A Few Days Later
"You're going to come right Brian?"
"Yeah, you said your house at 4:00, right?"
"Yeah, well, I'll talk to you later. I've gotta call Averi now."
"K, see ya."
"Bye"
Kevin hung up with Brian and called Averi. "
Hello?"
"Hi, Averi?"
"Yeah?"
"This is Kevin. I was calling about Saturday. You still coming?"
"Yeah, I wouldn't miss it."
Kevin smiled.
"Good. It's at my house at 4:00."
"OK"
"Well I guess I'll see you then."
"Yeah, bye"
"Bye"
Kevin hung up the phone. He couldn't wait until Saturday. He would get to see Averi again and ask her to be his girlfriend

"Who was that Aves?" Blaire asked walking in from Averi's kitchen.
"It was Kevin making sure I was coming to his Barbecue Saturday."
"You are right?"
"Of course! Why would I pass up a chance to see Kevin? Plus, I get to meet AJ's son Alex."
"Sure, using Kevin for AJ's son. Going for those younger men now Averi." "Blaire! He's 1 1/2!"
"I know Aves. I was just teasing you."
"I know"
"Good. Now let's go get some food."
Blaire and Averi left to go get dinner. They drove to a local McDonald's. When they walked in Averi was surprised to see AJ there. Averi walked over there dragging Blaire with her.
"Hey AJ"
"Hi Averi. Who's this?"
"This would be my friend Blaire."
"It's nice to meet you Blaire."
"You too."
"Would you ladies like to join me?"
"Yeah sure. Let us get our food real quick."
"K, hurry back."
