    Primarily responsible for fixed route bus service planning at the regional public agency which provides mass transit services in the tri-county central Florida region. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting monthly ridership data. Received and responded to service queries and complaints from customers, the general public, and public officials.

    Primarily responsible for fixed route bus service planning at the public transit agency for the Missouri/Illinois metropolitan region. Routine tasks included preparing route maps and directions for operations and customer service personnel in preparation of quarterly service changes, delivering presentations to local community groups, and serving as an employee "Ambassador Coordinator" in public outreach. Served as project coordinator for first bicycle facilities program. Special projects included designing public information displays at rail stations, customer brochures, and a graphic user interface for ticket vending machines. Developed specifications for a desktop geographic information system. Assisted members of the executive staff, including the Executive Director, providing critical analysis of programs and proposals.
