Hello people in Web land, my name is Dave, but my friends call me, well, lets just say they call me Dave too! I am sure you are just dying to learn more about the wonder that is ME so I will keep you in suspense no longer, because, I aim to please.

(while reading this next passage, imagine you are hearing the theme song for Mr. Dressup) Whoa, where the heck did that come from!

Anyway, it all began on a cold Sunday afternoon, November 14, 1976 in Regina, Saskatchewan. I have always been known for my great timing, and I guess my birth was the first sign. The day I was born just happened to be the Western Semi-Final in the CFL. You say, big deal right! Well it just so happened that our hometown Saskatchewan Roughriders were playing. (Now for you sports history buffs, we are talking Ron Lancaster's QB days here!)

Everyone was pumped up for the game, including my doctor. Who wanted to, if you can imagine this, postpone my birth till after the game. But me being the spotlight hogging, self-centered son of a gun that I am, :) I just couldn't wait to start reeking havoc in the world. And badda-bing badda boom, the wonder that is Dave is born. (and the world rejoiced) Hey, don't encourage them Homer.

From there, we moved to the city where I spent 22 of my 26 years - Fredericton, New Brunswick. Fredericton is a gorgeous city of about 80,000 (that is just an estimate of course, I lost count after 21!) (fast forward to 1995)

I graduated from Fredericton High School in 1995, the happiest day of my life. Believe me, attending the largest High school not only in Canada, but the British Commonwealth, is no treat. There were 3200 students when I graduated, 865 of those were in my graduating class. (yikes)

From High school I went on to attend the New Brunswick Community College in Woodstock to take the journalism course

I would tell you about those three years, but most of it is a haze, joking again, well, sort of. The book of stories will be coming out in the not so distant future RIGHT CHRIS! so stay tuned.

It was in Woodstock where I met the people I am so proud to call my friends. Some of these people aare: Sherri, Carina -- Rienna must be huge now, and with the second one on the wway, the French household is going to get much busier. Chucky, Jake (My roomie), April "Psycho" Berry (if you drove with her you would understand), Chris "Dok" Doyle and many more.

From there, we come to now...2003 Wow where have these past four years go? I have now had the privledge to have called Calgary, Alberta home for the past four years
