Rare movements in life

Acceptance : I have completed the job and shown the results to the manager. He was quite happy about the results without a single query. I was about to leave a country within two hour. Even I have conveyed the message to his boss also. I have written a letter a saying that Mr. Suresh Pawar has completed the job .... When I asked to sign the letter which I need to show back to my organisation that realy I have completed the job, the person refused to do so. After a long convincing to his boss I could able to get the managers sign just to reach airport as a last passanger.

National Credit : Once I was asked to interview an Qatar national for a post of systems administrator. The person had a initial talk with owner.
As he was fresh with experience he was fresh with his thaughts also. I have asked about the concepts of RDBMS and SQL taught in college. The answer was it is there in the manuals and no necessity to remember or know. Finally I have came down to the question after what standard this country gives you admision to engineering college. He even can not understand after repeateding asking. But he has assured me that he can do the job without a smallest hitch, with help of 70% marks in RDBMS as one of the subject writen in Arabic in his engineering degree..

Client is right : Once I was asked to help the administrator, which I have done, in fact I have gone for some other project. I have completed my project and was supposed to go out of the country. Client had hired a local consultant to sort out the problem. Client came and told me that you take the responsibility of this problem, because your company is doing project with us. I polietly refused to do so. Then he called our headquarters and asked them to care of this problem which was no way related to our project. At extrem end he warned me that I should give in writting that my organisation will take the responsibilty of what ever is done by the other consultant. It had taken hell lot of time and efforts to convinece him what he is asking is not rational.

Patience : How much time a person takes to remember/check for a one key word in technical work. I have shown with example to one of my collegue how to attach one trigger (exactly one word PRINT-KEY in one trigger) in Oracle forms 3.0. The person must have attached the same trigger to 100 of the forms sucessfully. After few days the person had developed a new form (how???) and want to attach the same trigger. I have remided that you have done it for so many forms, you must able to do it. Atleast you can check and do it. The result was, I need to explain in the same breadth and width I have explained very first time.
