MOTIONS
Motions are an important part of cheerleading.  They should be done as sharp and as clear as possible.  If you have sloppy motions it will show! So work hard on hitting them sharply!!

The first and most basic movement is the "Go" or "Punch" movement.
You can do your motions with your feet together or you can do them with your feet about shoulder width apart

You can do your motions with your hands on your hips too!
