"Nagoya Union" Editing Details

This recording originated as a 3 CD bootleg called "Masters of Time". In 1999 it was
posted on the internet in 3 high quality MP3 files with the following notes:
Greatly boosting the bass frequencies. The original recording is severely lacking here.
Boosting the volume of some of the quieter selections, most notably Steve Howe's solo pieces.
Eliminating the gap between "Saving My Heart" and "The Fish".
Originally "Saving My Heart" was on disc two, yet led directly into "The Fish" on disc three.
Treating some sections with noise reduction.
The MP3 files are sampled at 160kbps/44.1Hz stereo.

"Notice: This recording is not for sale. True, I paid money for it once upon a time, but
putting this site up is my redemption. I have never profited from this recording. This
concert may only be downloaded for the private enjoyment of Yes fans everywhere. It is
not to be sold nor are you to profit from it in any way. This notice must be passed along
to everyone with whom you share this recording. Initiating a download of any of the files
below constitutes your acceptance to these terms. Jackasses intent on charging $$ for a
CD-R of this show will die a miserable death. You have been warned."

After downloading the MP3s, the following changes were made:
Very minor edits were made in order to squeeze the show onto two CDRs (disc one is an 80
minute CDR) This included removing a few seconds of intro before "Firebird", and a few
seconds of cheers and applause here and there (most noticeable at the end of "And You and
I", where about 20 seconds of ovation were removed.) No games have been played with the
playback speed as in "Say Yes".
