This page contains Downloads for Wordpad that will allow you to keep track of your games more easily. There is a blank form that you may use, and also an Example form that will help you fill it out (I hope). You may either print the forms and write down your info as you play and email the results later, OR you may jot down notes as you go and fill out the forms later and Email them back to me when you are done.

***NOTICE***
This form will not work CORRECTLY is you open/save it with WORDPAD. The only program that will allow EVERYONE to use the program with Ease is WORDPAD (located in the Start menu under the Accessories Folder). If you have questions, please contact your House Leader.
