The mysterious 3rd member of the Stingers is just that, a mystery. She was born to Doctor Quenton Ashe, a neurosurgeon in Los Angeles. She was born Phoebe Ashe. Phoebe inhabited the real world but only in body. Her mind was constantly in the land of fantasy and make-believe.
She joined Riot and Minx on the street in Germany, but has no obvious accent. Lending her guitar skills to the group, Rapture is a very important member of the group.
Rapture supposedly believes in a variety of occult ways and is very spiritual and always seeking "cosmic enlightenment" through various occult means. She has claimed to have powers of an occult nature and has endeavored to use them to further various money-making plans. Whether or not she actually has these powers and abilities remains to be seen, however.
