A pinch of salt won't do it anymore...With the amount of lies being thrown at us under the guise of fact nowadays, it is important to not believe most things until we can be very certain of their truth. Anyone with an opinion on any subject will have a bias (whether conciously or not) when they relate information to you. This bias tends to twist the facts, contorting them to support that person's point of view. It is our job to prevent ourselves from being fooled by sifting through information, checking for proof and determining what is truth. Only by questioning EVERYTHING can we ever hope to have an idea as to what is fact.
