what do you want me to say
ive thought of you all day
and i cant figure out why
but youve even made me cry
i think of what it was
to hold you in my arms
never ever thinking
it would all cause such harm
i know now why it happened
why it came down like it did
i think i know why
you ran from me and hid
as stupid as it sounds
i think i have found
the reasons behind us
the feelings inside us
or at least that in me
and perhaps in you
but as it seems
i think i love you
the word love is so trite
i felt stupid to use it
but now that its over
i know what it is
what it was
what it perhaps, always will be
only one way to know
we would each have to show
the way we still feel
the way we have felt
but no matter what you do
no matter what you say
hear, or think
i am quite enchanted
by the way you are
and you are in my head
over everything by far
just to let you know
in this way i show
