having me to help myself
for leaving me for dead
Thanx for busting my balls
arguing pointless arguments
never listening to my side
Thanx for giving me compliments
then breaking them with contradictions
breaking the spirit within me
Thanx for beating me senseless
mental as well as well as physical
for hurting my esteem and conscious
For all these things have made me stronger
but, of course, most of all
