Hanson Fan Fiction

Two Tears -Forty-nine-

"I love these new jammers." Isaac said kissing her lightly as she woke to his touch. "I'm glad, I put them on just for you. So you'd do just this." Kaitlyn said cuddling into his arms. "Isaac?" she asked. "What hun?" he replied kissing her sweetly. "Isaac, do you think it'd be okay if I surprised Taylor and sang with him tomorrow night too. You know how he's always begging me to. Teasing me that someday. You know. I just feel like someday is here. I'd really like to sing "I'll Come To You" with him if you don't mind?" Kaitlyn asked. "Mind. God Kaitlyn that'd be great. You sure you're up to it?" he asked with concern in his voice. "Oh baby don't worry I'm fine. I went online and read everything I could find about heat stroke. Man, we're all at risk for it except Daddy. The price of being fair haired. Honest hun I'm okay and the babies were never in danger, the minute I didn't feel good I got Grampa to my side so he could get you. I wouldn't take a chance at passing out and hurting the girls, you know that. Even being a beached whale didn't stop me turning to you for help." Kaitlyn laughed. "If you're a whale, you're the most beautiful whale on earth and I love you." Isaac said kissing her deeply. "I know I know. I am not a fat cow or a beached whale." Kaitlyn said, adding, "It's just I can't do so many things anymore, simple things, bend, put on my shoes, get up, you know, you get to hear me bitch about it all the time. I don't mean to complain, honest, sometimes I just get so tired of having to rely on you so much when you have so many other things going on. Everybody seems to depend on you. I hadn't realized that until the tour started. And now I seem to need you more and more, I just get afraid that it's all too much." Kaitlyn said searching his eyes. "You are my first priority, you and the girls, you know that. Don't ever doubt that." Isaac said holding her tight, stroking her belly. "I know that but I still can't help worrying, I seem to need you more and more and when I finally try to do somethings for myself you get so hurt by it. Isaac you can't keep on being everything to everybody." Kaitlyn said laughing. "What? Serious talk and you're laughing. "Here" she said moving his hand. "Go Jane. Shake that thing. So you're going to be a dancer like Mommy. Good choice. You ought to look like her too, she's beautiful. Inside and Outside." he said kissing her belly. "What are you doing up young lady?" he asked and the wiggling stopped. "Ohhh you are good. Daddy the disciplinarian." Kaitlyn teased, adding, "Isaac I can't wait for them to get here, in your arms. The way you love them already. Once they get in your arms and feel your love, we won't have problems. I look at some of the faces of the fans, just dying to be loved. So alone.. How could their parents not fill that need. How many monsters are there out there." she said her eyes full of tears. "Hun don't do this to yourself. You haven't thought about them since the court ruling. Why now?" he asked. "Man I wasn't even thinking of me. Is that how I looked Isaac. Starved for love, attention, anything? You know like some of the fans." she asked. "Yeah. In the beginning you did Kaitlyn. I remember the first time I looked at you brushing Mom's hair, that was the first time my heart ever broke. You looked so alone. So little there, brushing her hair, talking to her, but that look in your eyes. Like noone cared. It was there Kaitlyn. I guess that's why I tried so hard to include you in everything I, we did." Isaac was interrupted by her. "Everything is right, cleaning your room, doing your chores, doing your homework, watching your sisters. You were terrible. You and your brother fighting over me, to see who'd get me to clean. I think you used me. You'd let Tay win, knowing I couldn't resist you even back then." Kaitlyn accused. "Never. I wouldn't do that. Okay I did. See I knew you loved me way back then and I used it against you, just like I do now." he said kissing her deeply, passionately, as he crawled between her legs and made love to her. "That's getting too hard on you and the girls. Maybe I better stop loving you." he said laying beside her. "No Isaac. There has to be another answer besides not making love to each other." Kaitlyn complained. "Hun don't get upset. We'll find another way. Don't worry, I'll always love you." Isaac said holding her tight. "Hey you never told me what you thought about me singing with your brother. Will you help me?" she asked. "Sure I'll help you. Let's see you start the show. You're out for the second number and then the eighth number. You sure this isn't too much?" he asked. "Probably. I don't know. I've never done this before." Kaitlyn said frustrated. "Don't give up hun, we'll find away. We'll just make it happen somehow." Isaac said. "Here I go again adding to what you have to do, depending on you to solve the problem." Kaitlyn said, adding, "Isaac what if you and I went out before the whole show starts, you know before the Twins play. Then we don't have the problem with the curtain being up. That would give me plenty of time to rest before I sing with Tay." "Kaitlyn that's perfect. Can't wait to see the look on his face." Isaac said. "Do you think he'll stop like you did?" Kaitlyn asked. "Mr. Cool. I doubt it. Boy if he does. I wonder if he will?" Isaac said. "What happened to Mr. Cool?" she asked. "I guess if anyone could throw him for a loop, it would be you." Isaac said. "You survived it. Why not Tay?" she asked. "Why not Tay." he laughed as she yawned. "You better get some rest so we send good readings in the morning." he said tucking pillows in on the far side of her so she didn't roll over on the babies while she slept. "Goodnight hun." Isaac said kissing her sweetly. "Night Isaac. The girls and I love you." Kaitlyn whispered cuddling close to him as she yawned again. "The girls and I love you too." he whispered kissing her cheek as her breathing slowed and she drifted off to sleep. "We love you and need you in our lives." he whispered watching her sleep until he drifted off himself. Morning came too soon, they were both dragging as he helped her to her feet to dress and make their way to the bathroom. "Hey Grampa" Kaitlyn said. "You two look beat. Something wrong?" he asked. "No Grampa. Just talked the night away for some reason. He just couldn't sut me up is all. I hope I don't look as bad as he does?" she teased. "You, me!" Isaac teased back as they made their way into the bathroom. "Whoa. Looking tired." Kaitlyn said to the mirror. "I do look as bad as I feel." Isaac said. "What's up for today?" she asked. "Nothing much. I think Mom and Dad were going to take the kids and do something I think. Why?" he asked. "Wow the two of us home alone? That'd be nice." Kaitlyn said hugging him, adding, "Could we? We could take a nap together and get rid of the tired look. It's been awhile since we were alone." "Sounds good to me. You're right it's been awhile since I've had you all to myself. Like before Zoe got potty trained." he said. "Wow that long?" she asked. "Yeah hun that long." he answered. "I didn't realize. Please make it happen. If I have good readings, okay? Please?" she begged. "Let's get your readings done first and we'll see." He said opening the door and making their way to the fridge. "High protein, that's what we need." she said grabbing the milk and making a shake, pulling down a couple of nutritional bars. She sat next to Grampa, "Do you think you could help us?" she asked. "What baby girl? You know I'd do anything for you." he answered. "Grampa I want the day alone with my husband is all. We haven't been alone in so long. We're both beat because we have to stay up all night just to have time alone." she said. "So you want me to get the rest out of here huh?" Grampa asked. "Do you think you could Grampa?" Kaitlyn asked. "I think I could do that. You sure you don't want the other four around?" he asked. "I think the two of us can find something to keep us occupied while you're gone." she giggled. "Kaitlyn Hanson. You go girl as they say." Grampa laughed. "Grampa I didn't mean that." she blushed, adding, "But thanks for the suggestion." "Let me go to the other bus and get Taylor and Zac and the girls to give me a hand pulling this off. You have good readings baby and I'll get this done for you." Grampa said. "Thank Grampa you've made me so happy." Kaitlyn said hugging him and heading to their room. "What took so long?" Isaac asked. "Oh just talking to Grampa." she said eating her nutritional bar. "Ready my love?" Isaac asked. "Awww" she cried. "What? What did I say?" he asked. "You know." she said. "Oh Kaitlyn you know you're my only love, why you crying?" he asked. "Cuz I know it but you haven't called me it in like forever." she sighed. "I haven't? What's the matter with me?" he asked. "Just too busy being everything to everybody I guess." Kaitlyn said. "Boy I do need a day with just you." he said. "See I told you." Kaitlyn said extending her arm. Isaac placed the blood pressure cup on and dialed up the doctor's office. "Morning, Isaac Hanson here, ready to transmit." he said connecting to the phone and taking Kaitlyn's and each of the babies readings. "Did you get them all and how are they doing?" Isaac asked. "Dr wants to talk to you Isaac. Son all four of them are doing remarkably well for the stress that traveling should put on them. Remember call Margaret at her home number for the weekend. If anything is out of the norm, she'll contact me. Keep up the good work son. Do something special for her, she deserves it." Dr Baker said. "Thanks Doc Baker, I think I will. Bye." Isaac said hanging up "So how did we do?" Kaitlyn asked. "You my beautiful wife are doing better every single day he said. He can't believe you're doing so well while traveling. Kaitlyn I'm so proud of you. I know how hard you work at this. Eating well, sleeping, napping, resting so the girls can grow healthy, surrounding them with love and happiness, letting them know how much they're wanted and loved. You amaze me more each day. When I think I couldn't have gotten any luckier than just having your love me, you go and do this." he said kissing her belly at each baby before kissing her deeply. "I better go see what I can do about getting you to myself." he said leaving the room. "What's up?" he asked. "How's Kaitlyn? Is she sick too?" Mom asked. "She's fine, tired because we stayed up talking, that's all. Who's sick?" he asked. "Isaac who's sick?" Kaitlyn asked. "I don't know hun." he said opening the door and helping her to her feet. "What's wrong Mom?" she asked. "Everbody in the second bus. Fevers, throwing up, headaches." she said, adding "How are you guys?" "I feel fine. Daddy were they sick before the went to bed? If not could it be the air? I was just reading a safety alert about improperly vented air causing those symptoms. Get them outside and see if it improves or how do you feel after being in there?" Kaitlyn said, adding, "Issac it's on the Safety Site I always go to, in the folder of my favorite sites." "I'll pull it up." he said. "Now that I think of it, I started a headache while I was waiting on everyone, Dad said he has one now too. Walker get them off that bus." Mom said heading to him and to the next bus. "Isaac get Kaitlyn out of here in case it's not the case. Take her to a hotel or something until we know." Mom said throwing things in a bag "Baby we're moving them in here and having the other bus checked. I won't take chances on it being something else so I need you to go. Okay?" Mom said. "I understand Mom don't worry about us. Here pack this in case." she said pulling the transmitter off the shelf and handing it to her. In a matter of minutes they were packed and headed out. "Wait my vitamins." Kaitlyn said as Mom rushed to the kitchen grabbing them and the drink powder and a box of bars, slipping them all into a bag and taking them to the van. "Isaac wait." Mr Davis called to them. "Here I made arrangements for you downtown. They're expecting you. Don't worry about your family we'll keep a good eye on them you call me whenever, whatever." he said handing him his business cards. "Thanks Mr Davis. You sure are swell to us." Kaitlyn said hugging him and getting into the van. "Take care of my baby and grandbabies." Mom said. "I will Mom. You taken care of them. See you." Isaac said as he pulled away and headed downtown.
