It Is In Us All

And with a kiss they sealed their fate,
Their bodies beside each other,
Warmth.
Sweat,
Glistening on their bodies.
They look longingly into each other's eyes,
With every trouble gone,
Their minds of two,
And their bodies of one.
As they stare,
They see in each other's eyes,
A light.
Like none either have seen before.
A light.
Too bright to bring into the dark world.
The dark world in which they live.
And so, they keep it for each other.
Stroking.
Caressing.
They have created this light for themselves,
Just like others have.
Yet each persons light shines differently,
But it exists none the less,
In everyone.
A twisting inferno of limbs,
A blinding flash of ecstasy,
And we have created this light for each other.
