The dealer gets the deck of cards and lays one of each number
in a circle, with aces being the highest. Then the dealer holds the rest of the deck in his hand and flips the bottom card upside down so that no one can see it. Everyone else who is playing sits in a circle around a table or whatever you play on, and takes a shot at guessing which number the dealer has on top of the deck. So if the dealer is holding a 7, and the person guesses a 6, the dealer would say "its higher than a 6", and if
it were lower, they would say "its lower than a 6". They get one more shot to guess. If they were to guess a 7 on the second try, then the dealer drinks for 5 seconds, with the person to the right of them counting as slow or fast as they want. If the player were to guess a 7 on the first try, then the dealer drinks for 10 seconds. If the player doesnt guess the card on either try, then he/she has to drink for as many seconds as the
difference of the 2 cards. (ex. if its a 7 and they guess a 10 on their second guess, then they drink for 3 seconds.) As soon as 4 of the same number have been laid down in the circle, then you flip those cards over so no one can guess that number anymore. It gets easier and easier to guess the number towards the end of the game, and the dealer ends up going through about 5 or 6 beers by the time the game is over. (the game usually
lasts about 10 minutes to play.) You can start over and switch the dealer, or just keep right on playing until the porcelin gods call to you! It's a fun way to get hammered quick!
