"I'll call you later Averi," Averi's friend Blaire shouted.
Averi waved as she climbed into her Jeep. When she got home she climbed into the shower. Averi let the hot water rum over her body. She turned up her shower radio and sang along with Madonna. She rinsed her coconut conditioner out of her hair and turned off the shower. She wrapped a towel around her body and another one on her wet hair. She walked into her bedroom just in time to hear her phone ringing.
"Hello?"
"Hi Averi, what ya up to?"
"Oh hi Blaire, not much. You?"
"Nothin' what are you doing tonight?"
"I'm not sure why?"
"Erinn, Jason and I are going to The Starlight tonight. Are you game?"
"Yeah sure, I have nothing better to do."
"Good I'm so excited!"
"You are going to come help me get ready, right Blaire?"
"Of Course! I'll be there at 6:30."
"Ok I'll get some Chinese and we can get ready."
"Sounds good to me."
"See ya later Blaire."
"Bye."
Averi hung up the phone and smiled.
"I have a good feeling about tonight."

"Thank God"Brian said. "I don't know if I ever want to sing that song ever again."
"Too bad Bri. You're going to have to sing it again in concert."
Brian groaned. Kevin hung his headphones on their hook and chuckled. He grabbed his bag and started walking out of the studio. Brian jogged to catch up to Kevin.
"Hey Kev, want to go clubbing with me and Leighanne?"
"I don't know." Kevin said hesitantly.
"Oh come on Kev, please. I think Bone's coming too."
Brian gave Kevin a puppy dog face.
"Oh all right. What club are you going to?"
"The Starlight I think. It’s that new club. Leighanne wanted to check it out."
"Ok, I'll meet you there at eight?"
"Yeah sounds good."
"See ya then," Kevin said getting into his 4-runner. He started it up and sped down the road.
