I'm not a guitar player, I'm a singer! I'm sorry about any mistakes.
I love the chording in this song. Very interesting sounding and easy to play.
I have attempted to give the direction of the strumming pattern for the first verse (the others are similar). An arrow down is a downstroke and an arrow up is an upstroke. ( I tell you this because on TAB it looks backwards.) There are probably a few more semi-muted strums being played in all parts! Listen to the CD to define the strumming patterns.(TAB has a lot of limitations.)Click here to read about TAB updates! Thanks Matt!
HEY! READ THIS!!!
I may LOVE the chording in this song... I should because apparently I made it up! :-) I got an e-mail from Matt Good which explains the way he ACTUALLY plays it! There's no way I can possibly TAB it since too much info is still missing... but here's what Matt has to say! "FEARLESS, is completely opened tuned. The high E, B, and G strings ring open for most of the song. I used a specially made open tuning capo on that song, so your way's probably better." So there you have it! Do with it what you want... I think the way it's TABBED here is a reasonable facsimile of the way it SOUNDS, if not the way it's REALLY played! If you want to print this I'd suggest printing it straight off this page! The TABs are in .gif format (because I think the .html kind are ugly) and will not be saved with the copied page unless you specifically do it! Have fun.
