Clan Rensc

For the most part, promotions in Clan Rensc are point based. The most obvious exceptoin is from RECRUIT to CADET. This promotion is awarded after you have selected a House to join. For most peopole this takes a matter of minutes. After that every time you attend a meeting, play a game (win or lose), or write a helpful guide that isnt copied from somwhere you can earn points. Team play also earns you bonus points, as does winning the mission. So, as a general rule of thumb, the more you play, and the more active you are in the clan the faster you get promoted.
