said putting her down. "Man Kaitlyn I'm impressed. I wouldn't even let Garth touch the girls the first couple of days." Sandy said. "She's fighting the urge." Isaac said motioning at the chair. "It's easier on the babies if they start from the beginning learning to love and trust." Sandy said to reassure Kaitlyn. Next Jane awoke and finally Maddy and they were brought out to join the family. Everyone moved to the family room where Kaitln nursed the girls again and while they were being burped by other's Isaac brought his Dad's guitar and two of his and Garth joined them singing and playing. Daddy started playing 'Amazing Grace' and soon as she stood to check on the girls, Kaitlyn was singing as the room listened in awe. Her voice had a new depth to it now with her increased lung power. "What? Everyone stopped singing but me." Kaitlyn said adjusting a blanket then turning back to them. "Sing for us again hun. Your voice is stronger now." Isaac said. "Amazing what you can do when you can breathe." she laughed and began again. They sang for another couple of hours until Kaitlyn's yawns convinced everyone it was time to leave. "I'm beat. Do you guys mind watching the girls. Just bring them in when it's time for the next feeding. Okay?" Kaitlyn yawned heading in to bed. "Wait for me, I'm coming too. It's been a long day." Isaac said heading after her. They dressed for bed, Kaitlyn cuddled in his arms and was fast asleep the minute her head rested on his chest. They brought the girls in a couple hours after that Tay and Chele, and Zac and Jessy so she could nurse them and they burped them, putting them back to sleep. "We're watching movies so we'll just keep them with us. You sleep. We'll be back when they need you." Chele said. "But." is all she got out. "No buts. You did all the work so let us help now." Jessy said. "We've got them outnumbered what can go wrong." Zac laughed. "Thanks guys." Kaitlyn said cuddling back into Isaac's arms and falling back to sleep.
