Ingredients:
Rice
Red pepper
Green pepper
Onion
Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Hot peppers (If you like'em)

Rougly Chop Peppers, Onion and Garlic.
Take some tin foil and place Peppers and onions in it.
Fold tin foil up and around the mix, but leave an opening at the top.
Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Seal the mix so that it is air/fluid tight.
Cook on hot FLAME GRILL (very important), until onions are tender.
Cook rice.
Pour over rice and enjoy!!!
This recipe is actually very filling and flavorful because the food
steams itself in basalmic vinegar and the oil helps the garlic taste
permeate the peppers and onions.  Yum.

The Siro Hero - Amount stated feeds 1 hungry Steve Vai or two
earthlings. By Gary Hancq

1     - loaf Italian bread
1/2   - Head Iceberg lettuce
1/2 C - minced beets
1C    - puréed Asparagus
3T    - Yam and Garlic Pate
1     - thinly sliced tomato
2 C   - Tofu
1T    - Pia's secret sauce (be nice people! for all you know it comes
from Steve's bee hives)

Optional items to make the meal more enjoyable:
1 Hairbrush
1 Green Banana
A Whammy bar
a continuously playing loop of Frank Zappa's "Church Chat- Stevies Spanking and the Muffin Man"

Slice the loaf of bread length wise, spread liberal amounts of yam pate
on the inside of each loaf halve and brown in an oven preheated at 300
degrees for 6 minutes. While the bread is browning mix by hand in a bowl
the Tofu, Minced Beets and puréed Asparagus to form an oblong Siro
patty.

Once the bread has browned remove it from the oven, put the preformed
Siro patty on a loaf halve and reinsert into the oven for another 5
minutes. When done remove from the oven, top with tomato's and lettuce
and lastly (the most important part) Arrogantly twist the Sterile canvas
snout of a Fully charged "Pia's secret sauce" anointment utensil and
Poot forth a massive quantity of the wonderful goo. Spank Steve while he
eats and he'll enjoy it even more.
