Jason Data Appeal
On Sept. 7, the first day of class (Int./Advanced Sculpture), Jason Data was in attendance in the morning. He did not attend the class after lunch on the same day. This is one absence. On Sept. 14 he did not attend the class at any time during the day. Absence #2.On Sept. 28 he did not attend the class at any time during the day. This makes the third absence. Enclosed is a copy of the class description which he recieved at the beginning of class on Sept. 7. He obviously did not care to read it. If the appeals committee would care to research the spending of student fees in that class, they will find that the class has recieved materials that more than equal the student fee of $50.00. Whether or not Mr. Data was reimbursed for his student fee is not my problem. Had he conducted himself in a student-like manner, non of this problem would have occured. I also enclose a copy of Mr. Data's school wide E-Mail which I find mildly insulting, incredibly self-centered and a good indication of his character. The sculpture club and myself used this opportunity to publish a limited edition of T-shirts to commemorate this E-Mail occasion. I enclosed one for your viewing entertainment.
