I don't think that i need to explain much about this, and with the red hood and stuff, who else could it be?
BUT KENNY McCormick from South Park :)
He's really so cute, and whenever he got scared, he'll tighten his little hood and poor kenny he always get kill in almost all the episodes :( I don't really understand what he's trying to say at times though ehehehhe, well he's still as cute as a baby :))))
he's got the most wicked laugh ehehheeh and ooh he's a blonde too well.. that's when you got to see it when he has his hoods off, which is not really that seldom, he looks really weird (i think) when his hoods are off ehehehe maybe i'm just not used to seeing him without his hoods off, well... someone promised me that i'll be getting my stuffed kenny soon :)) i'm still waiting for it, and i hope it's on it's way here to me :)) i'm soooo excited on getting kenny, it would be soossososossosoososossoos awesome i'd be hugging kenny at all time
