Legal Waiver Form

(Please sign before eating Poisoned Candy)

 

 

            In signing this form, I hereby waive all of my rights to take any legal action against The Famous Ashtray in response to whatever may happen to me as a result of my eating candy from a “Poisoned Candy” candy jar.  I recognize that this is an official legally binding document, and I should take it seriously.

 

            I understand that the candy I am about to eat is not necessarily poisoned, but if I have any adverse bodily effects in the next 24 hours (i.e. headache, diarrhea, loss of memory, fear of death, questioning of faith, slow dancing), I cannot and will not assume that these effects are the result of eating poisoned candy. 

 

            I also understand that by signing this form, I am enrolling myself in The Famous Ashtray Fan Club.  If I do not cancel my membership within three years (January 28^th, 2005), I will be sent a bill for 2 dollars, which I do not have to pay, but I am required to feel guilty about not paying it. 

Benefits of the fan club include a bi-weekly feeling of disappointment when nothing arrives in the mail.
