ELECTRONIC MIND WEAPONS--ABUSE PREVENTION
The first step toward prevention of illegal mind manipulation with these electronic weapons is to make their existence public knowledge and to document misuse wherever it occurs, so that the public can be on guard for perpetrators and symptoms of abuse. Establishing the existence of the technology is step number one. Unfortunately, it is difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff, fact from fraud. This is one factor making the exposure of the conspiracy so difficult, making it so easy for the conspirators to succeed with their deceptions.Maybe the same ingenuity and propensity to develop advanced technologies like this which Man has demonstrated could be turned toward development of methods for detection, tracking down to source, and unveiling of those who misuse technology. One note of hope is that the weapon can to some extent serve as its own means of detection-- that is, it can be used to detect illegal operators by being able to see through walls.
Not all of the mind control being done in the U.S. falls under the heading of "experimentation." Sometimes that was the original incentive. But once the controls and circumstances are in place for it to occur, much has occurred which simply reflects malicious and selfish criminality, or the perverse elements in some human natures. Putting any kind of implant in anybody's head is simply opening the door to crime. So is any kind of unsupervised usage of any similar technology on a completely unwitting public.
The Boycott Brazil home page depicts the tragic plight of avowed victim John Lambros, and underlines the potential of this technology for abuse. His particular incident occurred outside the United States, but analogous abuses are occurring within the U.S. It is at: http://www.brazilboycott.org/.

We face the possible spectre of the elimination of dissent in a way that is sneaky and seemingly bloodless but nonetheless scurrilous--using as internment centers psychiatric hospitals--analogous to the old KGB abuse of psychiatry--not supposed to occur in the so-called free world.
There are striking similarities to some of the practices described in the old John Barron book: KGB: THE SECRET WORK OF SOVIET SECRET AGENTS (Bantam Books, 1974, Chapter V: "How to Run A Tyranny"):
"...Colonel-Doctor Daniel L. Lunts pronounces the diagnosis [on political prisoners], which usually turns out to be some form of 'schizophrenia.' On one occasion, the colonel-doctor discovered a strain of schizophrenia 'which has no clear symptoms.' On another, he is said to have told prisoners: 'When I say a man is schizophrenic, he is schizophrenic, just as if I say an ashtray is schizophrenic, it is schizophrenic.' "
Another quote from the same book:
"...Regarding the fate of inmates in these institutions, Solzhenitsyn says: 'The commitment of free- thinking people to psychiatric hospitals is spiritual murder, it is another version of the gas chamber, but even more cruel: The sufferings of those being killed are more painful and more prolonged.' "
Added to the situation are capabilities for apparent symptom production inherent in these mind control weapons-- physical and mental torture invariably provoking crazed responses.
The types of people who are selected as victims to begin with are studied carefully by their predators as types who will bend easily under pressure, who might already be nonconformist enough to frame easily. The predators look for genetic predispositions, personal weaknesses, for what we can euphemistically call lack of acuteness--then they go ahead and commit the perfect crime. I personally have been subjected to maltreatment such as you would expect only in a barbarian country--literally the commission of cruel and inhuman atrocities. The predators bank on the expectation that deprivation of free mental activity and exposure to hazardous ionizing radiation will in the long run produce a mental decline in their victims. They give the brain daily treatments with cold-blooded deliberation. Using torture, they find the breaking points and weaknesses in their prey, *apparently* with the blessing of resident secret police and military, who might be interested in building up military strength at any human cost. Victims are inducted into what is virtually a slave traffic. The perpetrators did not violate one or two items in the Bill of Rights. They literally negated the whole document, and it is not worth the paper it is written on, so long as these wrongs are tolerated by the system. Extralegal murder and mayhem have been as easy as pie. Helpless victims disappear into institutions:"Having been buried, it is hard to prove that you're alive--except perhaps if a miracle should happen and someone dug up your grave before you died for good...."
The above is a quote from a dissident in one of the former Soviet Union's political hospitals (KGB--THE SECRET WORK OF SOVIET SECRET AGENTS by John Barron, Bantam Books, 1974, Chapter V: "How to Run A Tyranny"). But it might as well be from a mind control victim in modern America. It would not even be a worst case scenario, there being still grimmer results and alternatives (for example, the plight of Dolores Hejazi, whom I wrote about previously). We seem to be developing a system of gulags strikingly similar--fit to be characterized as an "evil empire." *They* can extralegally eradicate anybody it strikes their fancy to. The lack of public awareness makes it easy as pie.

IN CONCLUSION: The development of electronic mind control constitutes a real threat to global civilization and to democracy, wherever it exists. (Does not speak perfect English, but this former Taiwan Defense Dept. employee really does have an inside view of the problem.) For some reason or other, Yu's posts to Usenet newsgroups and his web site have deteriorated markedly in recent months. Maybe he doesn't like being put on the spot, and chooses to feign insanity with those miniaturization and invisibility stories. The frequency and rabidity of his earlier posts indicate he may have been as distressed as I am. They are full of literature research references, which certainly took a lot of work. Criminals seem to have gone after members of his family (typical) and to have caused him a lot of personal problems. Perhaps a metaphorical gun is being held to his head (literal brain frying) or extortion has finally worked. He describes a problem with false posts made in his name. Perhaps he has undergone a change in attitude for some ideological reason or nationalistic allegiance. At any rate, earlier web pages and posts to Usenet were better, and in recent months he has chosen to sabotage his own web site with ridiculous claims.
