I work in the Resort Real Estate Industry (Timeshare for those unfamiliar with such terms). This is a career that I have loved for the past 24 years in that I have lived and worked in some of the most fascinating resorts on this planet. I really enjoy the fact that I have done more things and been more places than anyone I know of. When the opportunity arises for me to go and do something new (and make money doing it) I will check it out and if profitable I will do it. I have no anchors and do not desire the life of misery that most people have doing the same crap everyday for a paycheck that isn’t worth their time. If I ever wind up in a nursing home at least I will be the one that has lived life instead of a charter member of the “woulda, coulda, shoulda club.” Therefore if you want to have fun and adventure and live life to its fullest and enjoy what others only dream about then I’m your man. By the way, I am not unstable and have no desire to live in a motor home. I am willing to curtail such activities for the right person in order to adjust to her ideas and necessary life/career needs. You just need to be willing to do simple math and know the difference between meager existence and portfolio advancement. Can you work or live anywhere you want to? I can, but only if the financial rewards are available in that area will I consider it. I do not move every three months or years and have been known to stay in certain locations for several years. But when the time comes to make more money and advance my career options I will take it. Enough said on this subject.
I have been married in the past and have three sons. No worries for those of you who do not care to raise another child, they are grown and don’t live with me. No baggage in this department so relax. I love my sons more than anything and yes I was a single father with custody that spent years raising them. So I know what it is like to be Mr. Mom and Dad. I do not desire to start all over again in that world so if you are looking for a man to father a child, I am not a good candidate. At this stage in my life I am more concerned with retirement and doing it well than I am with working another 20 years or paying child support.
I enjoy Golf when I get the chance but will not make a golf widow out of you. As for music, you will have a hard time finding anyone that knows more about Rock and Roll than I do. Do I dance? Yes but you “gotta make if funky white boy” (no rap crap) Other than that I will sit back and wait for the slow romantic songs that make you stare deeply into each others eyes.
I do not care to ever argue and really disparage the thought of talking harshly or having anyone speak that way to me. I believe that year’s later people should talk the same way as they did when they first met. No I won’t settle for less or excuses about ethnical tempers (Irish or Italian) as I do not believe in such non-sense. When two people care about each other they come first in every aspect of life and that includes communicating in a respectable manner with an open mind. I will negotiate but I will not argue. I just do not believe arguing is necessary in conversation between people who love each other.
I am a Southern Gentleman and I do not have prejudices against any race of people. I however do not like it when people try to make fun of my southern accent. It is not funny and it only goes to show their own version of stereotyping of people. I did make it past the 6th grade and have never gone to a family reunion to pick up chicks. For most people that would stereotype my accent I probably have a higher education and definitely a higher IQ. In other words people should not “go there” with me. And no I do not talk like a country bumkin as the term goes.
I’m just a good, honest down to earth man that likes to have fun, make money and share my life with a special person. If you can handle that, I’m open to negotiation and dinner.
