It all started a week ago last Sunday. I was listening to Energy Radio and they said they had Moffatt news!! I was like OMG!! And they said you could win passes to see The Moffatts at the Open Mike With Mike Bullard show on Friday March 10!!! I went NUTS!! As soon as I got home I found the phone number and called and left my name for tickets. My mom called too as well as my friend Lecy and her mom Angela. The next day, a person from the show called my house but we wern’t home so they said to call back but we couldn’t get a hold of them. So I called Angela and she called them back and talked to someone and requested 6 tickets for us!! YEAH! I was soooo excited!! Then 2 days before the 10th we called back to confirm our tickets and they said that our name WAS NOT on the list!!!!! Lecy and I were hysterical!! We couldn’t believe that this could happen!!! Angela was so upset too so she demanded to talk to the supervisor.She said we were not in the computer system. But then she checked another list and we WERE on it!!! OMG!!

Friday FINALLY came...but since it was a school day I had to go to school...i have missed school too much to see moffatts...newayz....my mom and I got to the studio about 4pm and Lecy, Angela and our other friend Claudia were already there. Claudia had saved a spot in line for us because she got there earlier. We waited for about 20 minutes but since Angela was on cructhes we got to go in earlier and we got our tickets. We then went down to the Lounge so wait till they would let us go into the studio. That was a LONG wait!! Then they started letting people go in. After about 50 people were let in...the 6 of us got to go in to get a good seat for Angela since she can’t go upstairs really well. She and Mama (Lecy’s grandma) we seated in the first row, while Lecy, Claudia, my mom and I were seated in the 4th row. They were REALLY good seats...when we were in line b4 I thought that for sure we would be in the balcony!!!

After everyone was let in we were given a pep talk and then Mike Bullard came out...the fans were SOOO noisy....(to the chick who would not shut up...COME ON!!! DON’T YOU KNOW WHEN TO BE QUIET!?!?? WHEN YOU ARE AT A LIVE TAPING YOU SHOULD NOT SCREAM AND CARRYING ON!! ITZ SO RUDE!!!) Mike I think was getting annoyed at some of the fans!!!!

But then the show started!! Mike did (well TRIED to do) his opening monologue...and then he gave away $100 in Blockbuster gift certificated to this guy Matt in the east coast. After the first commercial was the MOFFATTS!!! YA!!! we ALL went nuts!!!! they looked so hot!!! :) Dave was weaering this like really weird blue and white like striped shirt and kinda snug grey dress pants. Bob was wearing (I think) Khakis and a white shirt with a baby blue vest over it. Clint was wearing beige (I think) pants and a green coat with a shirt underneath. And Scott...oh boy....he was wearing brownish pants, a redish orange dress shirt, and a ugly long brown coat! The boys did their interivew and got razors from Mike for their birthdays!!! LOL!!!

After the interview Larisa Haripen from Star TV and was a reporter for CP24 did an interview. After her interivew the moffatts came back on and sang “JUST ANOTHER PHASE”...i LOVE that song...i had heard it on YTV b4 so I was like singing along!! Hehe!! They sang it AMAZING!!!!!!

After the performance the guys went back to the seats for the guests and Mike came up to Angela and pointed to the pillow she was holding that Lecy had made and he asked who made it. Angela said it was her daughter Lecy and showed Mike who she was and then Mike asked Lecy to come down! He then took her to the MOFFATTS and CLINT PUT HIS HANDS ON HER WAIST AND SAT HER DOWN ON HIS LAP!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! Meanwhile Claudia and I were crying in our seats going nuts!!!!!!!! Lecy asked Clint if he remembered them from England and he was like “ya you are the pillow girl!!” Lecy was going nuts!!!!! I think Dave saw Claudia and I going nuts beacuse he knew that we couldn’t come down so I held up the pic of him and me and he waved and smiled!! Then I blew him a kiss and smiled even more and kinda made a motion like he was catching it!!! LOL!!!!! After awhile Lecy got up and then Clint followed her and then he signed the pillow and he put THE MOFFATTS ‘99 and Clint ‘99 on it!! CLINT IT IS THE YEAR 2000 silly!!! :)

After the show all the fans were taken back down to the lounge and waited to get to meet them. We were one of the last fans to meet them. Clint was first, then was bob. I had a huge bday card for the guys from my friends in quebec that I had signed too and so I put it infront of bob and he began to sign it!!!! I was like “No bob…itz for YOU!!!!” and he looked up at me with this puzzled look and he looked like he was thinking about it for a second and then he said “OOOOHHHHHHH…I see…k taynx” and then was darling Dave. When I was standing right infront of him I stuck out my hand and said “Hi, I’m jenn” and he shook my hand and smiled and said “hey…I’m dave” (I was like um….i know who you are!! Lol) While he was signing the pic of him and me and bob I leaned over and said to him “um do you remember this pic…I had this on a poster and you crossed out the scab on your nose” and he said “ya from Hamilton Place!” (I almost had a heart attack!!!) and I said “ya!! From hamilton place..” and he said “ya I remember” then I said “can I take a pic of you?” and he said “for sure” and then he did the CUTEST smile and I took a pic of it!!! The pic is amazing!!!! And then was scott and he signed my pic too. And that was it!!! Sigh….it was short but worth it!!! Then Angela and Mama went to get autographs so they took my Mike ticket to get signing…clint didn’t sign it tho…oh well….itz ok….
