Today I decided to do some work. I have now started the North Bay/Kings Cross picture, although currently it is still only a pencil outline on 4 sheets of A1 paper with a few bits of copper sheet stuck on. Also there is no evidence so far of Kings Cross itself, only the Scarboroughness has been done. It looks alright though.

20/10/99
Today was a UCS day. I had a lesson (!) with Paul Clifford (beardy man) and I did some things to go on the King's Cross/NBR picture. I actually ate 2 proper meals today. Lunch was Chicken Kiev and Rice with Roast Potatoes, and for tea I went to the Prezzywigs and had 2 poached salmon steaks with baby leeks, new potatoes, green beans and toffee cake for afters.

As is often the case, all these pictures are just here for a laugh.

If they irritate you in any way, then thats your problem, not mine.

Today was a bad day. Firstly I thought I had left my credit cards in Filey. (they were under my fridge) Secondly I lost a fiver so I couldn't buy any food at UCS.  And thirdly, it being Thursday, it was Paraskos day, which is never a good thing. (Paraskos is the worlds most tedious history of art lecturer ever.)

Today I did some more on the KX/NBR. I also went to Yates's Wine Lodge avec les Prezzywigs. Beej was invited but he didn't listen to his answerphone messages in time. What a pillock he is! I also did some shopping at Safeways and bought some joss-sticks from creative crafts.
At Yates I had a plateful of Dipping things and some extra Spiral fries. This was good because I hardly ate anything at all yesterday!

This is the southern end of Carnforth Railway station. 'Brief Encounter' was filmed here in 1945. The station is in the process of being restored by the 'Friends of Carnforth Station'

Today I did lots of work on the KX/NBR but I have still got loads left to do and I really don't think I will get it finished by Wednesday. For breakfast I ate farmhouse patee on  a toasted baguette, and for tea I had a chicken and mushroom pot noodle (see right.) I also finally managed to get through to Sally in Bournemouth. She is doing fine.

Today it pissed it down. I got absolutely soaked. I also went to Filey, where it wasn't raining as much, and did the time honoured thing of eating Sunday Dinner with the Prezzywigs. For breakfast however I did not any proper food, only a bag of Highlander's Scottish Cheddar and Onion crisps. How stupid is that? Scottish Cheddar? They'll be having Belgian Southampton flavour next. Or Arabic Chapel-En-Le-Frith flavour! Sorry what a stupid rant that was. I shall hang my head in shame.

Today it was naked woman day with a different naked woman! Bloody Hell! Worse than Sue this time, it was the hideous Carol. In the evening, Me, Beej Big Graham and Ceit went to Red Square and then the Underground. At the Underground was Steves x2, Nicky and Sara. I went back with them to Steve's (Malkav Steve's)  and didn't get to bed until 7am.

Today I attempted to finish the KXNBR but didn't have time, so I went to Calvino's to drown my sorrows. On the way back I me the people from upstairs and we drank wine and smoked 'Things' until about 3 am.

27/10/99
Today the upstairs people had left their shower on and my bathroom was full of a waterfall. This was good as it provided a ready-made excuse not to finish the KXNBR on time. No college for me today! I went to The Lord Rosebery and ClubXS (not as crap as usual) and then went round to Sara and Nicky's with Malkav Steve and played Snakes and Ladders at dead of night.

Today was Paraskosday which is always a bad sign. I tried to go to the Role play society in the evening but it didn't happen. Me, Adey, Rob the Manics fan, and Malkav went to Sara and Nicky's again and watched Mask of Zorro, and The Crow. Yet another late night. I'm bloody knackered!

29/10/99
Went to Filey today as Aunty Amanda, Squirrille and Frasoir were visiting the Prezzywigs. Fras went on a pony on the beach. Me, El Pres, Beej and Squi went to Pizza Hut and then the Lord Rosebery were we met Sara. John went off to the Underground with a load of Steves but I went home and fell asleep. At 10 to 5 in the morning I was woken up by one of the upstairs people having a slash against the ironing board in th hall by my flat. Filthy bastard!

30/10/99
Went to the Italian Gardens with Squi to see the seat today. Then we went to Filey and ate fish and chips 'chez Prezzywigs'. In the evening a big heap of us went to the Lord Rosebery (again) and found another Steve (Upton) who in vited us to Bacchus. I have since discovered that Bacchus is possibly the worlds most seedy pub ever. Someone has burnt the Peasholm Pagoda.
