There are some rules that MUST be followed at all times and others that must be followed during certain conditions. Lets review them.
ALL THE TIME:
1. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use a password on your meetings.
2. When attending an Official Meeting of the CLAN, then ALWAYS put your Rank, and then your Name. (IE: Lt. Rollins, or Brg Gen Cartwright)
3. When you come into a room where a superior ranking officer is, always "*Salute*" right away. (IE: Lt. Rollins: *Salute*)
4. Whenever a Higher ranking officer comes into the room and he ranks everyone then say "*AtenHut!*" If he is not Higher than the current ranking officer, but a Lt. or higher (or higher than you) then Merely "*salute*" them. (ok, in english now: IF a Lt. is already there and a Cpt. Walks in, say "*AtenHut!*". But, if the Cpt. is already there and the Lt. walks in, just "*salute*" UNLESS you are the SAME rank, or higher.)
SOME OF THE TIME:
Only the parts about adressing Senior Officers will change. A password is ALWAYS required. As for when the ranks are "dropped" or "laxed" ask the Host of the meeting BEFORE it starts and they will inform you.
