Kevin went back to his 4-runner and noticed Nick had moved up to the front seat. He got in and started towards Nick's house.
"You seem to get along with Averi really well," Nick stated.
"Yeah. I like alot. She's so sweet."
"Yeah, she's nice. Are you gonna keep her around?"
"I'm gonna try. I hope there's a future for us."
"I hope there is for you guys too. She seems to make you really happy."
Kevin smiled.
"Yeah she does."
Kevin dropped Nick off at his house and went home to get ready for his date with Averi. He looked at his clock and noticed he had two hours to get everything ready for that night. First he called the restaurant and made reservations. He then too a shower and shaved. He went into his room and over to his closet. He put on a pair of suit pants, a dress shirt and a tie. He put some gel in his hair and left to pick Averi up.

"Blaire you have to help me here. I have a date with Kevin and nothing to wear."
"You have a date with Kevin? That's so cool Aves. Especially knowing how picky you are."
"Oh shut up Blaire."
"So where are you guys going?"
"I don't know. He told me to dress nice, but bring comfortable clothes because we're going to watch movies at his place later."
"Ok, wear your tube dress and bring a sweater just in case. Then bring a pair of jeans and a sweatshirt."
"Sounds good. I have to go now. I need to get ready."
"Ok Aves. Call me tomorrow."
"Bye."
"Bye."
Averi hung up the phone and went to take a shower. She slipped on her dress and did her hair and makeup. She picked her stuff for later. She went into her living room and sat down. The doorbell rang just as she was about to turn on the TV.
Averi felt butterflies in her stomach as she opened the door.
