You'll probably be interested to know that General Store are one of the hardest rockin', genuinely maddest bands out there, yet still manage to play it in a genuinely funky way. The only tragedy is that Tommy Bolin isn't around to play with them. Fortunately, Hamish McKay seems to capture a lot of Bolin's funkiness, even if he can't actually play anyone else's songs.
