Wow!! What a chat! If you were here at C3 with Emma and Mel C you can relive the whole thing - and if you couldn't make it, here's what you missed!!


Chatty: I have heard that you have recorded a duet together and it will be on your next album. Is this true?
Emma: do you think it's a good idea?
Mel C: somebody must be psychic because we plan to but we haven't done it yet

Simon @ The O Zone: Are either of you feeling broody now that Mel B and Victoria are expecting?
Emma: I'd like to have a family but not until I've stopped being a baby myself!
Mel C: I'm not feeling broody at all - I wont mind looking after them, but I wont mind giving them back.

Peter Friis: I would like to ask Emma: Who would you most like to do a duet with if you could choose who ever you want????
Emma: STevie Wonder or Janet Jackson

Amber Wilson: Melanie: How's your new house going?
Mel C: What house? I am trying to get a new flat.

Rabab: Hi Emma!!! Hi Mel C!!! How do you guys handle the media when they get all mean and yuckie?
Mel C: We just laugh at them

Anna-Karin: Do you have any ambitions left to fullfill? havent you dont it all already?
Emma: Never stop dreaming.
Mel C: We've always said once you achieve one ambition you should go onto the next and always strive for something more.

Jill: For MEL C - I heard you tell Chris Moyles you had 6 tattoos but I can only account for 5 (the Women & Strength characters, the arm band, Angels, the Cross, and the Lotus Flower) What's the 6th??!
Mel C: I count the characters as two.

Anna-Karin: Don't you ever feel like screaming, like making more angry music?
Emma: No, not me, I'm not angry
Mel C: Yes - I intend to

Linda Parham: Hi Mel! I read that Madonna took you out to dinner. What are the chances of you two working together?
Mel C: It's something that I'd love to do.

vixenSpice: When are you coming back to Australia? We had so much fun last time you came!
Emma: We loved it and hopefully we will be back soon.

Annalisa: Where is Victoria and Mel B?
Mel C: Busy being pregnant.

Andre: Hey Girls are you still the same girls as you 3 years ago or has the success changed you ?
Emma: As long as you have family and friends around, they keep your feet on the ground.
Mel C: I feel the same except about a hundred years older.

Linda Parham: Melanie, what is currently in your pocket?
Mel C: My shopping list - I've just been to Planet Organic, and I've just bought some ginger!

AvidIcon: Mel C, what's your greatest athletic accomplishment?
Mel C: I broke the school record for high jump when I was 15. I even beat the boys!

Taryn Dickinson: How do you relax when you have time to your selves?
Emma: Sleep, eat and watch Friends videos.
Mel C: I get massages, go to the movies and cook.

AvidIcon: when your being naughty, what's your favorite junk food?
Emma: I always eat junk food - but I love toffee apples.
Mel C: I like chinese and pizza.

Angie Hung: What do you want for Christmas this year?
Emma: I can't wait for christmas this year. Hope it's a white christmas and I hope I get lots of presents.
Mel C: I want my two front teeth.

Kelly: I know you both went to really good theatre schools. Have either of you ever been in a musical and would you like to be?
Emma: I've done panto, but I'd love to be Sandy in Grease.
Mel C: Yeah, I'd like to be in Cats.

Andee Wadsworth: What is your favourite song other than you own songs?
Emma: Zoom - Fat Larry's band - it's an old song so you might not know it...Emma starting singing!...
Mel C: Eleanor Rigby - The Beatles.

meilian: How do you all keep yourself from getting too much stress?
Emma: Hanging out with friends and my Mum.
Mel C: Gym.

Ana: Which is the most exciting moment you have had in the last months with the Spice Girls?
Emma: Wembley Stadium.
Mel C: Wembley Stadium

Isnogood: During the Song "Naked" you were really almost naked on stage. Wasn't it embarrassing?
Emma: We were covered by chairs.
Mel C: Never even thought about it.

jonathan wilson: if you could change 1 thing about yourself would it be
Emma: Stop being moody in the morning.
Mel C: To be less of a stress head.

Jacko: Are you releasing a single for christmas??
Emma: Yes - It's called Goodbye and it's a wicked song.
Mel C: Yes - of course we are.

Meghan: You always send out great messages, and I was wondering if you each had a special "rule to live by"?
Emma: Respect people around you.
Mel C: Be yourself and have fun.

Rico Grzegorz: What about a new Spice Girls mowie?
Emma: Quite busy doing the album - but maybe in the future.

Isnogood: What was your most beautiful present of a fan?
Emma: All our presents are very special.
Mel C: Your continuing support is the best present.

Giles: Do you ever think what the real meaning to life is, above money, fame or family?
Emma: and health.
Mel C: Yes, it is happiness.

Nicola: What is your favourite perfume?
Emma: Issey Miyake
Mel C: Angel.

Nicola: What cartoon charactor do you think you are most like and who is your favourite?
Emma: Penelope Pitstop
Mel C: I want to be Spiderman.

Isnogood: Did you enjoy the marriage of Mel B and Jimmy?
Emma: Excellent night. It is going to be hard to top it.
Mel C: Yes and I had far too many lemonades.

the legendary jesse belle: You made buffalo boots famous. Which shoes/boots are tickling your shoe-frenzy fancy right now? Trainers vs stilettos - any contest?
Emma: At the moment I am more about comfy - so a nice pair of trainers for me too.
Mel C: No contest - Nike rule!
