"Jessy wake up." Zac said nudging her. "What Zac?" Jessy mumbled waking. "Andy won't go back to sleep." Zac said climbing back into bed with him. "Mum ums. Ums." Andy cried. "What's ums babe?" Zac asked, adding, "That's all he asks for. I gave him a drink, a cracker, changed his pants and all he says is ums." "Oh Zac just think for once. What new thing did he learn today?" Jessy suggested. "New thing huh? Let's see we went to the lake, but that's not new we have the lake here." Zac said outloud trying to solve the mystery. "Yeah Zac. So why have the lake property?" Jessy asked. "We've always had it as long as I can remember. I've fished their since, hey fishing, ums, worms. He wants his worms." Zac exclaimed. "Yeah babe but not in my bed." Jessy shared. "Hey bud let's go visit your worms okay?" Zac asked and Andy reached for him. They were gone a few minutes before Jessy heard them in the nursery. "Hey guys. What's up? Oh Andy not in your bed. What if you roll over on them, you might hurt your worms." Jessy suggested hoping he'd buy it. 'Mum ums." Andy said offering her the container. "Oh okay, um let's see if they like it here next to your bed." Jessy said placing the plastic container on the night stand. "They look happy there don't you think bud?" Zac asked turning back to find Andy sound asleep. "I think that's a yes hun." Jessy whispered heading to the bathroom. "I'm sorry I guess I really didn't have to wake you if I'd just thought." Zac said following her. "That's okay Zac you know I love going to bed with you. Tonight I get to twice. My lucky night." Jessy said crawling into bed after him cuddling against his chest and breathing deeply. "Zac how long will those worms live? Do we keep on replacing them or teach him about death now?" Jessy asked. "Man I don't know Jessy worms don't usually last this long. You know usually we fed them to the fish by now." Zac answered and they both laughed. "Well hopefully he'll forget about them before they start stinking up the place." Jessy sighed as they both laughed. "Jessy you're such a great Mom. Andy's about the coolest kid I've ever know and when I remember he's ours, I can't tell you how proud that makes me." Zac shared kissng the top of her head. "Zac Andy isn't cool becaue I'm his Mom if that's what you're saying. I can't take credit for how cool he is. Zac I see you in him so much. He's so kind. You know most kids don't know grasp kind until their so much older. Some never do. Zac Andy's cool because of us, not me. I also see your folks, Chele, even Grampa in him. Have you noticed how polite he's gotten since he's spent so much time with Grampa." Jessy asked. "Yeah babe. He's mellowed alot since he's been with Grampa." Zac added as the phone rang. "I hope this is them." Jessy exclaimed as Zac picked up the phone. "Hello." he said. "Zac it's Dad. It's a boy. Mandy had a real hard time though. She's in bad shape right now." Walker explained. "It's a boy." Zac whispered to Jessy "How big, how long?" Jessy asked grabbing paper and pencil, jotting down the answers. "We're coming home, that's why I called. I didn't want to scare anyone coming in at 3am." Walker explained. "There coming home." Zac whispered. "Daddy you guys hungry? What did you do for supper?" Jessy asked pulling Zac's hand that was holding the phone to her ear. "We didn't have supper and I'm starved but I'm too tired to do anything about it." Walker answered. "You sound tired. Daddy wait right there, Zac will come get the two of you. You shouldn't drive when your this tired." Jessy offered. "Dad you wait right there. I'm not taking any chances, I'll come get you." Zac said taking the phone back. "Why are you us at this hour?" Walker asked. "Andy and his new pets. I'll tell you about on the ride home. Here talk to Jessy, I'm getting dressed and heading after you two." Zac said handing the phone back to Jessy, dressing, kissing her goodbye and heading into town. They talked until Walker shared that Zac was there and they were heading home. "I'll have something warm waiting for you to eat. See you soon." Jessy said hanging up, grabbing Andy's monitor and heading to the kitchen. "Smells good Princess. This a pregnancy thing or what?" Grampa asked coming down the stairs. "Did I wake you Grampa. I'm sorry." Jessy shared racing to hug him. "I don't know why I woke but I did and was just coming to watch TV so I didn't wake Mackie." Grampa explained. "I'm glad it isn't my fault, Oh, Daddy called it's a boy, Clark Joseph, seven pounds, 21 inches long. I didn't get the whole story but Mandy had a hard time. I'm cooking because Zac went to pick up Mom and Daddy they're real tired and I just couldn't let Daddy drive you know." Jessy shared. "So you sent your husband?" Grampa asked. "I guess I did." Jessy laughed. "Zac was wide awake already. Andy was up and he tried to get him back to sleep but couldn't." Jessy explained about the worms. "So that's why you were awake." Grampa added "Yep that's why." Jessy shared as he helped out and they waited together. "Daddy. How nice." Diana gasped making her way to his arms. "Daddy. How nice." Jessy squealed making her way to his arms. "Thanks sweetie, it's nice to be needed." Walker said kissing the top of her head. "Come on you two sit down right here. Grampa and I are ready for you." Jessy said as they sat and she fixed their plates. "Zac you want a little too?" Jessy asked as Zac opened the oven. "Sure do. Smells great." Zac said. "Told you lil princess. He's still a growing boy." Grampa teased. "Nah Jessy should be eating for two and can't keep it down, so I'm justing doing my part. Man the picture of the baby. Where is it?" Zac panicked. "Family room is the last time I remember seeing you with it." Jessy answered. "That's right." Zac exclaimed making his way returning with the ultra sound picture and sharing with his folks. "I'm so thrilled sweetie. Jessy the baby looks so healthy for us not knowing. Thank the Lord." Diana shared. "Amen to that. But what else would we expect from our Little Momma here." Walker declared pulling her to his lap after she delivered their plates. "Jessy keeps dong the guilt trip saying she should have know. But like you said, even not knowing she's a good Mommy. Jessy thinks it's a girl." Zac shared. "Another princess in the family, I like." Grampa shared. "Daddy tomorrow when you're rested can you come to the studio with Zac and I. I want you to listen to something and tell me what you think." Jessy asked. 'Listen to what?" Walker asked. "You didn't dropit did you babe? Dad we were horsing around with Andy, you know he knows Jessy's next release. He started singing it and Jessy joined him than i joined her and man it was good Dad. Real good." Zac explained. "Daddy is was really good. I'd never thought of it as a duet but we rocked. Zac my stupid idea is, I think we ought to go ahead and do it a a duet and when my release starts to die down, we go and release it as a duet with a video of the three of us getting down. Andy was having so much fun an I had a blast with him." Jessy shared. "Wow I never thought of that. You know they doing something like that now, releasing a song in different markets, but different artists and all." Zac replied, adding, "I think it might work. What about you Dad?" "I think she's got something there." Walker answered. They talked while they ate and then everyone headed to bed for the night.
