Brian is the drumset player (el baterista) in the group (only occasionally
venturing out to play tumbadoras.) He's kept busy working professionally
in the Ohio tri-state area with such artists as Cincinnati Slim (blues),
the Queen City Big Band, the jazz-rock of Cat City, and the polka sounds
of Musikraft. However, it is with Bailando Desnudo that he gets the opportunity
to perform his true love, Afro-Caribbean music. Following the lead of such
Cuban drummers as Samuel Formell and Giraldo Piloto, Brian has added timbales
to his acoustic kit, helping further his study and performance of Afro-Caribbean
music with Bailando Desnudo.
