WELCOME TO
NEIL'S PAGE!

Thanks for this great pic from: The Rush Theme Park(formerly)

Neil is one of the most fantastic percussionist I've ever heard. He can make a set of drums mighty proud to be banged on. Then after his solo spot, he turns to the camera and gives the audience a real pretty grin as if to say, "I knew you would like that!". I love to watch the expressions he makes when he is really getting into certain parts that he plays. He looks so intense.

It amazes me when I watch him actually get up from his seat to go to another part of his percussion set up. I've never seen any other drummer do that. They just sit on their stool and beat the drums. But Neil chooses to add depth to his percussion setup, thus, providing more sounds for our listening pleasure.
NEIL IS THE MAN!
Neil is a talented author as well. I read his book "The Masked Rider", and was sort of reserved in the beginning, knowing this man's knowledge of the English language. But I was impressed! He spoke down to earth so that a "nobody", like myself, could appreciate his journey. Of course I had to use the dictionary a few times, but not like I expected I would have to. I went on a vicarious journey through Africa's remote lands with Neil and his journey mates. When they encountered their experiences with the countrymen, I was right there. I loved the "major highway" that just ended abruptly. Neil thought they were really going to see something there! But the most facinating point I finished the book with was that there were people in some parts of Africe that didn't know that many black people now lived as far away as the other side of the world, America. It was facinating to read how they were able to find ways to communicate with the hundreds of different tribes they came across. I'm looking forward to receiving Neil's latest book "Ghost Rider", when it becomes available. Thanks to Eric @ PowerWindows
