List current as of 11-1-2001, however I am not currently trading on VHS, I am trading on PC authored DVD-R ONLY, no stand alone burner trades accepted.

In regards to the legality of the video home recording act settled by Congress with the Home Recording Act (P.L.102-563,106 Stat.4237, Codified at 17 U.S.C. 1001-1010) in October 1992. No action may be brought under this title alleging infringement of copyright based on the manufacture, importation, or distribution of a digital or analog recording medium or based on the noncommercial use of such a device or medium. No rights are intended, expressed or implied. My priority is to trade. Your list is invited. If a trade is not possible, I can provide a service from one collector to another. The services rendered include the cost of time, materials, video/audio tape, and use and maintenence of equipment. Any claims to and for the rights of said materials can be forwarded and requested and considered for removal from the list.
If you are a representative of any band or performer on my list and do not wish the artist to be traded please email me and I will remove them from the trade list.

I NOW HAVE MULTISTANDARD CONVERSION CAPABILITY!! I CAN ACCEPT AND PROVIDE ANY WORLDWIDE VIDEO FORMAT - NTSC/PAL/SECAM!!!! If you have a tape in PAL or SECAM you need transferred to NTSC or if you have a tape you would like to send to somebody overseas I can provide fast, high quality transfers to any worldwide TV format. I now have DVD production/authoring/duplicating ability, this is all PC based, NOT the inferior set top recorder based systems that are very limiting with disc format, I can create multimedia discs of any content for you. After a break from trading due to college and personal business I am back to accepting trades BUT, right now I have almost a thousand tapes in my collection and very little space to accomodate them therefore I will most likely not be interested in trading for other tapes unless you filmed the concert yourself and we trade copies of MASTERS or you have an excellent MASTER quality tape that I am interested in. Sorry but I am not interested in your 2nd, 3rd or more generation tapes, unless it is something extremely rare or something I have been looking for, the lack of storage space simply does not allow me to trade for anything like I used to do. In an effort to reduce the space my collection takes up I will begin the conversion of tapes to DVD format and therefore I am in need of blank DVD-R media. If you are asking for tapes from my list and dont have masters then I will do a 2:1 B/P trade however I will REQUIRE blank DVD-R media in return trade. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! I will no longer trade for blank VHS or Hi8 tape as I have in the past, DVD-R media ONLY! This will most likely require you to obtain blank discs through mail order. I highly recommend www.PriceWatch.com >Storage>Media>DVD-R to get your best pricing/shipping on blank media or www.cd-recordable.com. For each tape of mine you request (T120 or T160) I will require 1 blank DVD-R ANDreturn postage. This does not mean you will get your trade requests on DVD, you get VHS. Please do not offer to send cash, it will be flatly refused and all trade requests from you will be denied as I do not sell tapes. Taping concerts and then spinning tapes or DVDs takes alot of time, effort and expense therefore I can't just give it away, you will have to do a bit of work on your end too, its only fair...
As of November 1, 2001 if you email me and ask for a trade you are agreeing to these terms, please do not ask to negotiate on them.
